Tony Stewart won the pole for Sunday&amp;#8217;s Sprint Cup race at Pocono Raceway with a qualifying lap at 171.393 mph on Friday.
The pole for the Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500, was Stewart&amp;#8217;s second of the season 12th of his career. Stewart, a two-time series champion, is looking for his first victory of 2010.

Jack Roush, co-owner of Roush Fenway Racing and chairman of Roush Enterprises, was transferred to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., Wednesday evening.
Following surgery Tuesday night related to the facial damage sustained in the accident, he remains in serious, but stable condition.
