<p>Candidate will be responsible for overseeing various information technology initiatives across the enterprise. Their direct reports will be supporting various business units. Candidate will perform review and evaluate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and status reports. As an IT Project Manager, you will also be the liaison between executives, field managers, and analysts across the enterprise. Additionally, you will have mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, salary recommendation responsibility. Candidate will be responsible for utilizing the corporate project management methodology for systems development</p>
<p>Duties include:</p>
<p>- Direct authority of 5-8 technical software developers, Business Analysts, DBA’s, Network Administrators, and other project specific team members;</p>

<p>- Assign project managers to various infrastructure, OLTP, ERP, internet, Microsoft, and application development projects</p>

<p>- Strife to be creative utilizing the various tools within the organization;</p>

<p>- 10+ years of Information Technology experience;</p>

<p>- Working knowledge of TCP/IP.</p>
<p>- Familiar with IBM 3584 and LTO tape technology.</p>

This client has a need for a Microsoft SharePoint Developer responsible for performing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide SharePoint web environment. You will be part of a team responsible for the overall SharePoint implementation to support the company’s internal and external web presence. As a team member, you will interact with various business units, operational development teams, project managers, departments, senior management, and external vendors. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for determining the strategic direction of the corporation web site. To succeed in this role, candidate must be able to establish technical credibility quickly. Candidate must not be afraid of the details, keen to learn what the business does, how they do it, why it is done, and how to improve the organization and make it better.</p>
<p>Day-to-day Responsibilities:    <br />- Implement the strategic plan for support of company’s future web presence.     <br />- Build a framework for accurately capturing, sharing, distributing, securing, and leveraging company’s web content.     <br />- Support effective and efficient business processes in partnership with various departments.     <br />- Ensures appropriate integration of new applications or projects with existing technical environment.     <br />- Trains and assists in the development of personnel, encouraging cross-training efforts to build team technical skill sets.     <br />- Perform team and project management functions as needed.     <br />- Ensure that information needs and business rules are in compliance with enterprise policies and standards. </p>
<p>Required Technical Skills:    <br />- 7+ years Information Technology experience;     <br />- 2+ years of solid SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) development experience;     <br />- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft C# and .NET technologies;     <br />- Demonstrated understanding and usage of object oriented design principles;     <br />- Prior participation in a SharePoint entire product development life cycle;     <br />- SQLServer 2000/2005/2008, SQL and T-SQL comprehension;     <br />- Proven team oriented developer with demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions on time;     <br />- Proficient with MS Office suite.     <br />- Excellent skills in managing executive expectations; People and interpersonal skills.     <br />– Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills dedicated to completing tasks on schedule. </p>
<p>Educational Skills:    <br />- BS or BA, desirable. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or relevant analytical field. </p>

S/he will build business relationships within the company and outside the IT arena during this full company-wide SAP Implementation. </p>
<p>This is a long-term CONTRACT opportunity. Please review the responsibilities and requirements listed. If you believe you are a fit and would like to be considered for the role, we would like to hear from you. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE CURRENT SAP Sales and Customer Functional experience. </p>
<p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: </p>
<p>• Provide leadership to a highly-skilled team of SAP expert technologists to ensure efficient and effective SAP SALES AND CUSTOMER solutions.</p>
<p>• Serving as a thought leader, mentor and advocate for best practices concerning SAP SALES AND CUSTOMER Solutions.</p>
<p>• Able to utilize prior experience to design business rules, procedures which ensure quality and leverage industry best practices. </p>
<p>• Independently provides thought leadership in SDLC development methods. </p>
<p>• Demonstrates knowledge of the strategic alignment of IT solutions with business objectives. Identifies and addresses critical technical success factors for enterprise scaled projects. </p>
<p>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</p>
<p>• A minimum of 7+ years experience in SAP functional roles providing business analysis, requirements gathering, defining business rules, participating in an Enterprise SAP development implementation. </p>
<p>• A minimum of 10 years experience in application software development and implementation. </p>
<p>• 3+ years experience with configuration and implementation of SALES AND CUSTOMER modules PA, OM, Benefits, and Payroll, with an emphasis on Payroll;</p>
<p>• 2+ years experience leading/managing a team of diverse SAP skillsets;</p>
<p>• 3+ years experience in all aspects of a full SAP SALES AND CUSTOMER implementation, including configuration, SD with Fi, LES, PS, and MM; WRICEF specification, data conversion, testing, and support. </p>
<p>• Level 5 SAP Skills needed.</p>
<p>EDUCATION</p>
<p>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline. Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree(s).</p>
