Sven Helbig, a German composer and producer who worked for Rammstein on Liebe ist für alle da as arranger of choir and orchestra, and on several remixes for the band, said this morning on Facebook:

"On the next Rammstein single, I will play piano alongside Till Lindemann. I am not allowed to tell the name of the song yet :-)".

Does he evoke an unreleased song from the LIFAD session? Or a more recent collaboration that does not involve the whole band?

Mein Herz Brennt, whose clip has been filmed in Berlin last December, is the second single extracted from the best of Made In Germany 1995-2011. The clip and the single are expected in the coming weeks, and both seem to be full of surprises!

Ieri seara, în urma ultimului examen din sesiune/ anul 6/ întreaga facultate.

Unii studenți la arhitectură dețin o subtilitate nativă de apreciat. A se înțelege că am râs cu lacrimi în urma schimbului de mail-uri de pe grupul anului. Să nu uit să prezint și personajele, cu nume fictive bineînțeles:

"Mălina" - tipul virginei frustrate de 24 de ani, cu crize de autoritate, mono-brow și mustață perceptibiliă, asemenea creaturii din imagine.

"Nelu" - tipul punker-ului cu mohawk portocaliu care adoarme pe podeaua sălii de lectură în propria vomă și își arde carnea de pe piept în formă de cruce cu butan din brichete Zippo.

1. Draga Nelu, ma bucur sa vad mai este cineva care citeste Biblia! :)
2. Daca eu as fi copiat vreo singura data in toata facultatea nu mi-as permite sa fac asemenea afirmatii! ;)

Rothenburg ob der Tauber is a town in the district of Ansbach of Mittelfranken, the Franconia region of Bavaria, Germany, well known for its well-preserved medieval old town.

După ani și ani de amânare, am reușit într-un final să pun ochii pe Dogville-ul lui von Trier. Bună realizare, mai ales prin debarasarea imaginii de decoruri supra-încărcate și "revenirea" la scena teatrului experimental - din tot acest proiect jocul actoricesc are cel mai mult de câștigat și nu în ultimul rând imaginația privitorului.

Și partea de scenariu poartă semnătura specifică a regizorului, parcă e un text smuls din Victor Hugo, Grace e o Cosette vindicativă, iar Jean Valjean un capo cu tommy gun și top hat. Până și durata lungmetrajului tinde către întinderea romanului total al lui Hugo, nu mai puțin de 2h 58min.

Cea mai bună știre de final de an. De fapt cea mai bună știre a lunii, cu siguranță. Se pare că Rammstein au filmat un nou videoclip pentru geniala piesă Mein Herz Brennt, singura piesă de pe albumul best of care nu avea videoclip. Iar acum, după aproape 11 ani de la lansarea Mutter, albumul poate fi rotunjit cu o adiție de calitate.

A wave of rumors have been unleashed from the publication of a promotional photo in the LIFAD Community tell us that apparently, Rammstein would be preparing to launch a new video/ single. And the one chosen for the occasion, would be "Mein Herz Brennt".

The photo was taken inside the abandoned sanatorium - Heilstätten Beelitz (southwest of Berlin, near Potsdam).

Regarding this, we can find the comment of the German photographer Yvi Kuhbach-Schmal, who wrote in the hospital's Facebook Wall that:"Ein neues Morgen dreht Rammstein Video in Heilstätten - heute schon Vorbereitung den Aufbau und ganzen tag." [Rammstein morning filming a new video in the Sanitarium - Preparation and structure all day today]

The photographer PR Brown , who has previously worked with Rammstein in the session LIFAD and Richard Kruspe with Emigrate - has released this image of Beelitz-Heilstätten , entitled "Dämonen Geister schwarze Feen."

Apparently the video was filmed last December 17.

According to information from RammsteinClub Spain, the video director in charge of Mein Herz Brennt, would be neither more nor less than the famed spanish photographer/ director Eugenio Recuenco. This has not been confirmed.

Recall that Recuenco has previously worked with the band in his role as a photographer in the promotional sessions of "Amerika" and the art of "Liebe ist für alle da ".

Despre locație:

Beelitz-Heilstätten, a district of the town, is home to a large hospital complex of about 60 buildings including a cogeneration plant erected from 1898 on according to plans of architect Heino Schmieden. Originally designed as a sanatorium by the Berlin workers' health insurance corporation, the complex from the beginning of World War I on was a military hospital of the Imperial German Army.

During October and November 1916, Adolf Hitler recuperated at Beelitz-Heilstätten after being wounded in the leg at the Battle of the Somme. In 1945, Beelitz-Heilstätten was occupied by Soviet forces, and the complex remained a Soviet military hospital until 1995, well after the German reunification. In December 1990 Erich Honecker was admitted to Beelitz-Heilstätten after being forced to resign as the head of the East German government.

Following the Soviet withdrawal, attempts were made to privatize the complex, but they were not entirely successful. Some sections of the hospital remain in operation as a neurological rehabilitation center and as a center for research and care for victims of Parkinsons disease. The remainder of the complex, including the surgery, the psychiatric ward, and a rifle range, was abandoned in 2000. As of 2007, none of the abandoned hospital buildings or the surrounding area were secured, giving the area the feel of a ghost town. This has made Beelitz-Heilstätten a destination for curious visitors and a film set for movies like The Pianist from 2002 and Valkyrie from 2008.

Das Sandmännchen (The Little Sandman) is a TV show from Germany that started in the mid-1950s. Every night the show would come on and the das Sandmännchen would tell bedtime stories. Each show started out with "Nun, liebe Kinder, gebt fein Acht. Ich habe euch etwas mitgebracht" ("Now, dear children, pay attention. I have brought something for you"). This should sound similar already.

The working title for "Mein Herz brennt" was actually "Sandmann" ("Sandman"). Basically das Sandmännchen was nice and good, but the subject of the song that Till has dreamed up is quite the opposite. In fact, he was even worse in a previous incarnation of the song played at the Fanabend concert in April 2000 at the Knaack Klub, Berlin. In the old version, a man has killed the real sandman and stolen his hair to look like him. He shows up for the children instead of who they were expecting.

Sesiune de sezon. Moș Crăciun și prietenii săi vă recomandă o mână de filme pe care să le urmăriți în gerul colibei fără cei dragi.

Ce altceva poate fi mai potrivit să urmăriți de Crăciun decât o incursiune într-un bar de homosexuali intitulat subtil "Rectum", și o scenă de viol anal (cu nimeni alta decât Monica Bellucci) de 10 minute, toate astea și multe altele în capodopera lui Gaspar Noé, Irréversible.

Crăciun à la Bergman: Fanny and Alexander

Sub toată puzderia de brizbrizuri, mese pantagruelice, pupături pe obraji rumeni și îmbrățisări de rubedenii întru măsurarea taliei ceiluilalt, Ingmar Bergman a dosit câteva elemente/sentimente primordiale și caracteristice sărbătorii: angoasa și imprevizibilul. Nefiind neapărat un film despre Crăciun ci mai degrabă un basm moralizator-apăsător-intravenos, Fanny and Alexander îi dedică totuși o anticameră tapetată cu roșul organic, chirurgical specific lui Bergman și opulent decorată cu personaje baroce, discursuri vii, cu personaje vii și discursuri baroce...

Mâine seara vine Crăciunul şi după o sesiune de colinde şi mâncăruri alese parcă ar merge şi un film. Nu ştiu alţii ce preferă, dar eu în preajma sărbătorilor îmi place să vizionez Home Alone. Da, ştiu e un film tipic de sărbători, e o comedie expirată cu un băieţel şi nişte hoţi proşti, dar îmi place. Mă distrează de fiecare dată când îl văd şi cred că din 1992 încoace l-am văzut de vreo 20 de ori. Kevin mă face să intru în atmosfera Crăciunului, să zâmbesc, să apreciez cina de Crăciun alături de cei dragi şi chiar mă face să mai suport încă o zi de cumpărături. Probabil că un altfel de film ar fi mai potrivit ca o recomandare ţinând cont de tema sesiunii, dar pentru restul genurilor avem vreo 363 de zile la dispoziţie. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Vizionare plăcută.

Cine nu are o familie de Craciun sa-si cumpere una! Cam asa as rezuma “Surviving Christmas”, un film tare simpatic si tare de sezon. L-am vazut de vreo patru ori pana acum si nu pot spune ca m-am saturat. Acum nu stiu exact daca e vorba de subiect in sine, de actori sau de Ben Affleck in mod special. Hmm, da, Ben Affleck e de vina! Il gasesc tare simpatic si rolul ala e perfect pentru el. Parca nu as fi astezat-o langa el tocmai pe blondina de Applegate, dar se pare ca fac echipa buna. Cel putin la ciondaneli si la sanius. Craciunul se petrece in familie! Un mesaj perfect.

M-am tot gandit zilele astea la un film deosebit pentru perioada asta, mi-au venit in cap tot felul de Singur(atati) acasa si alte mici comedioare absente din platforma consacratilor de filme de genul asta; m-am gandit ca v-ar placea si The Holiday care e o mixtura nu chiar cheesy, am ajuns apoi departe la Modern Times si la ideea ca un clasic ajunge, aproape negresit, in suflet si ca pe deasupra va mai si umple chipurile de zambet, dar nu, aleg Serendipity care mi se pare de departe cel mai potrivit pentru iubire, caldura si obraji colorati. Sa aveti un Craciun fericit!

O lume inca imaginara, calda, fara zapada, fara Hrusca si colindele-i depresive, fara zurgalai, o lume in care renii se vor fi scufundat de mult … Cu exceptia cazului in care se vor fi transformat in amfibii iar Santa ar fi evoluat catre o forma mai vesela a “Omului din Atlantis”, jucat, demult, de Patrick Duffy, mai cunoscut drept unul dintre personajele obositor de pozitive ale legendei “Dallas” … O lume fara zambet, o lume fara Craciun, o lume in care cadourile au fost inlocuite de jafuri iar colindatorii de ucigasi anuntati de huruitul ruginit al jetsky-urilor turate salbatic … O lume trista, dominata de blazare, unduitoare, precum mirajul unui Craciun de mult uitat …

Nu am sa pretind ca am vazut filmul asta de fiecare Craciun, pentru ca nu este asa. L-am vazut o singura data, cred ca pe un post german care hotarase ca printre zecile de ore cu Macaulay Caulkin in varianta preteen, adica foarte soft, printre “oooh, brazi frumosi”, apfelstrudels si bere neagra in editie limitata de sarbatori, ar merge si doua ore de evadare intr-un viitor indepartat, umed si post-apocaliptic. Si, sincer, chiar daca filmul nu avea nici in clin nici in maneca cu spiritul Sarbatorilor actuale, in timp ce il vedeam, pentru o clipa, m-am gandit ca intr-o lume a apelor, Mos Craciun e musai sa aiba branhii …

Filmul meu recomandabil pentru starea de fericire in jurul sarbataorii de Craciun e Polar Express, o animatie pentru copilul din noi, o adevarata calatorie spre binecunoscutul taram al lui Mos Craciun, un adevarat traseu plin de peripetii, umplut cu imagini splendide desprinse dintr-o iarna de vis si o imaginatie bogata pentru a trezi sentimentele de fericire/bucurie.

Cu riscul să fiu off-topic, o să recomand de Crăciun un film... având ca temă Crăciunul. :) Mai exact este vorba despre Surviving Christmas, un film din 2004 cu Ben Affleck, pe care l-am văzut recent şi care mi-a plăcut. Nu-i perfect, nu-i lipsit de exagerări, nu-i lipsit de defecte, dar este funny. Recomandarea lui merge pe linia: nici nevasta ta nu-i perfectă (dac-o ai, iară dacă n-o ai atunci iar nu-i perfectă, nefiind nicicum) dar ai luat-o pentru calităţile ei şi nu pentru cusururi. Aşadar, ca un exerciţiu de a privi, recomand un film cu doar 5.0 pe IMDB, relaxant, nesolicitând altceva decât muşchii faciali şi antirasist, în sensul că poate fi vizionat de către oricine.

Regizorul Bruce Robinson s-a întors anul acesta după o lungă absență, dar ”Withnail & I” este filmul pentru cu care va intra în istorie. Iar în apropierea sărbătorilor, putem învăța câte ceva despre excese de la personajele din acest film. Richard E. Grant și Paul McGann plonjează într-un vârtej auto-distructiv antrenat de alcool, toate tipurile de droguri existente și (printre alții) Jimi Hendrix. What a piece of work is man! Dar există și o morală, iar ca să fie totul limpede - și fiindcă chiar nu are rost să ne speriem de spoilere în acest caz - voi dezvălui finalul:

Cu ocazia Crăciunului recomand filmul Bad Santa (2003). Pentru că e în temă, are umor negru de calitate, îl are printre actori pe regretatul Bernie Mac, şi a fost primu care mi-a venit în minte când am primit provocarea lu' Adina. A trecut vreme bună de când l-am vizionat.. aşa că intenţionez să-l revăd şi eu cu acest prilej. Ho! Ho! dragii moşului.

ps: şi la ăsta (Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale) m-aş mai uita; i-am văzut traileru' anu' trecut şi am uitat de el.
