Anteontem (28/10), Takeshi Shudō, roteirista de Pokémon, foi encontrado inconsciente na estação de Nara, no Japão, por um pedestre e foi encaminhado imediatamente para um hospital. A equipe médica afirmou que Shudō havia sofrido uma hemorragia cerebral e não pôde resistir.<br />Assim, no dia 29 de Outubro, Takeshi Shudō faleceu com 61 anos de idade.<br />Shudō foi uma peça chave nos estágios iniciais da Original Series, que engloba as viagens de Ash Ketchum e seus amigos por Kanto, Johto e o Arquipélago Laranja. Ele escreveu o primeiro episódio, que foi ao ar há mais de dez anos atrás, e o script dos três primeiros filmes e do especial de TV Mewtwo Returns.<br />No Japão, seu nome é conhecido por ter sido o criador de séries de mangá/anime clássicas, como Magical Princess Minky Momo. Clique para ampliar!</span></span><br /></div>Dias depois, o site Shogun Gamer, que recebeu o e-mail com o arquivo do vídeo, conseguiu encontrar os produtores do trailer, que esclareceram as dúvidas que pairavam acerca do live-action.<br />Lee Majdoub e Kial Natale são os idealizadores do projeto. Sua ideia inicial era criar um curta-metragem com três opções de adaptação: Dragon Ball Z, GTA e Pokémon. O roteiro foi iniciado com Pokémon e resultou na produção das cenas do trailer.<br />Ao serem perguntados se desejavam desenvolver o projeto até ser criado um filme eles responderam que com certeza, apesar de haver muitos fãs da franquia original que não concordassem. Os dois afirmaram que além das cenas que estão no trailer, foram gravadas várias outras, tão boas quanto. A equipe trabalhou cerca de um ano e meio para chegar à produção final.<br />Foi revelado, também, que não havia multidão alguma na exibição do trailer e a escolha dos trinta segundos finais para revelar primeiro foi para dar uma impressão de mistério e causar curiosidade entre os fãs.
