      <title>Need multi-users with stand alone pogoplug</title>

      <description>First of all as a personal user of a pink pogoplug I love what it has done for me and backing up a laptop and desktop for my home user. However as a corporate user for a very very small company I am now upset. I just realized all of the new software updates after ordering a pogoplug 4 three weeks ago and believe I will be sending back pogoplug and hard drives I ordered. I want to share 2 folders and give users the ability to upload files. Original plan was to share 2 folders and give them read/right access, but make sure a password was needed to log into the folder before they did anything. However with the changes I cannot assign a password to this folder and do not feel comfortable sending a website link with read/write access without a password. Is there a solution to do this? Not sure if I could add a 2nd pogoplug to the same network, but even then I do not want to give everybody access to change the backups.       <description>I love my pogoplug. the desktop client on my mac seems to work great, but the windows version seems to disconnect often. It was happening on vista and is now happening after upgrading to windows 7.       <description>I have it set to prompt for the Pogoplug Drive Sign in; however I rarely power down the system so sometimes the Sign in window is closed (intentionaly or not); the only way I know of to get the window back is to stop the ppfs.exe process using Task Manager and then execute the ppfs.exe.       <description>I have an office pogoplug and a home pogoplug. For some reason I can't upload files to the office pogoplug, to be able to download when I get home. I can see and upload to the home pogoplug files but I can't download them when I get home, I can only see the office pogoplug. When I'm not on either access point or traveling, I'm able to see both. I would like to use these to upload and download files from home or the office.       <description>Hey there! So I am running Snow Leopard on my MAC and I have a pogoplug with 3 hard drives connected to it via a USB hub. Although POGOPLUG appears in the Finder, and a few minutes after "refreshing" or "reloading" Pogoplug, the drives disappear from the Finder and you cannot access them without reloading again. My iTunes cannot access the files on it nor can Picasa. Meaning, the drives are unaccessible. Can anybody help?       <title>Pogoplug drive not in system tray</title>

      <description>I have installed pogoplug drive under windows xp. and it is working. Ik can see the drives under the button My Computer under Start. however it does not appear in the system tray on the lower right. Strange thing is that only once, it did appear. I restarted my computer and didn't apear a second time. I have tried uninstalling, downloading and reinstalling pogo drive it but this does not make any difference.       <title>Can't upload outside of LAN</title>

      <description>I can't upload files to my pogo from work (outside my home LAN where the pogo is installed) using the webui. I am not allowed to install any programs at work so the webui is my only option for using the pogo. I can get through all the steps to upload a file but and the progress bar seems to get to the end but it never finishes! The file just never seems to completinish the upload. I have waited 5-10 minutes for a 13K file and it never ends! I have tried both ways from my home computer and all works fine.       <description>I've bought a GoFlex net last week. Averything works fine (although I am a but annoyed that you can't exclude folders from the media scan) and now i'm trying to set up my printer. When I go to the print settings I immediatly get an error: An unhandled RPC exception occurred on method listOwnerAlbums: 827 [Not Subscribed to Necessary Plan] When I try to set up the printing I can select my wifi-printer, but when I go out of the printsettings and try to get in to the settings again I get the same error and the checkbox enable network printer discovery is unchecked again.       <description>I just installed the Remote Access Software on another Windows computer and made a couple folders available for remote access. The folders are showing up fine on the website, but they aren't showing up on Windows or Mac computers. They aren't even showing up on the local computer. How long does it take before the new folders will show up? Is there a way to force the software to refresh its list of folders? I checked the Activity Monitor and PogoPC was still using 98% of CPU time - WTF?!!!!       <description>I'm a Mac user that runs 10,7,4 and with te Pogoplug Backup 5.0.0 everything was great. The pogoplug drives mounted in Finder life was goooood. I installed 5.1.0 and everything has gone to the crapper. The drives will mount in finder when I open Pogoplug backup but when I close it the drives dismount. If I had the 5.0.0 code I would re-install it.       <title>Transcoding Video</title>

      <description>When viewing a video on-line does it always have to transcode the video before viewing? I tried to watch a 30 min video and after 20 min it had only transcode 10%. I let it complete and then the following day tried to watch it again and it started traanscoding all over again - can I presume it does not save the transcoded version?       <description>The Email Attachments feature used to allow me to send an email to upload@mypogoplug.com and any attachments contained in the email would be saved to a pre-designated folder on my personal pogoplug storage. Once the file is saved, I used to receive an email confirmation that the file was successfully saved to my device. I have discovered that this feature is now broken. The check box, Upload my email attachments to: ___ on ___ , after selecting the folder and clicking OK out of the dialog box, will be automatically deselected after you view a different setting and then return to Email Attachments. This feature allowed for the creation of custom photo slideshows and incorporated the ability to add music to the slideshow. Links to the slideshow could be shared out.
