1.- Podrán optar al premio todos los autores que lo deseen, de cualquier
nacionalidad o procedencia, mayores de 18 años, siempre que las obras
que presenten se ajusten al concepto comúnmente aceptado de novela
gráfica y cumplan los siguientes requisitos:</span></div>

en ningún otro concurso, o estén pendientes de fallo en cualquier otro

La modalidad a presentar a concurso es el cómic, en su formato novela
gráfica. Cada autor debe enviar una propuesta de libro con un mínimo de
dieciséis (16) páginas acabadas por una sola cara, cuya extensión final,
para quien resulte ganador, será de un mínimo de noventa y seis (96)
páginas. </span></div>

Podrá ser presentado en blanco y negro o color, adjuntando un dossier
que contenga dieciséis (16) páginas acabadas, con su correspondiente
título, en copias impresas en tamaño DIN A4, más una sinopsis detallada

historia completa.</span></div>
