I’ve been seeing a lot of pictures Myrtle Beach Resorts on the internet before but I’d never thought it would be that great. The palce is like too good to be true land!  And the beach beside the hotel was really awesome. We really loved how the resort is fully equipped, the indoor pool, having valet parking included in their suite, the absolute luxury rooms. And I think the $220 fee for 3 days is really really worth it.

At day, me, Dad and my siblings would play on their golf courses or in their tennis center of the resort while Mom together with our youngest sister, Kristel, would stay at the bench and prepare for our a scrumptious lunch. And at night, we would all dance to go to the seaside and have a night swimming. And as usual, mom would cook the family’s favorite meal — the barbecue!

Last night, while I was surfing the net I happen to pass by a site wherien they offer free streaming of movie films. I then watched “Slumdog Millionaire” and “X-Men Origins” first. And suddenly, I saw on the sidebar on the site the name Daniel Radcliffe. I clicked the link and saw that they have the movie December Boys there (one of Daniel’s film). It was a really touching heart melting movie. One of the film that must have a BoB Awards.

It’s been a month again since I last updated my site. ;( I don’t know why but every time I tried to blog something, I’ll just end up dumping it into the drafts section. It’s just I don’t feel like updating my site these past few weeks. In short, I’m to lazy to blog.

Well, I’m kinda happy now that I got few weeks of rest. You know, school classes is fast approaching and I need to think about it first before anything else. And now, I’m ready! Ready to start a new chapter in my life. I’m not saying that I’ve already saying my goodbyes to my highschool blues, it’s just I know that I’m feeling much better now.

I’m kinda excited. New classmates. New friends. New life experiences. Even though I kinda regret (just a little) not studying on my dream school, I’m still very grateful that I’ll be going to my second choice of school.

Anyways, I just turned 16 last May 27. We had just a little family celebration on our home sweet home. I got a Crocs Athens Style sandals from my Dad and a new pair of jeans from my Mom. And my little sister Kristel and my 5 yr-old niece Jiara gave me a crown made of paper. Really, big surprises comes from little things. Jezi got some stuffs for me from BlueMagic.  And his Mom gave me a perfume. Hehe.

Dad had gone abroad again last Wednesday. I missed him now. ;(

K-Pop Addction – Theme Preview

Summer is now officially over. Gonna blog hop now! Hey! I’m officially back! Haha.

Anyways, our classes will start on Tuesday. I’m really anticipated to meet my new classmates and mentors. And my schedule seems pretty fine for me. We have wholeday class sessions from Tuesdays to Thurdays and halfdays on Fridays and Saturdays. I just hate the fact that we don’t have any breaks at all (except for the lunch break) and classes will start at 7:30 in the morning. ;(

Well, one of the good things about school is the daily allowance. Haha. I’m planning of buying LG KF350 next year that’s why I have to save more. So wish me good luck.

Of course I want the pink one. ;D

Sitewise, I might add some photoshop tutorials soon. My PS skills are not that great, but I still want to share some to you. But I still don’t know when since classes are about to start and I might not be able to update this blog often. I promised Mom to lessen my computer hours and to focus more on my studies.

BTW, the dream school that I mentioned on my last entry was UST (University of Sto. Tomas). Some of you might know why.

“Malacañang has  declared that the funeral and burial day of the former President Corazon “Cory” Aquino  on August 5 as a special non-working holiday.

The private funeral of Aquino will be held on the same day. She will be buried beside her late husband, Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino, Jr. at the Manila Memorial Park.

According to deputy presidential spokesperson Lorelei Fajardo, the declaration of Wednesday as a special non-working holiday will allow the nation to witness the moments before Aquino is brought to her final resting place, radio dzMM reported.

A mass will be held at 9 a.m. at the Manila Cathedral before the burial.

Fajardo earlier announced that President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has cut short her United States trip in order to make it to Aquino’s funeral service on Wednesday. Arroyo will leave New York for Manila on Saturday (Sunday in the Philippines).

The chief executive declared a 10-day period of national mourning (Aug. 1 to Aug. 10) over the death of Aquino through Proclamation No. 1850.

Aquino, 76, succumbed to colon cancer on Saturday at 3:18 a.m. Her wake is at the La Salle Green Hills (LSGH) gymnasium in Mandaluyong City.

The public viewing at LSGH began at 5 p.m. of Saturday and will continue until Monday. The daily viewing schedule will be until 4 a.m., and will resume at 7 a.m.”

Our Theology professor told us last Monday to look for the “Reverse Creation” in the cyberspace. I was completely clueless on our assignment. Since our topic that time is the two version of God’s creation (look for Genesis 1 and 2), I thought it would be something like that. Well, in some way, I was right.  It uses the same sentences pertained in the creation but kinda differ in a way this one is not about God creating the universe, but about man wanting to destruct everything.

REVERSE CREATION

In the end, we destroyed the heaven that was called Earth. The Earth had been beautiful until our spirit moved over it and destroyed all things.

And we said…

Let there be darkness… and there was darkness. And we liked the darkness; so we called the darkness, Security. And we divided ourselves into races and religions and classes of society. And there was no morning and no evening on the seventh day before the end.

And we said…

Let there be a strong government to control us in our darkness. Let there be armies to control our bodies so that we may learn to kill one another neatly and efficiently in our darkness. And there was no evening and no morning on the sixth day before the end.

I was completely moved by this poem. And unfortunately, it’s becoming more of a reality nowadays. It is for sure that many people, just like me, will be inspired by this poem. I just hope I can thank the author in person for this exalting and one of a kind masterpiece. Seriously.

The best way to make things easy is to simply plan ahead. Planning ahead is the key -– working out whom you need to notify and whom you need to book. You need to let your local council, bank, utility providers such as water, electricity and gas suppliers and phone and Direct TV company know your new address.

Well, my best friend who resides in New Jersey for 3 and 1/2 years have decided to move to Florida next month since she was assigned to work there. Even how hard it is for her and for her family, they have no choice. There are a lot of work to do so I volunteered to help her. I was in charge to notify all of their utility providers and the phone and Directv companies as well.

After a week, I have already accomplished informing all the utility providers and the phone company. And about the TV company, I don’t really know where to go. Good thing my best friend suggested that I should look in the net. As I have researched, I stumbled at one site which helped me a lot to find a service of Direct TV in Florida. Mission accomplished!
