It tastes similar to honey. It has a very long shelf life, and most importantly it is low on the glycemic index of 32. I usually use it with my oatmeal, and to make peanut butter sandwiches with...yummm...I use the Madhava brand. www.madhavahoney.com for more info.

Xylitol plus by NOW foods: This is a blend of xylitol and stevia extract (leaf). Xylitol is a sugar substitute that comes from fruit, such as strawberries or pears or the birchwood tree. It tastes like sugar, but has 1/3 fewer calories, it is a great alternative for diabetics and it may inhibit cavities. Stevia comes from a plant and is 10-15 x sweeter than sugar with a glycemic of ZERO. I use xylitol plus to sweeten my coffee or tea. www.stevia.com or nowfoods.com.

There you have it. 2 of my favorite sweeteners...natural sweeteners..
Don't get me started on the artifical stuff.

Physio Fitness Gravity program

Our new GRAVITY Group programs have really taken off!
