4. Upload 2 photos showing the transformation (1 photo of yourself prior to the transformation and 1 photo of yourself showing the newly transformed you).

The picture must be original and not yet been used to join in another contest. Should be in jpeg jpeg, png, gif format, 72 to 100 dpi, minimum dimension is 350 x 300 pixels, maximum dimension 1024 x 768 pixels and maximum photo is 1mb.

Criteria for judging:

30% photo quality and composition
70% overall impact or “wow” factor of the transformation
