Thank you so much! The slideshow is absolutely fantastic! While the photos themselves are beautiful, I think we were almost more moved by the story it told...the sequence of photos and the chain of expressions they revealed reminded us so clearly of what had just been said, or what we were thinking or feeling at a particular moment. It helped to really relive a day that went by SO fast! Bubbled up all the emotion that we were too caught up to experience on the actual day :-) Love the photos on the rocks and at Salve Regina. We look forward to the next step of seeing all the other beautiful photos!

Andrea and Mark were married in a daytime ceremony at The Chanler Hotel on September 26, 2009. They wanted a very untraditional reception. Just a small group of family and friends sharing cocktails on the lawn and an afternoon meal on the terrace. Several friends spoke during the meal and shared stories about the bride and groom. Kate at The Chanler along with her staff created a memorable event. Enjoy the slideshow...

Megan and James, Glen Manor House

Megan and James were married at The Glen Manor House in Portsmouth, RI. Rev. Lark d'Helen officiated a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the gardens with friends and family looking on. Flowers and decor were provided by Bellevue Florist. Both Megan and James are Beatles fans and each table was named after their favorite songs. After dinner, by Russell Morin Fine Catering, they proceeded to dance the night away to the sounds of the band Soul City. Here is their story...

Lydia and Steve, Newport, RI

Lydia and Steve were married on the rocks while the last waves from Hurricane Bill crashed the shoreline. The Hon.Frank Camera performed the ceremony while Steve's aunt and uncle served as witnesses. We started before the ceremony photographing inside The Inn at Villalon, an 1856 Newport Mansion designed by Architect Richard Upjohn. After the ceremony we spent some time at Ochre Court on the Salve University campus before returning to the Inn. WatersEdge Flowers crafted a beautiful bouquet and boutionere. It was a pleasure being a part of their wedding day. Their slideshow can be viewed here.

Mary Jane and Rob came from Worcester, MA to have a "wedding weekend" in Newport. Greer and Mary Jane became email friends. Mary Jane was disappointed that I had a wedding on their wedding date, so Greer suggested that they wear their wedding apparel for an afternoon photo session the next day. We spent time on the rocky coastline and ended the day at sunset on the harbor. Mary Jane and Rob asked us to join them for dinner at The Clarke Cooke House. Thanks for dinner and a new friendship. I am in post-production of Sonia and Nithin's wedding images from last weekend's wedding held at Castle Hill Inn & Resort. They celebrated two ceremonies. First the traditional Hindu ceremony, followed by a Christian service. A festive reception followed complete with a Mariachi band for the cocktail hour and two belly dancers made a surprise visit during dinner. A very eclectic day. Here are a few favorites.
