&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
350 gr. di riso,&lt;br /&gt;
60 gr. di burro,&lt;br /&gt;
4 porri finemente tritati,&lt;br /&gt;
200 cl. di brodo vegetale,&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco,&lt;br /&gt;
1 bustina di zafferano,&lt;br /&gt;
3 foglie di salvia,&lt;br /&gt;
60 gr. di grana grattugiato.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Preparazione &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In una pentola riscaldate il brodo che avrete già preparato e filtrato.&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo, ponete in una padella metà del burro e quando sarà fuso metteteci i porri. Quando cominceranno a colorirsi, unite il riso e fatelo tostare. Quindi versateci il&lt;br /&gt;
vino e lasciate che evapori a fuoco alto. Abbassate la fiamma e aggiungete un mestolo di brodo. Lasciatelo assorbire dal riso e continuate a versare a mestoli ogni volta che il brodo si asciugherà. &lt;br /&gt;
A metà cottura, aggiungete lo zafferano diluito in mezzo mestolo di brodo tiepido. Dopo circa mezz’ora il risotto sarà cotto a puntino. Spegnete e mantecate con il grana e il burro rimasto, che avrete fatto sciogliere, a fuoco moderato, in un tegamino con la salvia.&lt;br /&gt;

Ha un costo superiore rispetto ai saponi che compriamo nei supermercati, ma, a differenza di quelli, è delicato e non secca la pelle, tanto da potersi usare anche per lavare il viso.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E' un prodotto tipico della città di &lt;b&gt;Aleppo in Siria&lt;/b&gt;, la cui lavorazione artigianale segue una tradizione che risale all'antichità, perpetuata generazione dopo generazione.&lt;br /&gt;

L'olio d'oliva è mescolato con soda in vasche di acqua bollente e bollito fino a 200 gradi C sotto costante agitazione, fino a quando l'olio d'oliva si divide&amp;nbsp; in glicerina e sale di sodio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
L'operaio decide quando questo processo deve essere considerato completo. Poco prima di questo si aggiunge l'olio di alloro alla sostanza calda.&lt;br /&gt;
La qualita' del sapone dipendera' dalla quantita di olio d'alloro utilizzato, che puo' variare da 0% a 45%. &lt;br /&gt;

La miscela di sapone è pompata dal serbatoio su un piano superiore. Qui, è poi schiacciata o levigata. Dopo che la sostanza si è indurita a sufficienza, i blocchi di sapone, come noi li conosciamo, sono tagliati e viene stampato il sigillo del produttore.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I pezzi di sapone possono mantenere le loro qualità per un certo numero di anni, e molte persone lasciano maturare ulteriormente dopo averli acquistati.&lt;br /&gt;

Così, la schiuma diventa più bella, il pezzo di sapone diventa più duro e il sapone avrà una vita più lunga.&lt;br /&gt;

Io ho provato quello del saponificio Gianasso (&lt;b&gt;I Provenzali&lt;/b&gt;) che trovo anche al supermercato, ma nelle erboristerie c'è molta scelta e forse una miglior qualità.&lt;br /&gt;

Perché le date di scadenza, ormai compaiono su profumi, creme solari, articoli per il trucco e detergenti, ovvero su tutto ciò che rientra nell’area cosmetica? Significa che si può utilizzare un fondotinta per anni senza problemi? Quali rischi derivano dall’uso di un cosmetico scaduto? &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se non c’è la data di scadenza sulla confezione, siamo in presenza di prodotti cosmetici con una durata minima superiore a 30 mesi e l’indicazione della durata minima non è obbligatoria. &lt;br /&gt;

Tuttavia, per tali prodotti a partire da marzo 2005 le disposizioni comunitarie hanno aggiunto un nuovo requisito per le etichette dei prodotti cosmetici denominato “Periodo post-apertura” o Pao (dall’inglese Period after opening). Tale informazione è indicata con un simbolo che raffigura in modo stilizzato un barattolo di crema aperto seguito dall’indicazione del numero di mesi in cui il prodotto, una volta aperto, può essere utilizzato e conservato in modo corretto, rimanendo conforme ai requisiti generali di sicurezza.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
• prodotti monodose (es. campioni gratuiti); &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• prodotti in confezioni che impediscono il contatto tra il prodotto stesso e l’ambiente circostante (es. aerosol); &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• prodotti per i quali è stato accertato direttamente dal produttore che la formula è tale da impedire qualsiasi rischio di deterioramento che impatti sulla sicurezza del prodotto stesso nel corso del tempo.&lt;br /&gt;

La camomilla infatti, contiene una sostanza dette azulene, che ha potere antinfiammatorio.&lt;br /&gt;

Per aree ristrette basta applicare&amp;nbsp; una bustina umida e fresca.&lt;br /&gt;

Per aree più estese, invece, preparate l’infuso mettendo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1\2 litro d’acqua bollente &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 cucchiai di camomilla essiccata. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coprite la tisana e lasciatela raffreddare. Filtrate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando sarà + fredda, imbevetevi una pezzuola e applicatela per 10 minuti sulle zone irritate.&lt;br /&gt;

Mescolare bene gli ingredienti e conservare in un barattolo di vetro con coperchio.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Usare prima della doccia 2 volte a settimana e poi risciacquare bene con acqua. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
L'olio d'oliva idrata la pelle come nessuna crema, e il sale ha proprietà disintossicanti.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
La cannella dà un aroma molto gradevole, però non aggiungetene più di 1 cucchiaino perchè in eccesso può irritare la pelle. &lt;br /&gt;

Avere piedi curati è importante tutto l'anno, ma lo è soprattutto quando sono ben in  vista con i sandali, perchè sfoggiare l'abbronzatura tanto "sudata" è bello in questi giorni, ma avere dei piedi abbronzati e al tempo stesso curati è il massimo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ecco alcuni consigli per averli freschi e deodorati.&lt;br /&gt;

Si prepara mettendo nell’acqua fredda:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 gocce di olio essenziale di lavanda  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;due gocce di olio di menta  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 g di bicarbonato  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cucchiaio di olio di mandorle  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 foglie d’alloro &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt;Tenete a bagno i piedi per 15 minuti in questa miscela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt;Infine, sui piedi umidi, passate (senza esagerare!) la pietra pomice sulle  zone in cui la pelle è troppo spessa e sui calli, che saranno già ammorbiditi  dal bicarbonato e dall’olio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt;Per riattivare la circolazione, durante il pediluvio potete mettere delle  sfere nella bacinella (vanno bene le classiche biglie).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt;Se non avete gli oli essenziali, potete preparare un infuso con una manciata  di foglie di menta fresca in acqua bollente. Fate raffreddare e poi versate  nella bacinella con l’acqua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In questi giorni ho deciso di preparare l'olio di curcuma consigliato dall'autrice del libro, e date le proprietà benefiche di questa spezia, vi consiglio di provarlo per insaporire i vostri piatti e per ridurre il consumo di sale. Ecco la ricetta:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti per 500 millilitri di olio aromatico:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
❥ 500 millilitri di olio extravergine di oliva&lt;br /&gt;
❥ 3 cucchiai colmi di curcuma in polvere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Versate l’olio in un barattolo con coperchio ermetico e mescolatevi&lt;br /&gt;
la curcuma.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Chiudete e lasciate a macerare per una settimana, agitando il&lt;br /&gt;
barattolo una volta al giorno.&lt;br /&gt;
3. L’ottavo giorno non agitate il barattolo, e travasate l’olio in una&lt;br /&gt;
bottiglia di vetro scuro avendo cura di non smuovere la curcuma&lt;br /&gt;
che si sarà depositata sul fondo del barattolo. Si conserva per diversi&lt;br /&gt;
mesi.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

ho letto che fanno persino bene a chi ha il diabete di tipo 2.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Viste tutte queste proprietà, ho fatto una ricerca sugli usi, alimentari e non, del mirtillo e ho trovato varie ricette che vi propongo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Aperitivo salutare:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;far macerare per 10 giorni in un litro di buon vino rosso 30g di bacche di mirtillo. Agitare la bottiglia una volta al giorno. Filtrare e bere prima dei pasti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Aceto per la cucina e per uso cosmetico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;in un litro di aceto rosso forte versare 40g di bacche e lasciare macerare per 30 giorni. Filtrare con un telino e spremere molto bene. Filtrare.&lt;br /&gt;Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero finchè non sono gonfi e chiari. Versarvi dentro il latte caldo senza smettere di frustare. Trasferire di nuovo il tutto nella pentola del latte e far ispessire a fuoco dolcissimo, girando con cura, fino ad ottenere una crema. Lasciar raffreddare. A parte montare gli albumi con lo zucchero a velo a neve ferma.&lt;br /&gt;Poi aggiungere pian piano agli albumi, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt; il succo di limone, lo sciroppo e il limoncello, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt;mescolando delicatamente dall'alto verso il basso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mettere il composto in congelatore, in un contenitore in acciaio per almeno 6 ore (rigirando il composto almeno ogni ora!!!!), finchè vedrete il composto solidificarsi per bene.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poco prima che sia pronto, prendere i frutti di bosco congelati, aggiungervi un pò d'acqua e i 2 cucchiai di succo di limone,  frullare per qualche minuto.
