Extra Recital Tickets!

Don't forget - extra recital tickets go on sale this Wednesday May 16th! You can purchase additional tickets for the 10am and 1pm recitals on-line (www.showclix.com), over the phone (1.888.71.TICKETS) or in person at the studio.

TICKETS FOR THE 4PM RECITAL ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT! If you would like additional tickets for the 4pm recital, please stop by or call the desk to be added to the waiting list. If you have tickets that you do not need for the 4pm recital (or any other recital), please contact the desk with the seat numbers you wish to return and we will happily issue you a refund and find those tickets a new home!

OTHER REMINDERS:
This Saturday May 19th - Friday May 25th is picture week! Please come to the studio at your normal class day & time but in full costume, hair and make-up. Order forms are available in the lobbies of both studios and must be turned in when photos are taken for all individual portraits. Please be sure to come even if you do not wish to purchase photos as we would like to get a full class photo and dances will also be rehearsed.

Recital Volunteers Needed!

We need your help to make Recital 2012 as awesome as it can be! Parents, if you are able, we need green room volunteers backstage with all classes age Pre-School through Level II for both dress rehearsal and recital day! We also need volunteers to help with clean-up, handing out programs and more. Sign-up sheets are available in the lobby of both studies. Ask at the desk for more information and thank you in advance for any help you are able to give - we couldn't do it without you! :-)

Important Upcoming Dates:
May 15th-18th - Friend & Family Watch Week & last week of classes for Spring Session classes only
May 16th - Extra Recital Tickets go on sale
May 19th-25th - Last week of school year classes/PICTURE WEEK! Please report to your regular class day/time/location in full costume, hair & make-up even if you do not wish to purchase photos. A class photo will be taken and dances will be rehearsed.
May 26th-28th - Memorial Day Holiday
May 31st & June 1st - Dress Rehearsals
June 2nd - 5th Annual Recital!!! :-)

Ticket Troubleshooting

If you haven't bought your recital tickets yet, here are a few tips we've learned from last night:

If at all possible, copy and paste your codes into the box - the biggest issue so far has been people mixing up the letter O and the number 0 in their codes.
Make sure you're using the right code for the right recital, a 10AM code will only work for the 10AM recital, etc.
Remember the pre-sale code gets you in, then you select all of the tickets that you want for that recital (up to 5) and then on checkout the comp code makes two of them free. Each pre-sale code will only work once so make sure you've picked the correct number of tickets as you won't be able to get back in to get more until the 16th.

Open Registration for the 2012/2013 School Year has now begun!
If you have not yet registered - hurry while there's still space in your favorite class days and times! Current students and their families still pay no registration fee. Then spread the word - more friends=even more fun!

It's almost Recital Time! Parents be on the look-out for volunteer sign-up sheets coming soon. We need your help to make the magic happen! No prior experience or special skills are needed and all volunteers receive a super cool limited edition backstage t-shirt along with our sincere thanks for helping make recital a great experience for all the students.

Get first choice of your favorite class days and times before we open registration to the public
Pay no registration fees

Recital Costumes!
Recital costumes were given out last week. If you were not here, please make sure you pick up your costume this week. If you have received your costume, please make sure to try it on to check the size.

Proper Dance Shoes

As the recital approaches, we want to make sure that all students have the proper shoes for their performance. Please make sure your child has the type of shoes they need for the recital as per our dress code. Please check the classes and shoe styles flyer that is posted on the white announcements board in each of the studios. Thanks!
