Prior to starting Chinatown Bureau, Miser spent his career in advertising / marketing firms, building multi-million dollar business units innovating, establishing and operationalizing digital and technology for business growth. These businesses included an outsourced digital marketing agency, an innovation and emerging media lab, a brand content publishing organization and a consumer experience and product development accelerator.

We were very fortunate to find Paul and have him join the fledgling Lincoln agency Hudson Rouge. Paul led our digital efforts which evolved over time to be a huge portion of our re-introduction of the Lincoln brand. Paul is a thought leader with terrific ability to manage teams both on premise and in separate locations. His digital chops are self evident, less obvious is his true creative sensibility. He's a very talented fellow and was responsible, almost singlehandedly, for creating confidence with our clients that Hudson Rouge had digital credibility and would deliver as promised. Which we did in no small part because of Paul's contribution.
Paul has one of the strongest digital minds that I have seen. In his current role, he does a great job of combining his digital acumen with the role of being the primary point of contact for our digital clients. In addition, he isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves when there is an issue or challenge on a specific project. And if that isn't enough, he does a great job of being the voice of reason within the agency and across the projects. Paul has gained the trust and respect of his clients, account team, creative team and project management team. In addition, one of Paul's greatest strengths is keeping calm and putting a smile on his face under tight pressure. I have never seen Paul get really upset or truly frustrated even though he had every right to be upset or at least vent. Paul's focus was always on how to solve the project and to keep things moving forward. If I were starting my own digital marketing firm, Paul would be tops on my list to bring on board. Not only would I recommend him, I would hire him directly if I could.
