Only a small percentage of people actually believe that reincarnation exists, all of twenty five percent of the population. It, however, does not mean reincarnation does not exist. Have you ever had a feeling or maybe felt connection to 'something' but could not explain why. I know you understand what I mean. Sometimes there are things we feel a strong connection to and can find no reason for this. I might simply mean that in a past life it was something important to you.

The possibility is often overlooked by many people or they even ignore the validity of it. And by doing this they miss an extraordinary opportunity to grow as an individual and to find out who they are and why. What is very unfortunate is that they don't realize that they are impeding their own success and their personal achievements.

Extensive research, as a matter of fact, has proven past life regression has become a very powerful too to help those who suffer from emotional problems.

One of the benefits of life regression is the clearing and the healing of trauma and one of the most common. We have two choices when we encounter 'trauma'. We can run or face it head on and try to change it. When we speak of (trauma and life regression) we have an option. Rescue the past self, move forward to the present and where the trauma could be viewed by the Higher Self, as a whole.

We all have a creative side and past life regression can help us to get in touch with it. Everyone has talents and attributes they may currently be unaware of. These attributes can help guide each individual through life making better choices and decision. With past life regression you can visit one or more of these lives and bring forward these attributes to act as an Inner Guide.

Practicing past life regression can aid you in rewriting a past life contract, agreement or a promise. Karma – is easily said as 'what goes around, comes around'. Anything you do (good or bad) past or present will eventually come back to you. If another individual is involved and you need to be free of this agreement, you need to go back to the time of the original agreement. This can be accomplished with an Inner Guide. You will have to decide if you want to atone for or see if the agreement can be modified to benefit your current situation.

A most significant benefit of practicing past life regression is the ability to ground and affirm ones self.

Individuals who practice past life regression feel more grounded and this is not and uncommon situation. In fact this is due to the information they have received making them more aware of who they are personally and that they have characteristics, talents, connections and more. Receiving the information that explains the why enables them to accept who they are as a person and to live more fully.

Experts in the field of life regression agree, if a person wants enhancement of their life they need to use past life regression. Life regression will help you to remember your past lives and allows you to become more fulfilled in this your present life.

Maybe you think your experiences of simple figments or feelings are imagination. Then a catharsis will begin, opening your mind and break down all barriers that are blocking your abilities of achievement. And allowing you to achieve all you want in your present life.

Lets briefly recap. The benefits of life regression also include coping and dealing with trauma situations from the past. This allows us to move forward in this life, the present. Having dealt with these past situations makes it easier to make better choices and decisions. This is possible because we've already dealt with them in the past.

Just as in history, if you know your history the chances of repeating your mistakes in the present are unlikely. This is true in your personal life and world wide. If you've been dishonest in the past and you have paid the piper you can change your old bad habits now, in the present, for the better.

Knowledge, the most important benefit of past life regression, is what you will gain and obtain. This will give you a much better understanding of who and what you are and the reason for being you. The opportunity now exists for you to live your life to the fullest. Utilizing all of your potentials. All of your talents, skills and abilities, before unknown to you.

There is a belief that what is irrevocably gone (i.e. yesterday) cannot be bridged with what is unknown (tomorrow). The same belief can be applied to the closed chapter of one?s last life and the unfolding history of the present one. I want to tell you that yes, a bridge can be built between one?s past and present lives. Whatever your religion might be ? Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism or Kabalah amongst others ? there?s usually no bar to believing in rebirth or reincarnation.

For most people their previous life is nothing more than a passing curiosity. They may not realize that past life regression therapy has helped many change their lives for the better.

Scientists of today are beginning to see that there are benefits to past life regression therapy. Studies have shown that people can make big changes in their life for the better once they have dealt with horrible things that happened to them in a past life.

This is not a figment of man?s imagination. Scientific research vouches for actual improvement in one?s present life if he or she indulges in such PLR therapy.

One can indulge in such therapy through hypnosis done by a second person or even by oneself. However, it is important to bear in mind that there is nothing wrong in trying to remember one?s past life.

Never doubt that your previous life has a part in your current one. The things that happened before exist in memories that are in your unconscious and need a bit of prodding to come to the top.

Your knowledge of a past life experience will not help you much. You must take that information and use it in a practical manner in order to have positive results in this life.

The past is hidden in the present. Therefore it influences the latter. PLR jogs past memories and brings them forefront.

Past life influences the current one for the better and this improvement is available by using PLR techniques. These help us learn about mistakes we made in our past life so we can avoid them now and enjoy better living.

You are expected to take into account your shortcomings in the previous life and not repeat the mistakes in your present life.

* You may believe that everything you remember is an active imagination, and that is okay. You can still experience a release that frees your mind; this could allow the creative process to flow and lead to health and success.

Irrespective of what your own personal opinion is, most PLR experts will still recommend that you take part in Past Life Regression for two fundamental reasons.

* Past life, traumas can wreck pain and destruction in your present life, this will heal that.

* Even if ultimately you believe that it is all in your imagination, you can still benefit from the effects of unblocking things which may have caused you emotional or physical problems.

* It is a healing process that reverses past trauma that may be destroying your life today

* You will be much clearer in thought and action

* Your hidden, latent talents can be unveiled

For the vast majority of people, anything which promises to improve the way we live our lives is worth a try so whether you believe in PLR or not, you really should consider giving it a go. After all, you have nothing to lose.

For those who believe in past lives reincarnation, they believe that the soul goes through reincarnation and other births life after life. Among those who believe in this are those who practice the Hindu religion. The Hindu religion states that reincarnation happens because of the soul or athma, and because of karma, or the deeds one does during one's life. Hindu scriptures state that the soul doesn't die, and only can change from one form to the next; this is similar, for example, to the way one might simply shed old clothes for new.

This is a very different philosophy from that of Christian theory of reincarnation, which focuses on the resurrection of Christ. It is believed that the soul can take any form, whether man, woman, or animal. The deeds or karma of the human being in the present life are what determines the kind of life that person will have in the next life.

Several scriptures and the Hindu religion talk about past lives reincarnation extensively. Notably, a major one of these is the Bhrigu Sanhit, which apparently had an accounting of the future and past lives for all living souls. This scripture has been lost over the centuries, however.

One of the most compelling past lives reincarnation experts on rebirth is Dr. Ian Stevenson. His data is famous and compelling because he had a background in modern medicine; he held a degree in medicine, and was a psychiatrist. This is especially notable considering that modern science discounts rebirth as a legitimate claim. Therefore, it can't be stated that this is the most notable source of scientific information on reincarnation is theory, just the most famous and well documented.

Dr. Stevenson didn't put his patients under trance or induce hypnosis, as many past life regression therapists now do. Instead, he simply talked to children who had spontaneous recollections of incidents that had happened in their past lives.

Among the most well-known and puzzling cases was that of a child, a young boy, six years old, from a tiny village in Punjab. This child claimed that he had been Satnam Singh, a man from a village that the boy named as Chakkchela; the boy claimed to have lived there as Satnam Singh, even though he actually had not been there himself. Additionally, the boy could describe Chakkchela in minute detail.

The boy's family tried to dissuade him from making such statements, but he continued to claim that his name was Satnam, even going so far as to reveal the name of the man's father. As Satnam, he said that he had been killed while coming home from school on his motorcycle. This claim was investigated and was indeed found to be true, that a man named Satnam Singh had indeed been killed thusly. The boy also revealed other intimate details about the man's family that checked out to be true. The final proof was when the man's handwriting was compared to the young boy's, and they proved identical.

Stephenson's collection also includes another popular account of past lives reincarnation, from a young girl named Swarnalata. This little girl was just three years old and vividly remembered her past life as a young woman she called Biya Pathak. The little girl described the house he lived in and took her father to the house one day when they were out. The child went so far as to suggest that she'd lived there, and that they could have a better cup of tea if they went into that house than they could get on the road. The 'clincher' for this case was when the little girl recognized the young woman's brother, and addressed him by his pet name from among nine people.

Stevenson lists dozens of these cases in his data, and also states that in some cases, when there has been a physical trauma in the last life, it can manifest in the form of a birthmark in the next life. A man from Thailand seemed to illustrate this; he recollected that he was his own deceased maternal uncle, reincarnated. And indeed, this man had a scar on his head that was located in the exact same place as a knife wound his uncle had died from.

Another young boy claimed to remember a past life as a man named MahaRam. This man had been killed by close contact gunfire to the chest, and the boy had several birthmarks on his chest that looked like gunshot wound scars.

Many psychiatrists and other eminent authorities in psychology and psychiatry believe in rebirth as a legitimate concept, including Dr. Brian Weiss, who is considered to be the father of past life regression. However, science continues to be very skeptical about it. Nonetheless, it's also worth noting that when many people undergo a few sessions of past life regression therapy, they experience the sudden disappearance of phobias and fears they've had their entire lives.

One of the philosophies that believes in past lives reincarnation and other births for the soul is the Hindu philosophy. The Hindu philosophy also believes in athma (soul) and karma (deeds). Hindu religious scriptures say that the soul never dies but merely changes body or form, much as one might shed old clothes for new.

This is a very different philosophy from that of Christian theory of reincarnation, which focuses on the resurrection of Christ. It is believed that the soul can take any form, whether man, woman, or animal. The deeds or karma of the human being in the present life are what determines the kind of life that person will have in the next life.

There are several Hindu scriptures that speak very much about past lives reincarnation. Notable among these is the Bhrigu Sanhita, which apparently had a complete accounting of both past and future births for all living souls. Unfortunately, this scripture has been lost over time.

In regard to modern-day reincarnation theory, Dr. Ian Stevenson has collected some compelling data. Even though modern science scoffs at the idea of past lives reincarnation, Dr. Stevenson believed in it. Therefore, although it can't be said that his data is the most respected scientific data on the theory, it's very famous and his cases are very well documented because Dr. Stevenson held a degree in medicine and was a psychiatrist.

Unlike today's past life regression therapists, though, Dr. Stevenson didn't put his patients into trance or hypnotize them. Instead, he interviewed children who had spontaneous recollections of the incidents they experienced in their past lives.

Among the most famous and puzzling of these cases was that of a small boy, six years old, who came from a small village in Punjab. The little boy claimed that he had been a man named Satnam Singh in a past life, and could even minutely described the man's village of of Chakkchela; that was true even though the child had never been there.

The family tried to discourage the boy from saying these things, but he nonetheless continued to say that his name was Satnam. He even told others what the man's father's name had been. Further, the boy said that he had been killed in a motorcycle accident as he was heading home from school. This claim was investigated and it was absolutely found that there had been a man named Satnam Singh, and he had been killed precisely as the boy said he had been. The young boy also revealed intimate details about the family, and these also checked out to be accurate. The most amazing part of this was when the handwriting of the young boy and the handwriting of the deceased man were compared, and were found to be absolutely identical.

Another child Stephenson interviewed had a past lives reincarnation account about a young woman. The little girl's name was Swarnalata, and she was just three years old. Nonetheless, she claimed to have been Biya Pathak, a young woman. The child could describe the house the young woman had lived in with very significant clarity, and even took her father to the property when they were traveling back from the railway station in their town one day. She further said that if they were to go to this young woman's house, they could get a far better cup of tea then they could on the road. The 'clincher' in this case happened when the little girl recognized the young woman's brother and addressed him by a pet name, from a group of people numbering nine.

Stevenson's files are filled with these cases, dozens of them. Stevenson also asserted that if a physical trauma has taken place in the last life, it can show up in the next as a birthmark. Indeed, one subject said that this had happened to him. He said he was his own deceased uncle, on his mother's side; the subject had a scar on his head that matched a knife wound his uncle had had in the same location, the wound his uncle had died from.

Another young boy claimed to remember a past life as a man named MahaRam. This man had been killed by close contact gunfire to the chest, and the boy had several birthmarks on his chest that looked like gunshot wound scars.

Many psychiatrists, including Dr. Brian Weiss, the father of modern past life regression, as well as several other prominent authorities on psychiatry and psychology, believe there may be such a thing as rebirth; however, science is still mostly skeptical about it. It's also worth noting, however, that when people undergo past life reduction therapy, they can often get rid of life long fears and phobias after just a few sessions.

Past lives reincarnation is a theory dictated by the Hindu philosophy of athma, or soul, and karma, or deeds. With this, the soul goes through past lives reincarnation and other births, because it is indestructible and cannot be destroyed. Instead, it only changes form from one life to the next, much as you might change outfits once one has outlived its usefulness.

This is very different from Christianity's view of reincarnation, which focuses on Christ's resurrection. The Hindus state that the soul can inhabit any form, man, woman or animal. The deeds or karma of a human being in one life dictate what's going to be his or her life in the next.

There are several Hindu scriptures that speak very much about past lives reincarnation. Notable among these is the Bhrigu Sanhita, which apparently had a complete accounting of both past and future births for all living souls. Unfortunately, this scripture has been lost over time.

Most compellingly, Dr. Ian Stevenson has collected modern rebirth data. Although scientists still frown on the claims of rebirth, such that it cannot be said that modern science respects so-called 'scientific information' on reincarnation theory, Stevenson's work is the most well-documented and famous; not least, that was because Dr. Stevenson had a degree in medicine and was a psychiatrist.

Dr. Stevenson didn't put his patients under any kind of hypnosis or trance like state, unlike many modern day pass life regression therapist. Instead, he collected his data entirely from children who spontaneously recalled past life incidents.

Most noted and perplexing among these cases was that of a small child, a boy, six years old, from a small village in Punjab. This child claimed that he had been a man named Satnam Singh; further, he could vividly describe the man's village of Chakkchela, even though the boy had never actually been there.

The family tried to stop the boy from discussing this, but the boy was not dissuaded and continued. He was even able to reveal the name of the man's father. He claimed that as Satnam, he had died as a result of a motorcycle accident he'd been in as he rode home from school. Closer investigation found thatSatnam had indeed died in this manner. The boy was also able to reveal personal information about the family, but the 'clincher' was that when the child's and the man's handwriting samples were compared, they were identical.

Another popular account from Stevenson's collection about past lives reincarnation came from a young girl named Swarnalata. This little girl was just three years old, but nonetheless, she could recall her life as a young woman named Biya Pathak very vividly. She described the house she had lived in, and in fact took her father there one day when they were traveling. The child even said that she'd lived there, and that they could get a better cup of tea in that house than they could have if they'd got it on the road. What sealed this case was that the little girl recognized Biya Pathak's brother, and called him by a pet name from among nine people.

Stephenson's files contain dozens of these types of cases. He further states that when an injury is caused in one life, it can often manifest in the next life in the form of a birthmark, in the same location. As one example, a man from Thailand recalled that he was the reincarnation of his deceased maternal uncle. This man had a scar in the exact location where his uncle had suffered a fatal knife wound, to his head.

Another child claimed that he had been a man named MahaRam, who had been killed by close range shots to the chest area. And in fact, the child had birthmarks on his chest that looked like they could have been bullet wound scars.

There has been some speculation about reincarnation regression and whether or not there is any real significance behind it. Throughout history there have been well document cases of various religions and cultures placing a focus on the concept because it is believed that the soul is immortal. It is believed that when an individual dies, the soul is reborn in a new body and while in the present body, memories of the previous lifetime are recalled.

The process can be triggered by several different things. For instance, hypnotism is one means of triggering this process. While in a trance a person can reach higher planes of consciousness. This can cause a personal spiritual awakening for many people. Once triggered, the process can open many individuals up to the memories from a past life.

There have been some cases than an individual has been able to explore several different lifetimes in their memory. They recall pivotal moments and the deaths of the body that was associated with those lives. For some, this helps to explain fears that they have in the present life, as the previous deaths were ones that the soul had experienced in the past.

During the hypnotic process, the person never enters an unconscious state. During the process, individuals have their thought processes channeled to help them focus on various aspects.

The hypnotist may ask particular questions pertaining to a past life, during the process of a trance like state. The person in the trance is better able to focus on the various rebirths of his or her soul. However, some unanticipated information can come to the surface, since his or her feelings and thoughts trigger the information of a past life.

It is significant to note that some skeptics think this information may be forced from the person in the hypnotic state. Many consider that the ideas are embedded during the process. However, anyone witnessing the whole process will understand that this is not true.

Very basic questions are asked during the first session, these help a person to understand their present lifetime. Clinical studies and reports tell us that some people can accurately recall the memories of past lives. Many people can actually give particular details concerning the events of a past life. The same series of questions and information may be repeated in future sessions by using different words.

Another method that is often used for reincarnation regression is known as hypno-kinesiology. This process was designed to combine muscle testing with general hypnosis. While they are in the hypnotic stage, they are checked for any variances of their reflexes to help determine their past life secrets.

This has proven to be a good method of getting results for many people. However, some skeptics claim that this method only further persuades people to believe that the results they get are only provoked responses that the body naturally reacts too.

In some cases, the answer to regression comes from trigger words, sounds or smells. In our normal daily routine we might be watching our favorite show, or smelling a home cooked meal when we recall an event from a lifetime we never had. This can at times cause fear in us, and as we continue to explore this experience, we find the truth about our own reincarnation regression. This is what can lead us to individuals who have a strong knowledge in this field of study.

The possibilities of our reincarnation regression process can however, be blocked by our belief system. These blockages can build walls to keep us from learning more and getting the results we need to continue. Some spiritual belief systems can cause resistance for many since there is then a fear of having unanswered questions concerning that particular belief.

Questioning faith is not the answer, since it is essential that we openly embrace the possibilities of understanding the state of regression. There is no evil or black magic involved with understanding and using these processes to learn more about a past life. Doing so can help reduce fears and concerns that one may face in this lifetime. When you are earnest about understanding about your past lives and wish to find inner peace, coming to terms with the issue is most helpful and highly recommendable.

Reincarnation beliefs, or the belief that you had a past lives is an ancient belief that is found all over the world, and originated in European, Asian and African continents. Modern New Age religions still believe that your past lives influence your behaviors and thoughts today. Some of these cultures believe that 'de ja vu' moments are something from a previous life experience in one of your other lives.

Health, mental wellbeing, and social interactions can be linked to past life experiences, accumulating through each past life. By finding out about who you were in a past life, you may be able to better understand your fears, weaknesses and strengths to make you a stronger and better person in your present life, as well as future lives.

When you have disturbing dreams that seem like real life, but don't fit into any experiences you have ever had, it could be from a buried subconscious memory of a past life. People who think reincarnation is possible also believe that everybody is a reincarnated soul, but that some are older souls, while some are newer souls that are just recycled into new bodies. Other signs of possible reincarnation dreams:

* Are you strongly attracted to a specific culture or place that does not hold any place of importance in your present life? For instance you may be crazy about Mesopotamian art but not really understand why. Delve further into the aspects that interest you about that art and the time period you are interested in. If you can zero on a narrow range, we may have some clue.

* Some cultural or historical incidences and significant events have a great impact on you but you are not aware or you cannot explain why. It could be that you were once a part of the influential events in the past and perhaps you became one of the active individuals of that event.

* Some inexplicable fears which have no bearing in the present life and are not connected to your childhood. Allergies and physical problems may also be connected with your past life.

The fact that you have experienced any of these doesn't necessarily mean you are remembering a past life, it is usually indicated by patterns, attractions, tastes, incidents in your life that are put together to indicate the possibility they may be coming from a past life because they have no basis in your childhood or present life.

Past lives can be accessed with hypnotism and self hypnosis as well. A visit to a past life regression specialist may unravel more mysteries for you. The specialist hypnotizes you and puts you in a deep state of relaxation which helps you to tap your subconscious memories.

A technique that doubles as a deep relaxation method is the best way to start learning self hypnosis and then you can work into past life regressions, once you have mastered it.

The safety aspect has no cause of concern. Past life regression is more like watching a movie or looking back in time. You will feel the emotions but not as intensely. You may also feel the shadows and the feelings associated.

As you begin to recall the past life memories, you will be able to distinguish the good ones from the bad ones through the after-results. Good memories usually trigger good feelings while bad memories irritate your feelings causing you to feel bad. When you wake up, you will notice that it feels like you just had a bad dream. This means that you had a bad life in the past. Do not think that recalling unpleasant memories are bad for you; this is actually your key to know your past life.

You also have to realize that you have to undergo this kind of experience for you to be able to start your life positively. The recollection of negative incidences of your past life is only a small portion of the process. Once you are through with this life regression and you have learned to accept and understand the life you have been through in the past, you will be free to move on and make your current life better.

Most people believe in the principle of Karma which says that every action has a reaction. Hence kind and positive acts translate to good karma and are rewarded in future lives while the bad acts are punished in the future lives. People who are bad keep getting problems to improve and these problems only stop when they atone for all their misdeeds.

Some people were confused of this idea. They thought that the negative past life made them deserving of bad present life. This is actually not true. Every new life is a chance to make your life better and it's up to you if you will choose to live your life the good way.

Past lives reincarnation theorizes that the soul goes through other lives and other births; Hinduism is one such philosophy focuses on past lives reincarnation, dictated by athma, the soul, and karma, or deeds. Hindu religious scriptures state that the soul cannot be destroyed, and therefore lives on, changing form from one body to the next just as we might shed old clothes for new once the old ones have worn out.

Christianity has a very different viewpoint of reincarnation, focusing on Christ's resurrection instead. In Hinduism, the soul can inhabit any form, woman, man, even animal. The karma, or deeds of the human being, dictate what the next life will hold for that person.

There are several Hindu scriptures that talk about past life reincarnations. Most notably is the Bhrigu Sanhita, a scripture that supposedly held an accounting of all future and past births for current souls living. Unfortunately, this scripture no longer exists, and has been lost to time.

Today, most therapists who use past life regression induce trances in subjects or use hypnosis to get them to recall past lives. Dr. Stevenson did not do that, however. He simply talked to children who could spontaneously recall events from their own past lives.

Among the most famous and puzzling of these cases was that of a small boy, six years old, who came from a small village in Punjab. The little boy claimed that he had been a man named Satnam Singh in a past life, and could even minutely described the man's village of of Chakkchela; that was true even though the child had never been there.

The family tried to dissuade the boy from telling people about this, but he continued to claim that he was Satnam; he also gave the name of this man's father. He also said that he had been killed in his past life as he was coming home from school in a motorcycle accident. The boy's claims were investigated and were indeed found to be true, insofar that a man by that name had indeed been killed in a motorcycle accident on the way home from school. The boy was also able to give intimate family details, and these, too, proved to be accurate. What was most notable, though, was that when the man's and the boy's handwriting samples were compared, they were found to be identical.

Stevenson's work records dozens of incidents like these. Stevenson further states that if one is injured in a past life, the injury can manifest in the next life as a birthmark. This was indeed found to be true for one case that involved a man from Thailand; this man said that he was in fact his own now-dead uncle (his mother's brother) and had been reincarnated. The man bore a scar on his head that matched the location where his uncle had sustained a fatal wound from a knife.

Another child claimed that he had been a man named MahaRam, who had been killed by close range shots to the chest area. And in fact, the child had birthmarks on his chest that looked like they could have been bullet wound scars.

Dr. Brian Weiss, who is the father of modern past lives reincarnation theory, is one of the more prominent authorities on the subject; he and other colleagues in psychiatry and psychology believed that there may be such a thing as rebirth. Even so, science itself is still skeptical. It should be noted, however, that if people undergo past lives regression therapy, they can often rid themselves of phobias and fears in just a few sessions.

There is some speculation about reincarnation regression and if there is any significance behind it. In history there have been documented cases of various cultures and religions that have placed a focus on this concept because the soul is considered to be immortal. Because of this, the belief is that an individual is reborn in a new body, and while in the present body they begin to recall the memories and the lifetime that they once had.

There are a number of ways to jump start this process, with the most common being hypnotism. When an individuals is put into a trance, it is believed they evolve to a higher plane which allows them have a spiritual awakening. It is these spiritual awakening that allows the soul's past experiences to return.

Many times this allows the individual to begin exploring and discovering many different lifetimes full of memories. The individual may recall various basic happenings such as the deaths they have experienced in past lifetimes yet in different bodies. Many individuals may begin to understand why they have the fears they face in this lifetime by knowing what the past held for them, since they have already physically experienced the deaths of past lives.

It's important to understand that during the hypnotic process, the individual is not in an unconscious state. During the process, individuals have their thought processes channeled in order to help them focus on specific aspects.

For instance, during a trance, the hypnotist may ask specific questions that relate to the past life. This can help the individual in the trance to focus on the different rebirths of the soul. Unexpected information may become available in this lifetime because of triggers set off by the thoughts and feelings of a past life.

It is very important to note that while some skeptics believe that the information may be forced from the individual, and created through a series of implanted ideas. Those who have witnessed the entire processing of an individual have found that it is anything but.

During the first session, most individuals are taken into a trance and asked some very basic questions in an effort to understand how they are experiencing their life. In recorded studies, individuals are able to give an accurate account of a past live and provide great detail about events that have occurred. During future sessions, even when different questions are asked, the same information is revealed.

Using another method, that of hypo-kinesiology can also trigger reincarnation regression. During this process testing muscles is incorporated into the process of general hypnosis. During this process, the reflexes of muscles are check to determine whether there are any past life secrets.

For some individuals, this proves to be a better method of obtaining results. Although some have claimed this method is used to further persuade an individual in believing their results are anything more than provoked responses that our bodies would naturally have in reaction to as well.

While in regression, different words, scents and sounds can trigger past life memories. The scent of bread baking in an oven, hearing an old song and many other things can trigger these memories of events from a past life. For some, this can cause fear. However, taking the time to learn from such experiences can bring on the truth of such reincarnation regression processes. This can lead to a better understanding and knowledge associated with this field of study.

The possibilities of our reincarnation regression process can however, be blocked by our belief system. These blockages can build walls to keep us from learning more and getting the results we need to continue. Some spiritual belief systems can cause resistance for many since there is then a fear of having unanswered questions concerning that particular belief.

It is important for the person who is interested in reincarnation regression to avoid questioning their current level of faith, and instead embrace the possibility that the understanding of the regression can give them. It is far from Black Magic or an evil practice. Instead, it is a journey of enlightenment that can take a person and expel some of their fears and concerns that they have in life. In fact, it can be a way of helping them come to terms with their own existence, and allow their inner soul to find the peace it has been searching for.
