089 / MUK - Pokémon Papercraft

Name: Muk
Type: Poison
Species: Sludge Pokémon
Height: 1.2 m (3′11″)
Weight: 30.0 kg (66.1 lbs.)
Interesting Facts: The toxicity of Muk's form has reached the point where a single drop of it can make an entire lake stagnant and rancid. Its footprints are toxic enough for a person to contract influenza if they are touched. Their infamous stench increases in the summertime, due to the toxic substances in its body intensifying. Their ability to exist in the environment without it becoming completely hazardous to other lifeforms may be attributed to their ability to actively control their toxins, as they would likely never want to deliberately pollute a river or spread any harmful diseases.

THE PAPER MODEL
Height: 9.0 cm/ 3.5 in
Width: 19.2 cm/ 7.6 in
Depth: 14.5 cm/ 5.7 in
Pages: 4
Pieces: 24
Level: Easy
Designer: Brandon
Photo: Skeleman
NOTES: Build from the head down, being careful with the mouth. There are a couple of peaces that attach on the body after it is built (8, 20). Fold the bottom rings to give it more of a sludge-ish effect.
In terms of color, it has a closer resemblance to a "real-world" penguin than its pre-evolved forms have because it is mostly black or navy blue as opposed to being a light blue. Its feet actually appear to have webbing on them. Its wings are tipped with blue metal and have three golden claws sticking out at the bottom. It has a short, blue, metal "fin" sticking out of its back and another "fin" that's on the front of its body that extends to where its chin would be then splits to form a sort of collar. This "collar" is probably because real penguins are said to be wearing "tuxedos," due to their black and white appearance. If one looks at Empoleon, it has a tie like fin in the middle of its belly, and the collar coming off it, this relates to the "tuxedo" of a penguin.

THE PAPER MODEL
Height: 21.9 cm/ 8.6 in
Width: 16.7 cm/ 6.6 in
Depth: 17.1 cm/ 6.7 in
Pages: 4
Pieces: 40
Level: Easy-Medium
Designer: Brandon
Photo: Lyrin
NOTES: Follow the numbers, building the collar and arms as you go. They have two steel pinkish plates positioned on the top and bottom of their bodies. The plates cover most of the upper and lower hemispheres of the Forretress which are shaped with uneven grooves. This forms the outermost shell of a Forretress. A gap along the equator of their bodies exposes a second red shell beneath the outer shell. The red shell also has a smaller gap along the equator through which the eyes can be seen. Along with this, four tube-like spikes protrude out the four corners of the Forretress’s equator. To do so, simply use a colored pencil or x-acto knife handle, place the piece face down in your palm, and rub it into a circle with the tool.
No need to glue the base, simply place it under the tail.

Download: A4 / Letter

GRANBULL

210 / GRANBULL - Pokémon Papercraft

Name: Granbull
Type: Normal
Species: Fairy Pokémon
Height: 1.4 m (4′07″)
Weight: 48.7 kg (107.4 lbs.)
Interesting Facts: Granbull are purple bulldog-like Pokémon that are capable of standing upright.
