Hello all! It's been quiet here on my personal blog, but I thought I'd pop in with an update! Things have been hoppin' over on The Greetery blog. Have you had a chance to check out our June Collection? Today is the last day of product reveals, and then the entire collection will be available in the shop on Friday morning, June 21 at 10am EDT.
Here are a few of my favorite projects from the countdown that I've shared this week! You can click on over to The Greetery blog to check them all out, along with lots of projects from our talented guests, and the chance to win one of four $50 gift cards!
This one uses two new sets - Simple Things and Summer Sketches...
And this summery card uses the new Oopsie Daisy and Just Mason Around - a fun mason jar layer stamp!
These are a couple of my all-time favorite cards, and they use two new sets called Robin & Wren and Blooming Branch...
And this one uses some really fun new dies called Macra-Made For You!
And finally, there are some new Katie's Cuties coming. These adorable sea creatures in the Katie's Cuties: Feelin' Fan-Sea set are so fun to color!
That's just a small portion of what we've been busy with over at The Greetery! If you haven't had the chance to check it out yet, I would love to have you stop over and visit me there!
Good morning everyone! Today is the big day! All of the new products for our very first release at The Greetery will go up for sale at 10 am ET today! We decided to open the store front right away this morning so that you can go ahead and take a look around! All of the products, however, are marked with a Coming Soon label, which will be removed at 10am ET when it's time to shop! You can visit The Greetery blog for more info.
Thanks so much for making these past few weeks of sneak peeks and product reveals so fun! Your excitement and encouragement have meant so much and we are feeling so grateful for all of you! Thank you so much for following along on this journey with us. We'll see you on the other side! :-)
Happy Monday! Have you been keeping up with the sneak peeks over on The Greetery blog? Sneak peek #4 went up this morning!
Here's a recap of everything that's been peeked so far...click on the links below each pic to visit The Greetery blog for more details.
It's been one week since the announcement and my first post over on The Greetery blog, and it's been such a fun and exciting week! We have one more week of sneak peeks (some really fun things to show you yet!) and then we'll be ready for projects and full reveals! I can't wait!
I just wanted to pop in here this morning and thank you for all of your kind words and encouragement on yesterday's big announcement! I'm excited that you're excited! My heart felt a whole lot lighter yesterday with the big news out in the open. This has been such a roller coaster ride, let me tell you...it's been exciting, rewarding, and absolutely terrifying all at the same time!
And guess what...the first sneak peek is up on The Greetery Blog! Are you ready to check it out? :-)
I've never been a fan of those I-have-some-news-I'm-so-excited-about-but-I-can't-share-it-yet posts, so this is not one of those! This is pretty much a tell-all-spill-my-guts kind of post. It's been really hard to keep quiet, but I didn't want to spill the beans until everything was all set and ready to go. Well, that time has come, so it's time to spill it!!
I'm excited to announce that after much thought and prayer over the last several months, I came to the decision that the best way to continue to grow my line of stamps and card making products, was to spread my wings and go out on my own, offering my products to you directly. Without further ado, I would like introduce...
I launched The Greetery blog this morning with my first post there! I would love for you to visit me there and read a little bit about The Greetery - what it means to me, and a little about where we hope to go with our "making and giving" motto at the heart of all of it.
The store is not live yet, but behind the scenes things are ready to go, and it will go live on April 26, when my first product collection will go up for sale! For now, you can visit the blog, sign up to receive The Greetery blog posts via email, and you can also sign up for the newsletter.
Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing sneak peeks of my first collection. I'll be posting a peek of one new product every other day on The Greetery blog (starting tomorrow)! On Monday, April 22, we'll start the week off with 4 days of inspiration, projects, prizes, and special guests that you are going to love (I'm so excited to have them all join me for the launch - I can't wait to see what they make with these new products!). We'll finish the week on Friday, April 26, with the store going live and all of the new products available for purchase.
I can't express enough gratitude to all of you who have stuck with me over the last few years, and especially the last few months. The outpouring of encouragement from you, my blog readers, has meant the world to me, and I can't thank you enough. Thank you SO much for your support and I hope you'll join me on this exciting new chapter!
Good morning! Are you feeling springy where you are yet? We are finally getting there! A few of you have asked if we've been affected by the flooding. Thankfully we have not. Our town did have some, but even though our house is not far from the river, we haven't had any flooding personally. We also seem to be getting pretty good at this whole flooding thing here in town, as we've had major flooding 3+ times in the last 5 years. They're quick to respond and put up berms in the areas they know will flood. Thankfully, we've managed to stay dry every time. My heart goes out to those that have been affected by it...we saw first hand 5 years ago when we had the worst of it (our town, not our house, thankfully!), how destructive and disruptive it is.
But, on to happier things...today I'm a guest again over on the MFT blog. I have a card using a couple of sets that were just released in their March release - Just Ducky and Painted Petals. I shared this card a few weeks ago using the Just Ducky set. I watercolored all of those cute ducks from the set and used a couple of them on that card, but these two were still lying on my work table, too cute not to put to use.
I created a pretty bed of daisies for them by diecutting and stamping a whole pile of daisies using the new Painted Petals set. I kept the ink colors really light so that the ducks would really pop!
I finished it off by stamping a sentiment from another set that was just released - SY Easter Bunnies.
I want to thank everyone at MFT for having me as their guest this month!
