Dear All

DISCO!!!

Thanks to Phil and Jane the disco was a great success again. Only a couple of people forgot to sign out the kids and a few others forgot to pay, but we are improving every year!!!

Jane spent a lot of time organizing the event, the unseen work, of spreadsheets, setting up, trips to supermarkets, chopping fruit and clearing up…. Thanks for all of your time Jane. Thanks Phil and your two young helpers they are true professionals and a great time was had by all the kids.

The profit made was £419.00!!!

Cheryl Pilling Bash

Promised you some news – it was a fab night. Cheryl looked amazing and wore a nice little black cocktail dress and I don’t think she sat down all night long. I didn’t think I would see the parent’s doing “Oops upside your head” but they did!!! It was a lovely retirement party and Cheryl sent a note which said that she “had an absolutely marvellous evening with great food, good music and fantastic friends” and also she said “ I shall remember this night for a long time”.

We also made £662.00 which was mainly from the raffle and auction, so it was a good all round evening.

TREAT FRIDAYS

Thanks Year 4 for the cakes last week you raised £25.20 which was great.

Trim Trail Update

We were hoping to have placed an order with the funds we have raised lately for the completion of the Trim Trail Equipment and playground markings. Unfortunately, we have not been able to agree with the school on which pieces to order so this will be carried forward to September and be resolved then.

Dear All,

Thanks to all the helpers at the Sports Day yesterday, we had a great day and weather was dry!!! We also made over £100 on Refreshments too! Well done kids, great effort!!

DISCO!!!

Your child is invited to our Summer Disco on Monday 19^th July 20010. Phil Upton is our DJ, so please join us for a boogie!

The cost is £3 per child which includes a small surprise on arrival, drink and a bag of sweets as you leave.

It is important that we have both a signed consent form with emergency contact details on and payment in advance. No payments will be taken on the night. No child will be allowed to stay without a signed consent form and emergency contact details. The office will be closed so we must have these details.

Arrangements for the night are as follows:

The discos will be held in the School’s main hall.
There is no entry/exit at the main school entrance.

Infant Disco

Starts at 6.15pm; doors open about 6.05pm.
Children will enter through the side entrance by Year 3 class room and will be directed to the relevant check-in table in the corridor for their year. They must then be signed in.
Volunteer parents doing the signing-in at the relevant table to check in the children against the paid list provided.
Once checked in, Children can then go into the main hall.
At the end of the disco (7.15pm), the children should go to their own classroom and wait there for collection by their parents/carers. Children must be checked out into their parents/carers care by the volunteers. Children and parents to leave by ‘back doors’ - not through the main hall.
Drinks and sweets will be provided in each class room; Volunteers to provide these to the children.

Junior Disco

Starts at 7.30pm; doors open at 7.20pm.
Junior children will enter through side entrance by Year 3 class room and will be directed to the relevant check-in table in the corridor for their year. They must then be signed in.
Volunteer parents at the relevant table to check in the children against the paid list provided.
Once checked in, Children can then go into the main hall.
At the end of the disco (8.15pm), the children to be collected from the following classrooms:
- Year 3 & 4 from Year 2 classroom
- Year 5 from Year 1 classroom
- Year 6 from Reception classroom
Children will wait there for collection by their parents/carers. Children must be checked out into their parents/carers care by the volunteers. Children and parents to leave by ‘back doors’ not via the main hall.
Drinks and sweets will be provided in each class room; Volunteers to provide these to the children.

PTA committee members and parent volunteers will be available to help supervise the children during both discos, including manning the doors and toilets to ensure that the children stay within the appropriate areas but please note not all parent helpers will have CRB checks. However, parent volunteers will not, at any time, be alone with a child.

Parents Refreshments

During the discos, parents may wait in the area outside Year 2’s classroom, where light refreshments will be available. Parents are asked for a donation of £1.50 for a drink/nibbles.

Any Junior children present in school during the Infant disco must remain with their parents/carers in the refreshment area – the PTA can not be responsible for these, nor for any Infant children present during the Junior disco.

If your child would like to attend then please complete and return the attached slip to the school office as soon as possible. Please speak to Jane Whitehurst if you have any questions.

Invitation Books.

These need to be returned urgently, otherwise we will be charged for the book. If you wish to purchase your book (a cheque for £22.95 payable to Claverdon School PTA is required), or alternatively please return your book to the school office.

Vacancy.

Your committee urgently needs a new secretary. Thank you to Jo Eadon, who had stood down, for all her hard work. This role involves writing our weekly newsletter, preparing the agenda and minutes of our meetings. If you can help please let one of the committee members know ASAP.

Summer Fete: Friday 11^th June, Claverdon Church Centre 3.30pm- 6.30pm. More details to follow next week.

NEW QUIZ NIGHT ARRANGED.

9^th May 2010: The Red Lion

7.30pm start

We had to cancel the last quiz night as not enough tickets were sold in time, so we’ve come up with a slightly different quiz night- this time at the Red Lion, Claverdon. We will have the pub to ourselves and a 15% discount is available on all drinks bought throughout the evening. Entry is £8.50 each but this does include an Italian themed buffet half way through the evening.

For those of you who did buy tickets previously new tickets will shortly be issued to you. If you would rather have a refund then please let Claire know and she will sort this for you.

If you’re on your own or in a couple then you will not be alone and teams will be put together on the evening so please come along and join in.

Please come along and help support us. All profits are going towards our trim trail/ playground markings- just complete the attached form together with payment and tickets will be sent home with your child.

100 Club Vacancy.

No-one has come forward yet for this amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity so come on anyone considered we are not fussy and no experience is required!! Sadly unless someone comes forward by May 1^st (which is when Anne stands down), who is willing to spare 1hr a month then the 100 club will cease to exist which is a real shame as it raises approx £1500 p/a but we the five of us cannot continue to do everything.

Trim Trail (Playground Equipment).

For those of you who are unsure what a trim trail is, it is simply an outdoor assault course. As these trails are extremely expensive we have a two stage plan to enable our children by the end of the summer term to have a truly superb system of pieces running after one another to form a course. Our plan is to extend the existing tyres and 3 beam bars by adding new & exciting pieces of outdoor play equipment as soon as we can afford them. Our children have also had their say through the school council and they have identified what pieces of outdoor play equipment they would like to see incorporated. The best news is that funds have been raised for Stage 1 and this has now been ordered and a provisional date of the 10^th May has been agreed for installation.

In an ideal world we would like to add to Stage 1 with Stages 2 and 3. At the moment this is not possible due to lack of funds! However………. With your help and our enthusiasm to hold various events over the forthcoming months we might just be able to get to Stage 2 and maybe Stage 3. We are committed to doing this for the children but really need your help to support the various events – please!!!! Of course if you feel like being really generous and would prefer to make a donation of your choice then we would be delighted to accept.

Stage 1 consists of two major pieces of play equipment. A parrot bridge as pictured above and a ramp and net climber (see picture left). These will be linked together with rubber steps. The total cost of Stage 1 with the appropriate safety flooring where required is £3,714.

Stage 2 consists of two further pieces of play equipment. A Jungle crossing which is an inclined balance beam to climb up (see picture below), then a chain to balance along and then finally a descent down decreasing log steps.

The final piece is three exercise bars for twirling on, pulling up on and general exercise. These pieces can be viewed at www.playlinedesign.co.uk. These pieces together with the appropriate safety flooring, and linking rubber logs where required, will cost a further £2,820.

Stage 3 would then be to tackle the playground by installing brand new, bright thermo plastic playground markings. However, to have 2 hopscotches, a football wall, a netball court, snakes and ladders and a number snake will cost a further £2,500 (these markings do come with a 5 year guarantee).

In order for us to be in a position to have Stage 2 & 3 installed before the end of the summer term we need you all to get behind us and support our events like never before. We shall endeavour to keep you informed every step of the way with regular updates of how our fundraising is progressing. Next term we have loads planned and every penny will go straight towards making our playground the best in the vicinity for all our children to enjoy for many years to come.

Fun Thursday 25^th March 2010.

Thank you to everyone who bought and baked and to those who helped on the stall it really is appreciated. The total raised was £45.12.

INVITATION BOOKS.

To raise funds, we are offering every family the opportunity to buy a discounted copy of the new Invitation Book. Each book contains lots of great savings on family activities including days out and meals at local restaurants.
The book costs £22.99 but could save you much more than this. Please take a few minutes to have a look through your copy to see how much it could save you. If you think it could save you more than £23 through the course of the year it's worth it. Free Eye tests, days out vouchers, holiday discounts as well as BOGOF for restaurants are always worthwhile! Please note all books have traceable codes on them so if you want one please would you be kind enough to hand in the money for it or if not wanted please hand back.

Easter Egg Draw.

The amount raised from the draw was £114.00 profit so a big THANK YOU to all children who entered into the spirit of the draw, all 21 winners will be announced in the newsletter after Easter so find out who the lucky winner was for the big egg then. Also a big thank you to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Morrison’s and Mr & Mrs JM Davies who were kind enough in donating Easter goodies for the draw - your generosity is very much appreciated by both the children and the Friends of Claverdon Primary School.

That’s all for this term so have a fantastic Easter whatever you are doing, don’t eat too much chocolate and if you do don’t forget to brush your teeth afterwards!

Mission Statement
We FOCPS, are committed to organising events that are fun and bring together families, staff and the local community whilst raising funds for the benefit of all children at school both now and in the future.

Freezer

Has anyone got a freezer spare? FCPS would like to be able to sell ice cream and ice lollies at Summer events but need to keep them somewhere cold,can you help?

Phones 4 School

Since Christmas we have received 17 old mobile phones for our campaign which means to date we have collected 132 phones! Thank you to everyone who has sent an old phone in. For those who named their phones we have not forgotten your prizes but until we receive 50 old phones we have to pay p & p so please bear with us. It would be great if we could have one final push before Easter. We just need 68 more old mobiles to reach 200 phones and to get £300. This £300 is going to go straight towards our spring/summer trim trail for the children. So please ask around work/ neighbours/homes if anyone has any just collecting dust. If you require a form to complete so you can collect a prize for your mobile please email or call Claire Williams (details below).

Hi Party People!!

17th July at the Ardencote we are holding a Summer party and auction named the Cheryl Pilling Bash. It is being held in honour of Cheryl as she will be retiring from her duties as Deputy Head and Year 2 teacher. She is such a fab lady and it is a chance for us to say thanks and for Cheryl to show off her Samba and other saucy dance moves. As the FCPS never let an opportunity go by - we are using this party as a fundraiser to help give us the boost we need in to the TRIM TRAIL fund. DJ yet to be confirmed but we are hoping to have a great night and if it is half as much fun as the Winter Dance it will be brilliant.

Tickets will be priced at £30.00 each to include buffet and to secure your tickets please send a check payable to Claverdon School PTA in to the school office. These cheques will not be cashed until July - so why not send in your ticket request now!! If you have any contacts and can help in sourcing some great auction prizes please let me know. Ten Days….that shook the kitchen.

Well what a night! The show was amazing, fantastic, brilliant to quote just a few. It was so true to life it could have been one of us mum’s up there! Rest assured we’ll try and book Ginny again. Monies raised £138.70.

Princess and the frog

Thank you to all those who supported our first cinema event at the Stratford Picture House on Sunday. It went very well, the children all seemed to enjoy themselves so watch this space for details of our next cinema event. Monies raised approx £50.00.

Nestle Cereal Box Vouchers

Don’t forget to keep collecting your Nestle cereal box top vouchers and put them in the box opposite the library. The school will continue to collect them until the deadline of the end of March, after which our contribution will be counted by Nestle enabling us to choose some super new books for school.

Recycle Re-use

Did you receive gifts for Christmas that were lovely but just not you? Have you pushed them to the back of the cupboard? Would you like to put them to good use? Well we are always on the lookout for raffle prizes so if you would like to donate any unused items for a good cause then please feel to drop them off at the school reception.

Don’t Forget Book Fair 8^th – 12^th March.

ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances the film UP has been replaced by the newly released film "Princess and the Frog" same time and venue etc. FCPS apologise for any inconvenience caused and should your child not wish to see the new film then full refunds will be made to all those who have already paid for their places. Please contact Jane Whitehurst number below if this causes anyone who has already reserved tickets any issues otherwise see you 10am Stratford picture house on Sunday 21^st February for the Princess and the Frog! Once again our sincere apologies for circumstances beyond our control.

Walking Bus

The school is currently considering the possibility of offering a ‘Walking Bus’ facility from Claverdon Church to school. For those of you who are not aware it is a Parent/School supported initiative that tries to encourage walking to school. Walking Bus schemes can provide many benefits. Some of these are: -

Healthier lifestyle through regular walking and exercise
Improved road safety skills
Improved social skills (through walking to school with friends)
Development of the ‘Safer Routes to Schools’ initiative
Reduction in rush hour traffic
Reduction in traffic related pollution
Time saving for parents
Reduction in congestion and danger near the school
Contribute to casualty reduction

Most primary schools have the potential for introducing a Walking Bus and Wolverton have done this very successfully. However there are very strict guidelines as to how this is done which includes involvement from Warwickshire County Council’s Sustainable Travel Team and Warwickshire Police. The school is having an initial meeting to discuss the feasibility of introducing such a scheme on Thursday 25^th February 2010 at 3.30pm at the school. Would you be interested in supporting this initiative? Is it something you would find of benefit? Are you fed up of the traffic congestion outside. If so please feel free to come and join us and find out more - your views and comments would be most welcome.

Ten Days….that shook the kitchen

Fones4Schools

Did you know? Since its launch in 2004 Fones4Schools has donated over £2,200,000 worth of cash and prizes to schools and participants. Diverted over 82,000kg of waste away from landfill sites and helped promote sustainability, and conserve natural resources through reuse and recycling of phones and their materials. The end date of the campaign is in the spring so please hand in any old mobiles to school using the bags previously sent home, if you need another please let the school office know. We only need another 75 to add to the existing 225 already handed in. Please help do your bit for the environment and help the school earn £300!

Up, Up and Up

As you will be aware already the FCPS have arranged a private screening for families and friends of Claverdon Primary School to see the critically acclaimed film “UP” on Sunday 21st Feb 2010 at 10am at the Stratford Picture House. The cost is £6 per child/adult which includes a drink and some popcorn. Please complete the attached form overleaf if you would like to reserve a seat and return by Wednesday 10^th February as the week after is half term and FCPS need to confirm numbers to ensure that the correct supervision is in place. You are welcome to bring siblings and friends etc. Please contact Jane Whitehurst (see number below) with any questions or concerns or if you want to reserve further places during half term.

FCPS are trying to put together an interesting itinerary of events for your enjoyment so please come along and show us your support – Thank you.

The next meeting for FCPS will be on 22 February 7.30am at the Red Lion. Most meetings only a handful of people turn up (usually the committee members). With such little support we may be unable to continue to provide the level of support and assistance for funding that the school requires through the various itinerary of fundraising events and activities. The FCPS would be extremely grateful for some more volunteers, so please if you think you could spare a bit of time to help with events etc it would be appreciated.

FCPS are pleased to present on 11^th February at Claverdon School the former barrister and prize-winning writer, Ginny Davis. Doors open at 8pm, you are welcome to make a night of it by bringing your own wine and nibbles and of course FCPS will provide refreshments during the interval. Tickets are £7.50 each available from the school office or through Sara Hicken and Claire Williams.

Ever wondered what FCPS spend your fundraising pennies and donations on? Well from now on we’ll be giving you a regular update on what has been purchased to date. So this is where £4072.28 has gone:-

Lots of books to benefit all including replacing Oxford Reading Tree Books which have become tatty, worn out and have lost some of their pages.

Play equipment for reception children which were much needed as per the recent OFSTED Report. Items include washing machine and fridge, dolls, puppets, farm house, scooters, play table, trikes and taxi, space set, prams, dressing up clothes – didn’t they do well!

Other items include a CD player and headphones for year 1, cameras for year 4 and 6, a portable hi-fi for year 5 and equipment for the playground.

All of this has been possible through your kind generosity and support for your children and the school. Please give yourself a big pat on the back because without your continued support none of this would be possible!!

Token Collections

Thanks to all family and friends for supporting the school by continuing to collecting tokens. We will be receiving our Morrisons Lets Grow goodies in the spring; these include some fabulous packets of seeds and propagators, which the gardening club will benefit from. We have also been sent several good quality books for the library as a result of the Times books for school club, these cover a range of ages and include books by Julia Donaldson and Michael Morpurgo.

The next deadline for tokens is the Nestle Box Tops for Books scheme, so if your family eat Shreddies, Cheerios or Shredded Wheat don’t forget to cut out the tokens. Please pop tokens in the box opposite the school library or in the community shop by 12 March to give us time to choose the books.

Date of Next FCPS Meeting

First meeting of the year so let’s get it off to a good start! It is on Monday 25^th January at The Red Lion starting time 7.30pm and it would be great to see you.

Christmas Disco

Just to let you know that the school disco made £350 profit.

Fones 4 school

Only 11 days left to collect old mobile phones as the closing date for this campaign is 31 January 2010. If we can collect just 85 more phones then we are guaranteed a cash sum of £300 for our school so please ask family and friends and business colleagues if you can have their old mobile phones for our campaign.

Emergency Closure

If you believe the weathermen there’s still more snow to come! So just to remind you that you can register with Warwickshire County Council who are offering a free text alert service notifying subscribers of school closures. You can also click on the ‘Emergency Closure’ section on the website which will list all schools that may be closed as a result of poor weather conditions. Christmas Fun Fridays

A big thank you to all those who supported chocolate fun Fridays and of course yesterday. The total raised last week was £55.00 and we’ll let you know how much was raised yesterday in the new year.

Bags2school

Just to let you know that we raised £106 for the last collection so thanks for all your donations of old clothes and curtains etc.

Flora Cooking Campaign

Following this year's Cooking with Schools campaign, thousands of schools across the country were able to get free cooking equipment for their school. Cooking with Schools tokens will be available from special packs of Flora which can then be exchanged for cooking equipment. We don’t have to collect hundreds of tokens to be able to benefit from the scheme. For example, registering tokens from just one large pack of Flora would give the school enough tokens to be able to buy either a spatula, a bread loaf tin or a wooden spoon. Every token counts, so the more people who get involved the better!

Christmas Fun Fridays

Well only two more to go – and a big thank you to all those who continue to support chocolate fun Fridays what with baking, donating or manning the stall as Terry Wogan says every penny really does make a difference! Year 3 raised £48.38 last week, today was the turn of year 4 and we will let you know how much they raised next week. Please note next week is the turn of Years 5&6 so come on one last push! Every penny counts!

Just to let you know that Easy to Name (the label people) have sent a cheque for £13.81 so thank you to all of you who supported the scheme and bought labels.

Last year we ran this successful scheme which boosted our funds. What a show!

A big thank you to all who assisted in the productions with props, lighting, organising refreshments, costumes, putting out chairs, making the programmes etc - without your help and support there would be no show! But the biggest thank you of all has to go to all the children who performed so well, sang their hearts out and gave us some early festive cheer – THANK YOU.

Christmas Fun Fridays

Thank you to all those who supported year 2 by baking or donating cakes, to those who helped man the stall and to all those who parted with their money. The total raised was £74.15. Hanging Baskets

Great news - remember the hanging baskets that were made last year well FCPS have just received a cheque from this venture for £420! A big thank you must go to Anna Ford who made it all happen – ps. same time next year Anna?!

Claverdon Christmas Fair and FCPS Rock Stall

Thank you to all who came and supported us at last Saturday’s Christmas Fair it was great to see you. For those of you who are interested we still have some rocks and fossils left. In light of this there will be a stall in the playground following school on Friday 11^th December. Rocks range in price from £1.50 for beautiful agate slices - £4.00 for huge shark’s teeth or fish fossils so if you have any small presents to buy please bring your money when you collect your child. Alternatively, if you would like to buy some stocking fillers before this date or your children attend clover club and you are interested in purchasing some rocks then please email Claire Williams for details who will ensure they are delivered in time for Christmas!

Don’t forget this is on Saturday 28^th November at the Church Centre. Your PTA will be hosting a Rock Stall selling crystals, rocks, minerals and even sharks teeth! Please put this date in your diary and come along and show us your support.

Christmas Production Support.

This year, in the same way as previous years, we will be selling refreshments at our Christmas Productions. If you are able to assist us with this please let a committee member know as soon as possible. Productions are on 8^th & 9^th December with the infants’ performance at 1.45pm, juniors’ at 7pm, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ardencote Evening.

Well what a night – great food, great wine and great company what more could anyone have wished for. The evening was a fantastic success and raised approximately £1200 for the school. A huge thanks to both Phil Upton and Russell Waldron for their help and support on the night much appreciated by all.

PTA Annual General Meeting.

This took place last Monday and was well attended by both parents and staff alike. Further information on the AGM and changes in committee members will be included in next week’s letter. In the meantime we are always looking for more volunteers to support the PTA but appreciate that we all lead busy lives and are not always able to be in the school playground or be available for evening meetings. All support is greatly appreciated whether you are able to help out a little or a lot, so come and join us and help shape your child’s future.

All clothing collected by Bag2School is sold to importers and wholesalers in many countries of Eastern and Western Europe, Africa and Asia. 80 % of discarded clothing goes for reuse as clothes and the other 20 % enters the recycling industry. Bag2School is a good way to dispose of unwanted clothing, raise money for your school. We get paid by the weight- £400 per tonne!

Bag2School is interested in collecting quality second hand ladies’, men’s and children`s clothing, as well as bedding, curtains, soft toys, shoes, belts and handbags. Please have a pre-Christmas clear out and fill your bag, then bring it to the top of Breach Lane where it meets Langley Road from 8am on 25^th November.

This promises to be a fantastic night out so please come along and enjoy yourself whilst supporting your school.

Voucher Schemes.

Currently we are collecting the following vouchers- collection boxes are situated opposite the library in school or there is box at the Community Shop.

Morrisons Let’s Grow ’09 scheme.

A huge range of gardening items are available via collecting tokens for purchases in excess of £10 e.g. garden tools, compost, seeds, even sheds!

Tokens will be issued until 01/11/2009 and school needs to receive all tokens by 13 November to be able to make the order deadline.

Books for Schools.

The Times is running a scheme whereby vouchers from various Times papers can be redeemed for books for the school. Please look out for these and cut them out. Vouchers will be issued until 6 December this year.

Nestle Box Tops for Books.

We can obtain good quality Dorling Kindersley books for the school by collecting Nestle cereal box tops. This scheme is ongoing until next March so please don’t forget to cut the voucher off the top of nestle cereal boxes and bring them to school by 12 March 2010.

Hopefully everyone received a parental questionnaire with last week’s newsletter. If you did not receive one please ask at the school office for a copy of it. Please try and spend five minutes over the half term break to complete this for us. Bag2School Collection

The date for the Bag2School Collection has been changed to November 25^th. Please amend your calendars.

Book Fair w/c 12^th October 12th, 2009

Reminder>>>Volunteers required

The Book Fair will be running shortly after school. Children will be viewing books with their teachers as well during the day time. The school raises a lot of money for books for the library, so if you want to get some new books at the moment or an award for a great effort after the parents evening, please come along and buy a book!

The PTA support the event by helping to man the stall. Taking payment for books – that is all. So YEAR REPS please could you get 2 volunteers from each year group as below to assist on the stall from 3.15-3.45 maximum.

MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING SEPTEMBER 25^TH AFTER FAMILY ASSEMBLY / TREAT FRIDAY AFTERNOON

To support “The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning 2009” we are holding the above event. So why not stay after the assembly for some refreshments and help raise some money for a worthwhile charity. Any donations of cakes and biscuits and help would be much appreciated. Please drop them in to the school office on Friday morning. FAMILY BINGO AFTERNOON

This will be held at the Claverdon Church Centre on Sunday 27^th September at 3.30 – 5.30pm. Tickets are £3.00 each (pre-school children are free). This includes four games of Bingo with prizes within each game upon completion of a line and a full house! Your tickets will then be sent home with your child. Tickets are selling fast so don’t leave it too late! Tickets will not be available on the door. Over the past year we have managed to collect a staggering 16,000 vouchers for Tesco School Equipment as well as 16,000 Sainsbury vouchers. Items including part of a playground trim trail have now been ordered and our children will have the benefit of these from September.

27.09- 5-7pm- Family Bingo Evening at the Church Centre. Details will follow in September.

Fun Fridays.

Our last fun Friday is actually on Thursday, July 16, 2009 after school. It’s Year 3’s turn so please support us and buy a treat! Last time, Year 2 & 5 raised £60 so a huge thank you to everyone.

Please note that this Monday’s meeting at the Crown has been cancelled. Our next meeting will now be on 21^st September- more details to follow.

Vacancies!

We are in desperate need of more people to help us with the following roles from September:

YEAR 1 & YEAR 3 REPS.
We need one person from each class who will help us communicate with parents. You do not need to attend meetings or arrange nights out etc- it is not an onerous role…PROMISE!!
PTA ADMIN ASSISTANT.
We need someone to write up the monthly minutes and write the monthly newsletter. This requires someone to spend 30 mins per week helping the school.
