Howard Rosen on NPR's Weekend Edition Sunday: Help Wanted. But Not For Mid-Level Jobs

Even though many of the jobs lost during the economic downturn were mid-level positions, most of the new jobs being added to the economy are for bottom- and top-level positions. Howard Rosen explains this "labor polarization" is due to more people looking for jobs than there are jobs available. The increased competition causes job seekers to accept positions at lower wages than what they previously earned.

Gary Clyde Hufbauer joins CNBC's Squawk Box to discuss the Iran nuclear talks, explaining the meetings will accomplish just enough for the two sides to agree to meet again. By buying time the United States can get through the November elections, while Iran hopes it may help ease sanctions a little bit. He notes the sanctions are truly affecting Iran's economy by reducing the volume and price of its oil sales.
