There is something about travelling 3000 km in a 1968 landrover. You feel a kind of shift in time as you roll down mountain passes, across plains and along old winding coastal roads. You'll never regret it when you do and there's only one way to do it - As soon as possible!

This weekends adventure was the wonder caves. Whao! it's awesome. It's about 60 meter's deep to the bottom and has a bulging roof that towers up into darkness - it's huge inside. The third largest cave chamber in South Africa really something to experience if you haven't!

A guide takes you down a steep 45 degree stairway below the surface that seems like forever and then down in a lift another 22 meter's. There are beautiful rock formations inside that will blow your mind clear and serene. And this is right outside Johannesburg! How's that.

I did a little bit of busking on saturday at the Leafy Greens Cafe' which is on the same property as Casalinga Restaurant. Beautiful place to visit if your'e driving around on the weekend looking for something interesting.

I was invited to play because there was a V-spot vegan mini-market going on with interesting talks from people in the world of super healthy food.

One was the Green Power House who spoke about their experimental house in Linden (Johannesburg) where they have taken an ordinary house in the suburb and transformed it into a beautiful sustainable space. They did this to test and find practical solutions that you're able to visit and see for yourself how things like solar power, solar water heating, and many other systems work. Check out their site.

The next V-Spot where I will be walking around and playing guitar will be on Saturday 20th of November at the Green Power House. So come round and check out the house. I especially love the reed bed swimming pool. No chlorine, no extra treatment just reeds and plants to filter the water!

Lot's of fun, the food is a must for anyone who appreciates healthy food and definitely try one of the green shakes!
