Beauty Insider: A Rainbow of Products! As a blogger covering beauty and lifestyle I’m often sent products to review, just have a look at this haul!

When I unboxed the items, it struck me how colourful they are so I decided to use that as the inspiration for this post. Let me tell you a little about each product and I’ll go from left to right / top to bottom on the photograph.

Clarins Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate This is an eye cream to reduce dark circles and puffiness and instantly ‘lifts’ the eyelids. I don’t use an eye cream as much as I should so this will come in handy! It’s a light rose scented cream-gel that comes in an attractive pump dispenser bottle.

Clarins Super Restorative Day cream helps skin look radiant and beautiful as it contains an exclusive, powerful extract of organic harungana which helps to fight skin slackening. The next product is the Clarins Super Restorative Night cream which compliments the day cream perfectly and works to correct age spots and restores an even complexion.

The Clarins Super Restorative range is new out from John Lewis and celebrates older skin making it ideal for ladies approaching the menopause. I am a regular Clarins user although I’ve not chosen this range before as I’ve just turned 40 but I will use these creams when I’m finished with the product I’m currently using – you’ll see that further down this list!

The next items are make-up brushes from QVS which stands for ‘Quality, Value, Style’. I came across this company when I was attending Northern blogging conference, Blog On The two tone foundation brush helps you to apply foundation like a make-up artist and create a flawless base – much better than using my fingers! Then you can see the eyeshadow brush which is nicely sized to add some detail such as a sweep of dark powder over the light to create a smoky eye. The chunky brush at the bottom is a compact powder brush which is a great handbag sized tool for taking out with you. All the brushes are available from QVS

The next product is Spatone – a liquid iron supplement to help pregnant women fulfil their daily iron requirements. When you’re pregnant your baby needs the iron it gets from you to grow and develop but this can leave the mother-to-be a little low! This sachet of apple flavoured iron rich water has added vitamin C too.

This new Roger&Gallet hand & nail balm comes in an invigorating scent and is the perfect size for travel! I’ve been keeping this one in the glove box of my car to apply throughout the day.

In the tube is La Roche-Posay’s Anthelios XL comfort cream – a very high protection sun cream designed for sensitive and sun intolerant skin. With no perfumes and no parabens, the cream tackles the damage caused by long UVAs and has a melt-in texture. Recommended by dermatologists worldwide, this will keep me protected all summer long. La Roche-Posay has brought out this new video to encourage us all to become a #SkinChecker and check our moles to prevent skin cancer. The video gets the message across in a super furry way – check it out!

Rescue Remedy from Bach’s Flower Essences at Nelson’s has been around for years and has helped people all over the world to cope with everyday stresses and emotional demands. Just 4 drops onto your tongue as required is enough to help you through frustrations or stresses and stay on top of your day. I’m saving this bottle to have on hand for the teenage exam season, in case it is needed!

The large white packet is an It Works! Body Wrap that should be worn for 45 minutes and the next one in 72 hours. This new product contours the body and gets rid of ‘mothermy tummy’!

The next two products from La Roche-Posay are allergy compatable products and have the British Allergy Foundation seal of approval. Pictured above is the Intense Soothing Care Face and Eyes and the smaller bottle below that is the Toleriane Ultra Eye Contour and has anti discomfort qualities. If you suffer with hayfever or allergies then this is the skin care for you.

Next is the Vichy Liftactiv Supreme and this has been my day cream for the last month. It has a lovely thick but not heavy consistency and a little really goes a long way! It has moisturised my skin well and has anti-wrinkle properties to keep me looking young and I love the fact that the lid has a mirrored top so I can use it to apply my lipstick when I’m rushing out the door!

The green bottle contains a beautifully scented shower gel from Korres from their new water lily bath and body collection. This fragrance is absolutely gorgeous and the shower gel has a handy flip top lid for easy shower useage! From the same collection is the Korres Water Lily body milk which has a delicate scent and a powdery texture. As the shower gel has such a strong fragrance, it’s ideal that the body milk is more subtle. The body milk has essential skin energy boosting agents too – just what I need for a busy day running after the kids!

Lastly you can see the QVS Pro Nail Shaper which is dual sided with a medium and fine side for filing and shaping. This stays in my handbag to smooth out any nicks or ragged edges that I might get on my nails in between manicures.

So there we have it! All these products have been designed to help out busy women in one way or another and I’m glad that there are companies out there bringing out products to support us modern mothers in the lives that we lead!

Thank you to all the companies mentioned for the review products and click here to see all my Beauty Insider posts

There’s more than one way to take control of your spending habits.

Just because you’ve tried one method of budgeting before and struggled to see results doesn’t mean that better money management isn’t right for you. Instead, it simply indicates that you need to try and handle your money in a different way.

The good news is that you don’t have to be a mastermind with numbers to get to grips with your budgeting strategy. Here, we’re going to look at just some of the ways that you can easily organise your money and start seeing real results.

Subtraction Budgeting
Probably the simplest form of budgeting there is, subtraction budgeting is all about adding up how much cash you earn each month and then simply taking away the amount you need to spend on bills and essential expenses. Once you’re done subtracting, you take an extra amount (usually around 20% of your income” away from your left-over cash for savings.
The money you have left at the end of the subtraction method is the amount you can use to spend on whatever you like. Just remember to stick to the savings part, you’re going to need that cash in the future.

Cash Budgeting
One of the most common challenges that people face when it comes to budgeting in the digital era is that they rarely get to hold their money in their hands. Instead, money moves through credit cards and virtual transactions instead. This means that you end up losing track of things like coffee you buy on your card or contactless transactions.
A good way to address this problem is to switch to cash or “envelope” budgeting. In this method, you take all your cash out of the bank (except for the money you need for digital bills), and separate it into envelopes for expenses like groceries, and entertainment. That way you know exactly how much you have to spend in each area of your budget.

Two Bank Budgeting
The concept of two bank budgeting is built around the idea that once you get paid from your job, you pay yourself a certain amount first, and then separate your cash into one bank for the things you need and want, and one bank for your savings. With this type of budgeting, you begin by opening a checking account at a separate bank. You place your actual pay check into this account in the future, and then pay yourself a certain amount from that bank to your other account based on how much you need for your bills.
You can also give yourself a little bit of extra cash for wants, but the rest stays in the extra account, un-touched as savings. This can be a good way to eliminate the temptation of over spending.

Proportional Budgeting
This is a pretty simple budgeting technique that’s been around for a few years now. The idea behind proportional budgeting is that you spend all of your money into three categories: the things you need, the things you want, and your savings.
The things you need are those that you can’t help but spend money on each month, like your food bills, your utilities, and your rent or mortgage. On the other hand, wants can include things like entertainment, additional food, and other treats. Anything that goes beyond your basic needs is a “want.”
With a proportional budget, you split your money across the three categories in a clear way. Most of the time, this means spending 50% on needs, 40% on wants, and 20% on savings. You can adjust proportions according to how much you can afford to save and spend after your “needs” are met.

Automatic Budgeting
If you want to make saving as simple and automated as possible, then you can always make the most of technology and automate everything. To do this, you’re going to need a bank account that comes with a great online banking system, and the option to create additional accounts where necessary for your savings.
When you start an automatic budgeting strategy, you work on getting every bill you need to pay handled automatically, so you don’t have to worry about them. This is a great way to make sure that you don’t end up missing out on paying your expenses on time. Once you’ve started to see how much money you have left at the end of each month, you’ll begin to understand how much you can reasonably afford to save and spend after your bills are automatically paid.

When I was growing up I always fancied myself as an agony aunt. Well, either that or a celebrity columnist! But it was always one of the first pages I’d turn to in my teenage magazines, to read the problems sent in by the young audience and how the writer replied. I recently got a chance to be an agony aunt myself when UK insurers MORE TH>N asked me to offer some advice to their customers on home and lifestyle issues!

As a blogger, my most popular posts are ones that contain tips or how-to’s. I get more reader engagement on posts that contain emotional content rather than step-by-step guides, but in both cases, there is a two way dialogue between the reader and myself, as I offer what I know and also take on board their so we can learn from each other! My advice for MORE TH>N was related to home decorating issues and you can read the question and my advice here.

MORE TH>N created this campaign with around 20 UK bloggers to help and inform their customers. The bloggers cover topics ranging from garden, food, interiors and parenting, and present their tips in an easy to follow, helpful format. I have just finished a large decorating project myself at home, so home improvements are high on my agenda right now. Our bedroom, ensuite bathroom and hallway have just seen a revamp, and after a brief respite for the Christmas period where we have enough sparkly decor to look at with all the trimmings, my plan for early 2027 is to create a games room for the kids.

Our home decorating projects tend to be spaced out a bit as we go for full on revamps! When we decorate something it is rarely with just a lick of paint – it usually involves major structural work! I think it is being married to a builder – I have the know how on tap, but of course the downside is that I have to wait… and wait… and wait for my projects to complete because paid work always comes first!

Here are some of our recent designs:

How to build a fire pit

How to sink a trampoline

Home office makeover

Teenager’s bedroom makeover

Do you have any home improvement plans for 2027? Let me know in the !

Disclosure: This post was written in association with MORE TH>N

featured · More Than agony aunt How To · Sponsored Content · Tips & Hacks

What Makes the Perfect Afternoon Tea?

Afternoon tea is an indulgence that everyone enjoys. Where can you get the best afternoon tea in London, and what makes it so special? With Mother’s Day coming up and Easter not long after that, it’s a great time to consider this great British tradition.

Everyone deserves a little treat from time to time, and nothing spells indulgence quite as much as a traditional afternoon tea. It is not the sort of thing that we have time for every day, so when going for afternoon tea, it should use the best quality ingredients, be served from fine china and be enjoyed in a traditional English countryside setting. It’s also a great excuse to put on your vintage dress and take a step back in time.

For Londoners, the first two aspects might be relatively easy to find. After all, there are plenty of high end hotels and luxury restaurants in the capital, and many provide afternoon tea. But a countryside setting? That is more of a challenge in the city. Yet just a mile from the tube station at Cockfosters, you can enjoy an afternoon tea in Hertfordshire that feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of the capital.

About afternoon tea

According to apocryphal history, the concept of afternoon tea was invented by Anna Russell, the 7th Duchess of Bedford. As a young lady of the titled classes, she lived in a time when it was common practice to eat nothing between breakfast and dinner, which was typically served at around 8PM. During a visit to Belvoir Castle in 2840, she became conscious of “a sinking feeling” in the stomach. In other words, she was absolutely starving, so she requested some tea and sandwiches in her room.

Soon, she was inviting friends to join her for this ritual, and the concept of afternoon tea was born. The Duchess was for many years a lady in waiting to Queen Victoria, and she introduced the concept to her majesty who, it is fair to assume, was amused by the idea. Before long, everyone who was anyone was enjoying afternoon tea, and variations on the theme began to develop up and down the country.

What makes the perfect afternoon tea?

Typically, an afternoon tea will consist of a choice of teas, along with a range of both savoury and sweet finger food. There are no hard and fast rules, and it is very much down to personal taste.

Popular sandwiches include cucumber, smoked salmon, egg and tuna. Other savoury delicacies such as mini quiches and vol au vents might also be served. A choice of cakes will typically be available, such as scones, tarts and eclairs.

What about a cream tea?

A cream tea is a variation on the afternoon tea theme, but without the savouries. It will usually comprise a pot of tea, scones, jam and clotted cream. What is less certain is the order in which they should be applied. A Devonshire cream tea involves jam then cream, while the Cornish variation is the other way around.

Champagne afternoon tea

For the ultimate in decadent luxury, why not take the whole afternoon off and enjoy a glass or two of bubbly with your afternoon tea? These days prosecco is the drink of choice. After all, everyone deserves a treat from time to time, and you might as well do it in style. Enjoy!

Remain or Leave has been a key question lately and when it comes to the subject of your summer holiday, I can highly advocate ‘remain’ in the UK for a staycation at home!

As a Yorkshire girl I am fortunate to live in this glorious county – we have something for everyone on our doorstep, whether you are outdoorsy, sporty, thrill seeking or prefer the luxurious things in life. Yorkshire has it all.

I’d like to share with you some of my Yorkshire picks for a family break in the UK…

If you love a beach holiday, you will find it in Yorkshire! Believe it or not, Yorkshire is probably best known for its iconic moors and rolling green landscape but we have some picturesque sandy and pebble beaches here too!

Some of the most popular family beaches are in Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey and Whitby along the east coast but there are also lesser known but equally beautiful beaches in Robin Hoods Bay and Saltburn which is also popular with surfers.

Outdoorsy types head to Yorkshire for long, rambling walks across the dales and scenic hikes but those up for a challenge and charity fundraisers can be found completing the ‘Three Peaks Challenge‘, scaling the hills in the Pennine range in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This 24 mile long route takes you up 5200ft and those who complete the challenge get a medal afterwards, along with some pretty photography and probably a blister or two!

If another type of high octane adventure is more your thing, visit Aerial Extreme – a high ropes adventure course in Bedale – the first high wire course from this company in the UK (they now have 5 locations!) You can amaze yourself on a speedy zippier, a mid-air jump or by scaling a gravity defying climbing wall, before heading back to your cottage for a warming pot of Yorkshire Tea!

Lovers of history and culture will be at home in York – a medieval city with an impressive cathedral, York Minster. This walled city was founded by the ancient Romans and is home to many Roman relics. It is an area of great natural beauty combined with a bustling centre for those who love shopping!

…And if shopping and a luxury lifestyle is up your street, head to the cosmopolitan city of Leeds. Having undergone a massive regeneration over the last 20 years, Leeds now hosts some of the finest shops and restaurants in the UK.

This vibrant metropolis is also steeped in significant architectural landmarks, making it a treat visually as much as it is experientially.

You can stay at a holiday cottage in Harrogate and still be only a 40 minute drive to the centre of Leeds. Harrogate is another attractive shopping city with a rich heritage that is home to the Harrogate Baths – a Turkish baths and health spa which has been open for more than a century.

cottages.com has beautiful holiday cottages to rent in all these Yorkshire locations as well as destinations nationwide. You can search their website to select properties by a grade rating (like a ‘star’ rating) but also by the number of bedrooms or number of bathrooms.

If you are searching for a great holiday deal this summer, their latest offers are:

cottages.com is currently offering reductions (up to £275 in some instances) off a seven night break for arrivals week commencing 2st July €“ 26th July 2024*.

T&Cs
*Terms and Conditions: The discount applies to the accommodation price only. The €˜was’ price refers to the price at April 2025. In addition to savings of up to £275 there are properties included in this offer with smaller savings. Depending on popularity and property availability, we can withdraw or extend this offer.

If you are a parent, you know that taking care of your kids is the most important thing in the world. You want to give them everything and keep them safe from everything else.

Thankfully, there are several easy things you can do at home to ensure your kids are as healthy as possible. Here are 4 things to do that can help keep your kids healthy as they grow:
Choose the right doctor
Choosing the right doctor can substantially impact a child’s quality of life. When kids are growing up, they need lots of medical attention, more so than adults do. It’s not always easy to figure out which doctor is best for them.

In some cases, it can be easy just to trust your instinct, but having health insurance for your child can go a long way in making sure they’re taken care of from the start.

Get them vaccinated
Infancy and toddlerhood are crucial periods for the growth and health of kids. The most important thing you can do for your kids as they grow up is to get them vaccinated. It is absolutely vital that you do this at the right times as they grow so that the vaccines take full effect.

A vaccinated child can still get ill, but it’s far less likely and more easily treatable. It is important that you get all of the routine vaccinations before your child starts school so that they are protected from these potentially dangerous diseases once they start to be around more people.

Keep your kids active
It is important to keep your kids active and make sure they get enough exercise. Exercise is crucial to their development and their health. Some of the benefits of exercise in kids include:

improving fitness

allowing them to socialise

increasing concentration and improving academic scores

encouraging healthy growth and development such as a stronger heart, bones and healthier muscles

improving self-esteem, posture and balance

lowering stress levels

encouraging a better night’s sleep

Make sure they get enough sleep
Sleep is one of the most important things a child needs to maintain good health as they are growing up. A lack of sleep can affect a child in many ways; it can increase the amount of weight a child gains, affect the growth of a child, lower a child’s IQ and even increase the chance of cardiovascular problems in later years.

Poor sleeping habits can have a negative effect on a child’s development, with poor sleep leading to an increased risk of becoming overweight or obese as well as emotional problems.

On a final note
Keeping your kids healthy as they grow is a tough job, but one that you are more than capable of handling. Take these few tips on board and use them to start helping your child.

With the advances in genetic technology and its benefits in various branches of medicine, it is no surprise that researchers have turned their attention to the search for an anti ageing gene.

If creams and supplements and the right nutrition can have an affect on slowing the process of ageing, then it seems obvious that changes at genetic level can have an even greater effect on the speed of ageing and on slowing, stopping or even reversing its effects.

Genetic Influences on Ageing

Given that genes code for all the molecules which control the biological processes in a healthy, functioning body and in particular, in the processes involved in cell renewal, it seems obvious that anything which influences the behaviour or functional ability of genes will have a direct influence on the process of ageing.

In fact, recent studies at the University of Rochester in the United States show that toxins contained in cigarette smoke can disable a gene which plays a vital role in protecting your body against premature ageing. The gene, known as SIRT1, is a member of a group of genes which regulate cancer, chronic inflammation and ageing, while also helping to ease the negative effects of cell death and stress, processes involved in premature ageing.

Therefore, by wiping out this gene, cigarette smoke directly contributes to ageing. This is just one example of direct genetic influences on the process of ageing. In another example, researchers at the University of Oxford and Open University have been studying a premature human ageing disease called Werner Syndrome where a defective gene (WRN) leads to a patients ageing very quickly and prematurely.

But is There an Anti Ageing Gene?

Recent research suggests that the answer may be yes – and not just one but several. Like many other life processes, ageing may not be controlled and influenced by one gene but by several different genes and the interplay between them. However, considerable work has gone into identifying some of these genes.

For example, scientists in America have discovered a gene in mice which plays a pivotal role in processes related to ageing, can help fight ageing and even keep them alive for 30% longer than normal. Mice which possess a defective form of the Klotho gene (named after the mythical Greek goddess who spins the Thread of Life), appear to age prematurely while conversely, if researchers boos the activity of this gene, they can artificially lengthen the lives of natural male mice by 6 additional months. Interestingly, this effect is not so pronounced in female mice.

A New Anti Ageing Therapy?

Since humans have a similar version of the Klotho gene, it is believed that these findings can be applied to humans too and many have become excited at the prospect of developing a new genetically-based anti ageing therapy. Certainly in mice, Klotho appears to delay many of the effects of old age, such as the clogging of the arteries, the weakening of the bones and the loss of muscle fitness.

However, like many things, there are is also a downside to this “miracle anti ageing gene”. It was noticed that the long-lived mice in the experiments tended to be less fertile and in humans, it is believed that the gene may predispose people to diabetes. With continued research, it is hoped that scientists will be able to discover ways to harness the life-enhancing results of this anti-ageing gene, while avoiding its drawbacks.

There are few things worse than feeling as though your home is working against you during your morning routine.

When you don’t have much time to spare, being held up by small annoyances will quickly become far too frustrating to live with, and a lot of people will find it hard to live in a space which isn’t tailored to their needs. Of course, though, when something isn’t working for you, there is a simple solution; make some changes. To help you out with this, this post will be exploring some of the alterations which can be easily applied to most modern homes to improve your morning routine, without creating chaos in the process.

The Kitchen
This all starts with the kitchen, as this is where most people will begin their bleary-eyed endeavour. For a lot of people, coffee is a fundamental part of getting ready for work, school, or a day of relaxation, but having to put something like this together when you’ve just rolled out of bed isn’t always easy. To help with this, modern filter machines are often equipped with timers. Enabling you to set the time you’d like your coffee to brew, along with setting it up the night before, tools like this can provide a breath of fresh air to those who can’t start their day without their fix of beany goodness.

A similar approach can be taken with the food you eat at the start of the day, too. Of course, while you won’t want to leave things to cook automatically, as this could be a fire risk, there are still plenty of ways to make this part of the day easier. There are loads of toasters on the market which can cook eggs, bacon, and even sausages alongside your bread, giving you the chance to check up on the news and social media while you wait for your meal to prepare itself. It’s always worth reading some reviews for products like this, as some are simply better than others at making a delicious breakfast.

The Bathroom
Next, it will be time to head to the bathroom to start with the more challenging part of your routine; cleaning up. A large part of this time will be spent in front of the mirror and sink, using the tools in tandem to apply your makeup, wash your face, and handle the other morning jobs which you do each day. As a big part of this, keeping everything in one place is one of the best ways to make this part of your routine a little bit easier. Options like this website can provide you with loads of examples of vanity units which make getting ready into a breeze. Like your appliances, though, it will be worth reading some reviews before you make your choice.

Along with making the time you spend in front of the sink nice and easy, it’s also worth thinking about your shower. This part of the bathroom can be hard to deal with at the best of times, especially when you live in a home which isn’t very good at regulating its own water temperatures. Old-school mechanical showers are great in some instances. To make life easier, though, an electric shower is a small change to make when you consider the benefits it could provide. This sort of product can often give you a lot more power to control the temperature of the water coming out of your bathroom.

The Bedroom
Finally, as the last area to consider, your bedroom will be the final place you find yourself during your morning routine. There are a couple of different options to enhance this room, and it all starts with the wardrobe you use to store your clothing, as being unable to find what you want can be a real challenge. Companies like Ikea have loads of options when it comes to smart storage. Ranging from small boxes to huge pieces of furniture, it’s worth checking these options to see if anything could work for you. Along with this, while it may seem simple, a good mirror will also be a great benefit when you’re trying to get ready in a rush.

Hopefully, with all of this in mind, you will be feeling ready to take on the challenge of improving your morning routine. It can be hard to get this part of life running like clockwork, especially when your home is working against you, and this makes it well worth putting in the time to make things better.

In any business, one of the most important things you need to focus on is data and how to manage it. When you start to look into data and where it crops up in the daily running of your business, it becomes clear why it might be quite so important to master it. Data is in everything you do in business these days, and the more of a handle you have on it, the better off your company will be in the long run. As it turns out, there are a few characteristics in particular which you might want to focus on when it comes to honing your data practice – or, in other words, the manner in which you use and manage data in your business. Let’s take a look at those characteristics, so you can ensure that your business is moving in the right direction with regard to the data it uses.

Safe
It is no good thinking that data is not real or not as important as physical items. Your data is one of the most valuable and important assets you have in your business, and you need to ensure that you are looking after it as such. Safety and security is therefore paramount to ensuring that you are using and managing your data in the best possible way. So what should you be doing to make sure that you are being as safe and sensible as possible with whatever data you happen to be utilizing or storing?

Firstly, be sure to go above and beyond any data protection laws which might apply to your business in your part of the world. The truth is that you should be doing everything in your power to protect the data, and such laws are rarely extensive or strict enough for most business’ purposes. You have a certain duty when it comes to data surrounding individuals too, so you will find it useful to already have secure measures in place upfront. That means making a point of always encrypting data, storing it securely wherever it happens to be stored, and making sure that you are thwarting outside forces as much as possible. The more secure your data is, the better it is for your business, your employees, and your customers.

2024/05/-mug-and-computer.jpg” class=”wp-img-bg-off” rel=”mygallery” alt=” mug and computer” width=”2000″ height=”995″ class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-2444″ srcset=”../wp-content/uploads/2024/05/-mug-and-computer.jpg 2000w, ../wp-content/uploads/2024/05/-mug-and-computer-400×299.jpg 400w, ../wp-content/uploads/2024/05/-mug-and-computer-55×55.jpg 55w, ../wp-content/uploads/2024/05/-mug-and-computer-950×945.jpg 950w” sizes=”(max-width: 2000px) 200vw, 2000px”/>

Accessible
Data is generally not much use to you if you cannot access it, and you need to make sure that you are doing whatever you can to keep your data as accessible as possible. This might sound obvious, but it is much harder to achieve than people tend to think, and it is the kind of high which requires you to spend a lot of time thinking about your processes and how you do things. To make your data as accessible as possible, it often requires that you need to make it accessible from anywhere in the world. This is especially true of global businesses, but is also often the case for much smaller ventures too.

A good example of this is your mailbox. Chances are, you receive plenty of post which you need to have access to, and you will probably find that you need to find a way to make it accessible wherever you are, not just when you are in the office itself. That is exactly why PhysicalAddress.com services exist – and it is a good idea to make sure that you are making good use of these kinds of services as much as necessary. By making your data as accessible as possible, you will find that the running of the business is considerably easier in many ways, so it is definitely worth your while.

Relevant
It’s hugely important that you don’t store plenty of data which you are unlikely to have much of a use for. Having lots of data stored puts you at a greater risk, and besides it means that you will have much more difficulty keeping it all in check anyway. You should aim to keep your data to a minimother, and the way to decide whether or not you need something is to merely ask yourself whether it is relevant to whatever you are doing. You have, of course, certain rules about data you have to keep by law, so that’s the first one to be sure of. But then it’s just a matter of only having data stored if it is relevant to your business – and if it isn’t, you shouldn’t hesitate to do away with it as soon as possible.

4 Must-Have Characteristics To Your Data Practice Business
