    <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Earnest Hart, Jr.&lt;/strong&gt;, of Chesterfield, was appointed to the &lt;strong&gt;Martin Luther King, Jr. State Celebration Commission&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Hart is a motivational speaker, martial arts champion, and physical fitness trainer.  He has hosted mentoring sessions and seminars around St. Louis for organizations such as the Premier Charter School, YMCA, and Whitfield School. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Thomas Frawley&lt;/strong&gt;, of St. Louis, was appointed to the &lt;strong&gt;Missouri Juvenile Justice Advisory Group&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Clark Corogenes&lt;/strong&gt;, of Kansas City, was appointed to the &lt;strong&gt;Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Corogenes is employed by The Whole Person as an Independent Living Advocate for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in ministry from MidAmerica Nazarene University and associate’s degrees from Johnson County Community College.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

    <title>Governor Greitens Announces Biodiesel Funds to be Released</title>

&lt;p&gt;Thursday, Governor Eric Greitens will be speaking at the Carnahan Memorial Garden in Jefferson City to announce the release of new funds for Missouri’s Biodiesel program.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The state will be releasing the $4 million restriction on Biodiesel for Missouri Biodiesel producers and $65,000 for the Office of the Military Advocate.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;“We’re proud to fight for Missouri’s often-forgotten rural communities and farmers,” said Governor Eric Greitens. “These long-promised funds will help farmers and workers in rural communities across the state.” &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

Wheeler, who passed away last month.&lt;/p&gt;
