Bill Haeck has been promoted to chief performance officer. Cindy Starr will assume his former role as executive vice president and managing director of OTOi, a division of OTO responsible for delivering compelling strategy, inspired design and unparalleled strategic marketing leadership to clients.&nbsp;</p>
<p>“Both of these promotions are well deserved, and signify the continuing growth of One to One Interactive as a digital marketing leader,” said CEO Ian Karnell. “The efforts and achievements that Bill and Cindy have put forth reflect One to One’s dedication to deliver innovative and creative solutions to clients, while fostering a results-driven workplace that recognizes individual contributions.”</p>
<p>In his new role, Haeck will work across all of OTO’s divisions and regions to establish and integrate critical aspects of the company’s processes and culture, with a heavy focus on recent and future mergers and acquisitions. Haeck will also focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through the development, deployment and delivery of enhanced service methods across all divisions.</p>
<p>Since joining OTO in 2000, Haeck has held a variety of positions, including his most recent role as executive vice president and managing director of OTOi. Over the last 9 years, he has been active in establishing and evolving almost all aspects of the agency’s methodologies, organization and processes. Haeck has a BA from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Missouri St Louis and is a PMP certified member of PMI. He has worked with almost all of One to One’s major clients, including Comcast, State Street Corp., Rite Aid, Nextel, Johnson &amp; Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer and Motorola.</p>
<p>In replacing Haeck as executive vice president and managing director of OTOi, Starr will oversee OTO’s agency division.</p>
<p>Starr previously served as senior vice president, marketing services at OTO, where she managed the agency’s strategies regarding online media, search marketing, CRM and social media. In her 14 years marketing products and services over the Internet, she has led interactive strategy development in executive roles with Digitas and Arc Worldwide and served a wide range of business-to-consumer and business-to-business clients including Comcast, Rite Aid, The Home Depot, AARP, Behr Paint, Haagen-Dazs, HP, BEA Systems and Visa. Starr has also established herself in the non-profit sector through her leading-edge work with OTO’s pro-bono client, the Make-A-Wish® Foundation. During the last two holiday campaigns for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, her team helped raise over $1 million in donations through digital media.</p>

Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America, announced today a definitive agreement to merge <a href="http://web.twelvehorses.com/" target="_blank">Twelve Horses</a>, with operations in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Reno-Tahoe, Nevada, into its <a href="http://www.otoi.com" target="_blank">OTOi</a> and <a href="http://www.otolabs.com" target="_blank">OTOlabs</a> divisions.</p>
<p>The merger expands One to One Interactive’s comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, technology and media offerings by incorporating Twelve Horses’ agency practice and innovative marketing products.</p>
<p>The move represents the fourth time OTO has grown through a merger or acquisition, a strategy the company embarked on beginning in 2005. The addition of Twelve Horses gives OTO a significant presence in the West and Twelve Horses’ many East Coast based clients will welcome the OTO East Coast footprint. Both OTO and Twelve Horses service accounts in Europe and Asia. Twelve Horses, frequently recognized for its innovative work in the travel-tourism industry, also services such global clients as J.P. Morgan Chase, Deloitte and Bill Me Later, a PayPal company.</p>
<p>The western-based Twelve Horses will integrate its trademarked and patented technology platforms, including <a href="http://web.twelvehorses.com/technology/messagemaker/" target="_blank">MessageMaker™</a>, which delivers multi-channel direct digital communications to customers via email, web, mobile, voice and fax messaging, into current One to One Interactive offerings. As a result, OTO clients, which currently include Comcast, Rite-Aid, McGraw-Hill and Partners Healthcare, will be able to leverage the company’s expanded portfolio of services and tools in executing their one-to-one digital marketing strategies.</p>
<p>“Our merger with Twelve Horses enhances and extends OTO into the type of unique firm brands seek in today’s digital marketing landscape, one that can come to the table with leading marketing services strategy and execution capabilities as well as a full suite of proven technology products to integrate and deploy quickly and efficiently,” said Ian Karnell, chief executive officer of One to One Interactive. “By leveraging the platform capabilities and innovative intellectual property we’ve acquired through our expansion efforts, our clients can expect greater efficiency in strategy execution and in speed to market, which is essential for remaining at the forefront of the marketing evolution.”</p>
<p>With its newly expanded product and service lines, nearly 30 percent of revenues will be driven from the firm’s unique portfolio of permission based digital messaging&nbsp; technologies, which include multi-channel messaging platforms for email and mobile marketing, content management systems, ticketing and event management, desktop widgets and plug-ins for improved workflow. A large portion of the remaining revenue stream will continue to be generated from services such as branding, web site development, customer relationship management, search engine marketing and social web strategies.</p>

<p>On the sponsorship front, OTOi’s <a href="http://www.onetooneinteractive.com/otocorporate/portfolio/?cat=42&amp;post=2434" target="_self">Comcast Pandora Sponsorship</a> won both the 2009 “Best Internet Service Provider Rich media Online ad” and the “Best Entertainment Rich media Online campaign” categories. This particular campaign received acknowledgment for the unique sponsorship of a “Comcastic Labs” radio station on the online radio/music discovery site, Pandora.com. The goal of the sponsorship was to raise awareness of Comcast’s High Speed Internet offering in a context that required a high-speed internet connection; in this sponsorship, Comcast’s initial expectations were greatly exceeded by <a href="http://www.otoi.com">OTOi</a>, more than doubling the normal user interaction rates for typical Pandora online radio stations.</p>

<p>The Comcast Business Class Spring Promotion Campaign won the2008 Best Direct Response Campaign category, receiving unique distinction for the innovative use of sponsorships employed in raising awareness for the Comcast Business Class brand. In doing so, OTOi was able to develop a high level of efficiency in customer acquisition, exceeding Comcast’s ROI expectations by over 700%.</p>
<p>On the sponsorship front, OTOi’s Comcast Pandora Sponsorship won the 2008 Best Use of Sponsorship category. This particular campaign received acknowledgement for the unique sponsorship of a “Comcastic Labs” radio station on the online radio/music discovery site,Pandora.com. <p>“We are truly honoured to receive the highest number of nominations for the 2008 MITX Awards,” said Jeremi Karnell,Co-Founder and President of One to One Interactive. “We see this recognition as a testament to the incredible momentum which we have been able to develop for our growing list of Fortune 1000 clients over the past year and which will continue to accelerate us into2009.”</p>
<p><strong>Nominations:</strong></p>
<p>The Veramyst Product Launch, which OTOi, a One to One Interactive Company, executed on behalf of client GlaxoSmithKline, has been nominated for the Best Biotechnology &amp; Pharmaceuticals category. This project entailed a unified, cross-media product launch of a new allergy medicine brand, Veramyst, which resulted in tens of thousands of prospects for GlaxoSmithKline, greatly exceeding benchmarks and expectations.</p>
<p>Five initiatives conducted on behalf of client Comcast, have been nominated for various categories including Best Direct Response Campaign, Best Use of Search, Best Use of Video and Best Use of Sponsorship. One the search and acquisition front, OTOi’s campaigns have exceeded Comcast’s goals by a large margin and have been acknowledge by third party networks, such as Google, as beingthe most effective and efficient search marketing and customer acquisition campaigns worldwide (from a traffic, click-through,conversion and ROI perspective).</p>
<p>The Comcast World of Warcraft Machinima Music Video Contest,conducted by OTOi for Comcast and Blizzard, was nominated for the Best Use of Video category. Driving millions of unique impressions as well as the most user-generated submissions that any Machinima contest has ever generated for Blizzard/WOW to date, the campaign greatly exceeded client expectations.</p>
<p>OTOlabs, a One to One Interactive company, has received four MITX Award nominations including the Network World iDemand branded desktop application. The iDemand branded desktop application has enabled Network World Magazine Publishing to raise customer affinity by 4-5 times normal rates, grow magazine circulationdespite declining industry rates, and has already saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in paper delivery costs.</p>
<p>Other nominations for OTOlabs include the Fox Family Guy “Save the Couch” ScreenMate Game and the Sacramento Kings 411 branded desktop application (Entertainment/Sports category) as well as the Papa John’s MyPapa Widget network and the Network World iDemand branded desktop application (for the Rich Internet Application category).</p>
