Misturar muito bem todos os  ingredientes excepto o doce de morango. 2. Estender a massa e moldar  pequenas bolachas com um cortador de massa. 3. Retire a  pele ao chouriço e corte em pedaços para dentro da picadora. Pique tudo.&lt;br /&gt;Junte o picado com a carne numa tigela.&lt;br /&gt;Parta o ovo e junte na tigela.&lt;br /&gt;Tempere com sal, pimenta, louro em pó e noz-moscada. Junte um pouco de  pão ralado e mexa muito bem. Aos poucos junte pão ralado e continue a  mexer até que a carne comece a descolar da tigela.&lt;br /&gt;Quando a carne deixar de colar nas mãos, faça bolinhas e coloque numa  travessa.&lt;br /&gt;Num tacho largo, leve ao lume a margarina e deixe aquecer bem.&lt;br /&gt;Depois de quente junte as bolinhas de carne e deixe fritar. A meio da  fritura vire as bolinhas e deixe fritar de ambos os lados.&lt;br /&gt;Passado cerca de 10 minutos, junte os cogumelos e o vinho branco. Mexa até que o branqueamento de massa. Miature a  farinha peneirada  a&lt;br /&gt;massa.(eu nao peneirei)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dividir a massa  em  2 rolos de 4 polegadas de diâmetro. Numa tigela, misture o açucar com a farinha e&lt;br /&gt;com o  fermento. Ligue o forno a 180º.&lt;br /&gt;Lave uma laranja, corte-a em&lt;br /&gt;pedaços  com a casca (eu tirei a casca), retire-lhe as pevides e deite&lt;br /&gt;para o  copo do liquidificador. Junte o sumo de laranja, os ovos e o&lt;br /&gt;óleo,  ligue e deixe bater muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Junte depois a mistura anterior á&lt;br /&gt;tigela com farinha e bata por mais cinco minutos. Deite para tabuleiro e&lt;br /&gt;leve ao forno por 40 minutos (depende do forno...eu fui fazendo o teste&lt;br /&gt;do palito). Comece a amassar e junte em seguida o fermento dissolvido na água tépida. Amasse muito bem e bata à mão ou com uma colher de pau até fazer bolhas. Depois de bem batida, cubra com um pano e deixe levedar em local aquecido até crescer para mais do dobro. Quando tiver levedado, aqueça bastante o óleo na fritadeira ou sertã. Com os dedos untados em azeite, retire pequenas porções de massa e estique-as bem (a massa deve ficar bem esticada e com alguns buracos). Bata as claras em neve, acrescente as gemas e bate novamente, coloque o açúcar e bata outrea vez&lt;br /&gt;2.    coloque a farinha, o chocolate em pó, o fermento, o leite e bata novamente&lt;br /&gt;3.    Untar um tabuleiro e colocar para assar por aproximadamente 40 minutos em forno médio&lt;br /&gt;4. Enquanto o bolo assa faça a cobertura com 2 colheres de chocolate em pó, 1 colher de margarina, meio copo de leite e leve ao fogo até começar a ferver&lt;br /&gt;5.    jogue quente sobre o bolo já assado&lt;br /&gt;6. Põe-se a batedeira a bater e junta-se o óleo, o chocolate desfeito na água quente e as gemas.
