Standing on the site of an Augustinian Priory, which was founded in 1145, it is a fine stately home in a superb setting with breathtaking views. The extensive grounds contain a water garden, walled garden, topiary yews and woodland walks together with a stunning lake.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 11.0px Tahoma; min-height: 13.0px"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 11.0px Tahoma"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px"&gt;Entry to the Fair is £2.50 and this also provides access to the entire 40 acres of priory grounds, formal gardens and woodland walks.
