Nebraska state law prohibits bars from selling beer unless they are simultaneously brewing a kettle of soup.

The state of Tennessee is having TAX FREE days from August 6th thru August 9th.

Unfortunately alcohol is NOT included in the tax free event.

Some unusual drink combinations for you to try

Have you ever had a margarita made with beer? Here is one to try, from all my research it is quite good.

Mexican Beer Margarita

Ingredients

1 (12 fluid ounce) can limeade concentrate
1 1/2 cups gold tequila
3 (12 fluid ounce) cans Mexican beer
1 whole lime, cut into 6 wedges

Directions

Pour the limeade, tequila, and beer into a pitcher; stir.

Fill tall glasses with ice and pour mixture into the glasses; squeeze a lime wedge into each drink.

Captain With A Skirt

Ingredients

2 oz. Rum, spiced (Captain Morgan’s)
2 oz. Wine, white
Fill with Cola
1 slice Lime

Directions

Combine rum and wine in an old-fashioned glass. Add some ice and fill with cola. Garnish with a lime slice.Generally made with Captain Morgan’s brand spiced rum.
