Horton                                                                      has signed a letter of intent with Ho Farms on  Oahu's North Shore to lease 18 acres on the site of a 11,750-home  residential subdivision the developer plans to build on 1,554 acres in  Ewa.

The North Shore Chamber of Commerce's annual "Christmas in Historic Haleiwa" Haleiwa Town Christmas Parade is tomorrow, December 9th .  Photos with Santa will be at the North Shore Marketplace from 4:00 to 5:30 PM before the parade and after the parade until 8:30 PM.  The parade will include up to 50 units.

HALEIWA-  Imagine not being able to hear an emergency siren because of vandalism or theft?  That's a real and frightening possibility for residents on Oahu's North Shore after a siren at Haleiwa Beach Park was targeted three times since April.
