Dear No Fire No Glory lovely guests and awesome friends, we are super-excited to reveal our new menu. Sweet and savory, fruits and veggies, for vegetarians and bacon-lovers alike.

1.FRENCH TOAST

2 steamy slices, with yogurt and fresh berries.

6 pancakes with homemade jam/maple syrup/vanilla or macadamia ice cream.

HOT SAVORY DELIGHTS

1. THE BOMB
Beware of the BOMB: 4 pancakes with roasted bacon, poached organic eggs and coffee-infused maple syrup.

2. B.L.A.T.
Roasted country bread with the best-ever avocados, topped with roasted bacon, poached organic eggs, roasted cherry tomatoes, salad and balsamic honey dressing.

3. PUMPKIN
Roasted country bread with Hokkaido pumpkin, poached organic eggs, salad, balsamic honey dressing and roasted pumpkin seeds.

4. EGGS BENEDICT
Roasted bagel with smoked salmon or home-made ham, poached organic eggs, salad and homemade hollandaise sauce.

Wouter Strietman hat seine von ihm designten und handgefertigten Maschinen auf dem Berlin Coffee Festival (04.-06.09.) im NO FIRE NO GLORY präsentiert. Die Espressomaschinen sind nicht nur die schönsten, sondern sind in 8 Minuten aufgeheizt, machen fantastische Shots, sind absolut leise und halten mindestens zwanzig Jahre. Gern führen wir die ES03 bei uns vor.

Vom 13.-14. August 2013 organisieren wir mit der Berlin Coffee Society (BCS) und mit dem deutschen Chapter der Speciality Coffee Organisation of Europe (SCAE) das erste deutsche Barista Camp in der Nähe von Berlin.

Wir wollen zwei schöne, informative und unvergessliche Tage mit Talks, Workshops, Interaktion und Kommunikation für professionelle und zukünftige Baristi gestalten. Das tagsüber von den Mitbegründern der deutschen Speciality Coffee Kultur organisierte Programm ist für Einsteiger und Profis gleichermaßen spannend. Abends gibt es Kino und BBQ.

Badesee, Ruderboote, Kaminzimmer, Bibliothek, Bar, Außenkinoanlage – mehr muss man zur Location nicht sagen. Wer nicht hierher kommt ist selbst schuld. Die Plätze sind begrenzt, also beeile Dich mit der Anmeldung auf www.barista-camp.de!
