My host account suffered a malicious code injection which spread bad vibes to all of the sites in the account - including Net-Lab, resulting in a temporary blacklist on Google.

Anyway, we’re back up and running thanks to a backup restore point, but have lost about a month worth of blog posts and statistics. Nevermind.

In the more interesting category are those DJs, promoters, labels that are not part of the big time to get 280,000 followers (@trent_reznor) but who microblog about a lot more interesting/fun/funny stuff. Syntheme Top 5 Video Selection
Syntheme is an Eastbourne (formerly Brighton + Berlin) based electronic producer, most famed for her releases on WeMe and Planet Mu Records. Syntheme gave me 6 videos anyway, which was nice, however Youtube are being a pain so I can’t embed three of them.

OK this is a really late blog because i have been avoiding blogging all day and trying to do actual stuff instead but now I realise that this starts in 53 mins and I should have put something up here.

Anyway tonight is a fun night in Brighton because Night Slugs is over at The Concorde 2 with Zinc, Drop The Lime, Joker, Bok Bok, LVIS 1990 + our friends from Square Roots and from Bloodtribe.

Net-Lab has now been officially alive for 3 full years. We hope that you’ve enjoyed all the free electronic music we’ve released over that time as well as keeping up to date in the world of our random news posts and reports on associated events, friends’ events and so forth. After a lengthy release hiatus, we’re now looking forward to bringing you lots more releases this year.

Over that time we’ve seen some of our artists flourish into well respected musicians in their own right, selling well on other record labels. Many of the tracks we released have had radio play from major UK radio stations, as well as stacks of underground and online shows. Our events brought new sounds to hundreds of people in Brighton, but won’t be returning due to time constraints.
