Hello Kevin…. Margriet Boogaard here. It seems that your intestines do not work as they should….may be you do not eat the food that you need to eat…. may be it is in your family.

Most of the time the slime that is in your intestines is not there…. or there is not enough for some reason, so you get constipated. And that can harm your intestines in the longer term, so it is good to take action now.

There is a cheap and healthy solution to your problem, but only when you do it every day.

Just buy bio lineseed…..you need the unbroken one, because in the broken one can be mould and that would only harm you.

Once you have it, take a full tablespoon of it in the morning before you eat anything else. Break the lineseed and put just plain water from the tap on it, so that there are two fingers water above the lineseed.
Then wait for about 15 to 20 minutes and you will see it is getting slimy. Then eat it.

You can eat it like that, or put it in yoghurt, custard or anything like that…..but do not put sugar with it! When you like it sweet, put some bio raisins with it after cutting them in peaces or dried fruit that tastes sweet that you cutted in small pieces. Do this every morning and you will see the change in around a week. Just keep doing this every day and your intestines will get to work normal again.

The slimy lineseed is very much alike to your normal slime in your intestines. So it takes the place of it and gives your intestines the time to heal and produce it’s own slime again. So your constipation will disappear.

Nature has it’s own solutions. A hyena mother with the dilemma how to
feed 3 cubs while she has 2 teats. The hungry cubs are getting desperate
hanging on to a teat whenever they can, even when mom is standing.
Mom’s mother feelings have come up with a new strategy.
She moves off to suckle 2 cubs leaving one at the den. She returns with
them and moves off with the one cub to suckle it in peace.

Till a few centuries ago there were no other solutions than
natural ones. There were no medicines made by
pharmaceutical institutes like there are now. We had to
rely on nature’s solutions. Nature was embedded in our lives.
When the new technologies came our environment changed.

In our western world we lost trust in what nature offers us.
Scientists made us believe that only what was proven to work
