(Naruto looks dumfounded as Kushina tells him the bitter truth.)

Naruto: “you… You were a host too, and the Fox’s host no less? (Naruto then has a displeased look on his face.) I can’t believe my mom too.”

Kushina: “That’s right. The incident 16 years ago revolves around one of Konoha’s darkest histories. Where it all began, was the Whirlpool Country, where I was born and lived until I was a little girl and was shipped to Konoha.”

Naruto: “The Whirlpool? What does that have to do with you being a HOST!?”

Kushina: “Patience! The Whirlpool, a small country situated Southeast of Fire Country. It lied in the midst whirlpools, thus the name. It was a forgotten territory only known to Konoha.

Naruto: “This place must be special if only Konoha knew about this place.”

Kushina: “Actually, the Whirlpool Country is providence to the Fire Country, and later became territory to Konoha through the course of history. I rather not give you too much of a history lesson, that’s what Kakashi’s for.”

(Naruto sighs.)

Naruto: “Gee, thanks mom.”

Kushina: “The Whirlpool wasn’t your ordinary place, in retrospect; it is much like the island that you are all on in Kumogakure. It is a secret place, shrouded in mystery. Only those of the high brass in Konoha can claim to know about the Whirlpool Country.”

Naruto: “How come?” (Kushina then makes a devilish face as she utters the next sentence.)

Kushina: “Because it was the main base of experimentation and the whirlpools surrounding the country was actually some kind of defensive mechanism set up to defend the place from intruders; only the ones who know the secret can advance.” (Naruto has a worried face on, he then holds his mouth in fear.)

Naruto: “And you lived there, mom?”

Kushina: “I think you can pretty much put the pieces together. I am Konoha’s first successful experimental host project.”

Naruto: “W, what!?”

Kushina: “Konoha wanted to gain control of the Kyuubi. As Kumogakure had advanced its technology and created a place to train and produce hosts, and Mizugakure had a few Bijuu during the course of history, you can begin to imagine that Konoha began to feel threatened. That’s when the project began. Previously, the whirlpool country was nation ravaged by civil war, Konoha settled the dispute and took it over, and not many people know about this, it was so high classified. A main base was mounted and the civilians on the land were experimented on like lab rats!” (Kushina tenses up.)

Naruto: “*snickers*”

Kushina: “They figured the best way to control the Bijuu would be to create a host who has an affinity to its chakra; someone who can call upon the Bijuu’s chakra like a magnet. Konoha needed quick results, Kumogakure was already so far ahead in its Bijuu project, and Konoha feared they would be left behind. That’s when Konoha decided to use the 1st Hokage’s genes and implant them into children in the hopes that it would yield fascinating results.”

Naruto: “Wait, that’s just like!”

(Kushina nods her head.)

Kushina: “Yes, one of the head scientists behind the project was none other than Orochimaru. It is safe to say that he took his knowledge and findings from his previous works and carried it over for his own sake. Tenzou, as you’d call him, Yamato, is perhaps somewhat of a genetic progeny to me. (Kushina then smiles a little). He’s almost like a little brother.lol”

(Naruto scratches his head.)

Naruto: “Woah, that’s strange. Uncle Captain Yamato…”

Kushina: “Anyway, I was sealed with the Kyuubi after the project was completed, which took a number of years. I than grew up with normal life in Konoha; I couldn’t complain. No one besides the three Elders, Sarutobi, Orochimaru, and a few others knew about me. I was able to live a normal life, well until Kumogakure’s sensors picked me on a mission, but even that was kept hush, hush. (Naruto has a slight smile in his next dialog.)

Naruto: “Thank goodness.”

Kushina: “Everything was fine, up until 16 years ago came to fruition, when the masked Akatuski attacked.”

(Naruto is displeased.)

Naruto: “That guy again.”

Kushina: “He saw through everything, he was able to relinquish my control of the Fox.”

Naruto: “But how, you got that 1st guy’s chakra in you. You shouldn’t have-“ (Naruto gets cut off.)

Kushina: “No, something else happened that night. It was orchestrated, the whole thing.”

Naruto: “WHAT! NO WAY! WHY WOULD THEY?”

Kushina: “That masked Akatuski had the key to my seal; I always found it strange that they didn’t turn over ownership to me in the first place. Obviously, people had connections to that man. What that man did was impossible; he couldn’t have gotten that intel on his own. He had to Key to my seal and he used it to break down the barrier that kept the Kyuubi from me.

The whole thing was staged. The Kyuubi being handed over to Akatuski in exchange for something, a dream, no, more like the goal of Akatuski was also that of theirs. The sealing method, the production of me, it was all so that the data can be transfered over to Akatuski so that the leader can use its knowledge to obtain something of greater magnitude.”

Naruto: “NOOO! WHY DIDN’T THE 3RD STAND UP TO THEM WHEN THEY MADE THE TRANSACTION!”

Kushina: “The 3rd wasn’t the Hokage at the time, and Minato and the elders frankly, didn’t get along. There was always discord between his and their ideals, so he never knew the whole picture until things got so bad.”

Naruto: “That’s just like with Granny.”

Kushina: “You probably won’t believe this, but Danzou, who may have been acting more on self interest, planned to stop them. Rumor had it that he planned to control the Kyuubi, but I don’t have proof to make that claim so easily. They may have appeared to have been on the same side, but Konoha has long been since the 1st’s era, a three way war. Danzou, who wants to unite the shinobi world as one, The Elders, Koharu and Homura, who are in cahoots with Akatuski, and the Hokages, the side I believe you want to be on.”

Naruto: “I, I can’t believe this.”

Kushina: “The Elders underestimated Minato, they didn’t think he’d gather this much information. I don’t know the full story, but apparently, the Elders planned to give the head of Akatuski the Kyuubi as collateral to ensure that they get their cut of Akatuski’s profits. The age of disarmament fueled the development of Akatuski, mercenaries who train while the world faces peace. In case of catastrophe, untested shinobi are worthless, that’s why Akatuski is so important. The Elders saw this as an opportunity. But they didn’t simply want to be customers, they wanted a share of Akatuski.

The elders bought their way in with the Kyuubi. Be very cautious of those two. When the incident occurred, your father, Minato, quickly devised a way to take back the Kyuubi. He planned several steps ahead, so far that he didn’t even trust the top brass with the Key to your seal. He entrusted it to Jiraiya Sama, the one man who we both can account for. It took a little while for Minato to create the seal, as I, well, the Kyuubi ravaged the village.

(Naruto tears up a little. The Scene switches to 16 years in the past. The Kyuubi is seen roaring and trampling dozens of soldiers. Immediately, a small poof of smoke appears in front of the Kyuubi on the ground. As the smoke clears, Minato is shown. Minato looks up at the Kyuubi, while the Kyuubi glares down on him.)

Minato: “Kushina, forgive me. (He makes handseals.) Summoning Technique!”

(Gamabunta appears in front of the Kyuubi as Minato stands on top of the giant toad. Soon, dozens of Nara clan members appear. Shikaku is carrying baby Naruto as he leads the platoon.The Scene switches back to the present.)

Kushina: “And that’s how it happened. Some of my chakra was mixed in with the Kyuubi’s chakra, and Minato used that to lay the foundation for the seal used to contain the Fox’s chakra. How, I don’t know how, but he managed to wire mine and his mental energies to the seal and drag our consciousness back from beyond. And that’s the story.”

Naruto: You were the previous Nine-Tails Jinchuuriki!?

Kushina: That’s right Naruto.It was a long time before you were born,back when the Whirlpool country still existed.You see,just like Konoha,the Kyuubi attacked the Whirlpool country.And it was also on the same level of catastrophe.

Naruto: Was it Uchiha Madara behind the attack!?

Kushina; No,it was Hashirama Senju.

Naruto: What!?1st Hokage!Why?

Kushina: the 5 Great Nations knew of our village’s power to control Bijuus,and they feared that we would use our special Chakra to wreak havoc upon the earth.So,they requested Hashirama to obliterate our village as a case of precaution.Hashirama hesitated at first,but when the elders insisted,he had no choice but to listen,he was forced to carry out the mission.

Naruto: What happened next?

Kushina: The Kyuubi attacked the Whirlpool country.Fortunately,our village was the best at controlling Bijjus,we had no problem holding off the Kyuubi.
That’s when Hashirama showed up,he was the only one capable of controlling Tailed-Beasts more efficiently than us.[A scene of Hashirama standing on top of the Kyuubi can be shown]With Hashirama’s strength and superior Bijuu control combined,the higher-ups could easily see that this battle was becoming risky.Fortunately,our village was second to none at Sealing techniques.The Kyuubi had to be sealed immediately.

Naruto: And that’s how you became the previous Nine-Tails Jinchuuriki.

Kushina: Exactly.I volunteered to become the host.

Naruto: Then what happened to the Whirlpool country?

Kushina: Unfortunately it was destroyed.Even though the Kyuubi was sealed inside me,there was no way I could’ve controlled it at that time.Fortunately i was able to hide myself until the battle was over.I hated not being able to do anything while my fellow Ninjas were getting killed,but I knew that if I went and fought at that time I would die,as i was still adapting to the fox being inside my body.After the attack,Konoha believed that the Whirlpool country was destroyed without any survivors.

Naruto: So you were the last one remaining from the attack?

Kushina: Yes,and I used that time to control the fox.I trained and trained until I became the perfect host.I became the first female Jinchuuriki.

Naruto: And now that responsibilty is mine.

Kushina: Yes it is.Try to become the Hokage for me and your father,Naruto.

(Naruto grins and stands up): I won’t try to become Hokage….

(kushina looks confused): But you just said you would be the orange……(Gets cut off)

Naruto(Shouting): I WILL BECOME HOKAGE!

(Kushina stares at Naruto for a moment,then smiles.She starts to fade away)

Kushina: That’s the attitude son.Now go show em!
(She vanishes)

Naruto: Thanx mom,for everything.

(Outside Naruto)
(Naruto opens his eyes and stands up)

Yamato: Naruto!?

KillerBee: So did you do it,foo?

Naruto 500: Kushina the 9-Tails Jinchuuriki!!!!

Naruto: WHAT!! you were the Kyuubi's Host before me!!!

Kushina: Yes Naruto, Like you I didnt know I even had this beast inside of me when I was a child but some things from my past were told to me by the Third Hokage who had helped to find me. He told me that he and some Konoha Nins found me in a destroyed village near the Mist Village and since I was the only one in the wreckage!!.

Naruto: What happened mom!!

Kushina: It turns out All the Nins at my village were battling the Kyuubi and it took several powerful nins to subdue and seal the fox inside a little 5 year old girl! That girl was me, and it took the cost of my entire village to stop that fox!! Konoha Nins were on their way to help but they were too late!!

Naruto: Oh Man mom thats soo sad!!!

Kushina: Yes Naruto but let me tell you about the Masked Nin who pressured me into losing control of the Fox.
Your Father and I were walking outside the village talking about your future, about who would look like and we were soo happy that you were about to come into this world!! That is when your Father and I were attacked!!

Naruto: Let me guess that was Madara!!

Kushina: Yes , As powerful as Minato was, he couldnt compete with Madara, and your father was desperately trying to keep Madara away from me since He wanted his Kyuubi back in his control.

Naruto: So Dad was fighting to protect you and me!!! ( Tears roll down Naruto's eyes as he knows how the fight will end!! )

Kushina: I couldnt help your father since I was 9 months pregnant with you, But when Madara became serious, he aimed at Killing your father!, That is when I lost control and I had to react to help your father!! And because of the Stress of this fight I gave in to the Kyuubi's will, I wanted to kill Madara for trying to kill Minato!!

Naruto: OH NOO MOM!!

Kushina: Something Odd happened though Naruto!!

Naruto: what was that??

Kushina: I was protected by you as the Kyuubi was unleashed!!

Naruto: WHAT!! How did I protect you??

Kushina: I feel you knew I was your Mom and you were protecting my spirit from the Fox somehow?? However you did it you kept me aware of what the Fox was doing even though I couldnt stop him, I at least could see what it was doing!!.

Naruto: What happened next??

Kushina: Madara was pleased that the Kyuubi was released, so he took a seat back and just watched as the Kyuubi was demolishing Konoha!! and so Minato now had to fight against the Kyuuibi, but he didnt know what to do because his unborn child and his wife were trapped inside!!

Naruto: Mom this is too much!! How could dad have possibly won!!

Kushina: It is times like this, where your Father Makes me sooo Proud!, He knew that I would sacrifice myself at anymoment to keep you alive and it also helps that your father was considered a genious with the techniques that he had!! After many konoha Nins died trying to stop the Kyuubi, I had enough, So I mustered up all the strength that I had and I released my chakra Chains from the Kyuuibi's Belly and I binded the 9 tails down to the ground!!.

Naruto: Awesome Mom you were able to fight back!!

Kushina: it wasnt much but that was the least I could do!! Minato Saw and felt my Chakra and he knew what I was trying to do for him, He took this opportunity to Call the Death God, He combined his efforts with Mine and we directed the Seal to contain the Kyuubi inside of you. But because there were two souls behind the jutsu, Minato also managed to seperate part of my soul and his soul to be sealed inside of you as precautions for when you needed our help in dealing with the Kyuubi.

Naruto: WOW Mom You and Dad must have been some powerful Ninjas!!

Kushina: How do you think Minato became the 4th Hokage!! He was no pushover you know!! But after the Kyuubi was sealed, The devastation Ceased, and we managed to keep you alive as our legacy.

Naruto: (Tearing up greatly) I promise mom I wont let anything like this happen to anyone ever again!!

Kushina: I know you will Naruto, I need to go now , I will tell Minato the good news and let him know that you have conqured the Kyuubi. He will be proud of you and Im sure we dont have anything to worry about now that you have this new power!!

Naruto is looking at Kushina who has a sad look on her face all the sudden.

Kushina:"It all began long before my time in Konaha at the end of the first ninja war."
Naruto: "What happened?"

The first Hokage is shown in a meeting room with several different leaders all sitting around a large table with 2 subordinates for each leader standing behind them.

Kushina: "As the first hokage was creating peace amongst the villages there was one group who was insistent on one demand and they would not rest until they got it. It is at that time where our troubles began."
Naruto: "Who were they?"

Madara Uchiha is sitting at one end of the table with two uchiha members standing behind him.

Kushina: "They were what you now call The Uchiha clan."
Naruto: "What did they want?"
Kushina: "The kyubi."
Naruto: "...."
Kushina: "Although their reason for wanting the kyubi was never disclosed they still faught hard to get the kyubi. Their leader, Madara Uchiha campaigned hard to receive the kyubi even at times causing strife amongst the other villages simply to force the senju to hand it over."

Madara is shown talking while two other village leaders are showing enraged looks on their faces
yelling at each other while pointing fingers.

Naruto: "What happened?"
Kushina: "The Senju clan decided to do what they thought was in the best interest of everyone but would keep the kyubi from getting into the hands of the uchiha. They secretly sealed it inside one of our ancestors, a young man of a lesser clan with no real ties to any of the hidden villages."

A young man who bares a striking resemblence to Naruto is shown on his knee in a bowed tribute
before Hashirama.

Naruto: "Why did he do that? What made this young man so special?"
Kushina: "Like your father, this young man was a man of great integrity who had shown his value in battle even at the cost of his only son who had been lost in the final battle of the war."

The young man is shown holding a smaller boy in his arms with tears in his eyes.

Naruto: "...."
Kushina: "Unfortunately Madara found out about this action and immediately tried to hunt down our entire family just so he could get his hands on the kyubi. He arranged for a Daimyo of a hidden village to be assassinated with one of us framed as the culprit."

A Daimyo is shown laying on the ground with a pool of blood around him and a knife in his back.

Kushina: "From that day on our family became outlaws. Hunted vigorously by the Uchiha and bounty hunters all seeking more or a chance to regain the kyubi. Even after Madara had supposedly died we still were hunted down like animals simply because there was a long standing bounty on our family which no one bothered to remove."

A couple shots of different people being chased or chained in prison is shown.

Naruto: "And that is why the Kumogokure ninjas captured you? They were after a bounty?"

Kushina walking in shackles with the kumogokure ninjas is shown.

Kushina: "Correct. They did not know I contained the kyubi or why they needed to capture me. They just wanted to make some money off a bounty. Your father on that day discovered that bounty and vowed to find out who was paying off the bounties to continue to hunt our family."
Naruto: "And thats when you fell in love with him?"
Kushina: "Yes. Your father worked hard and diligently from that day on to protect my family despite efforts by some others to hunt us down. Eventually he finally was able to find out who it was that was enforcing the bounty?"
Naruto: "Madara..."

Madara is shown with his mask on pointing a finger at Minato while he spreads his arms out blocking
a terrified Kushina who is cowering in fear behind him.

Kushina: "You know him?"
Naruto: "We have met."
Kushina: "Madara threatened your father and the village with destruction if he could not get the the kyubi from me but your father refused vowing he would fight Madara to the end to keep me from being handed over to Madara. Not long after you were born is when Madara finally struck."
Naruto: "What happened?"
Kushina: "Madara arrived on the night of your birth with an army of mercenaries and bounty hunters who had been searching for our family. It took them little time to capture your father, myself, and the rest of my family."

Madara is shown with several dozen mercenaries surrounding Minato who is trying to protect a fallen
Kushina.

Kushina: "As Madara aimed to bring about a killing blow to your father I snapped. I lost control of
myself and entirely broke the seal of the kyubi."

Madara is shown looking on in horror as Kushina is enveloped in a full size chakra formation of the kyubi.

Naruto: "You broke the seal?"
Kushina: "I do not remember what happened after that but when I woke up my family had vanished except for my grandfather who in his last act brought me back to life at the cost of his own. Your father as I later learned had thought I was dead so he went off to go stop the kyubi which was attacking the village."

Kushina is shown crying over the body of her grandfather with Konoha burning in the background in the distance.

Naruto: "Did you ever find out what happened to the rest of our family?"
Kushina: "Sadly no. Shortly after I found your father working hard to seal away the kyubi. In that instant I gave what ever chakra I had left that kept me alive to him to help him forge the seal. I died on that night with my last moments seeing your father fight bravely against the kyubi as I slowly faded away."

Kushina starts to slowly vanish away as her body becomes ghost like.

Naruto: "What is happening?"
Kushina: "My time here is done. My work is finished. Farewell my son. Make your father and I proud."

Naruto has tears in his eyes as he hugs Kushina as she slowly vanishes.

Naruto: "I promise mom! I will. I promise."
Kushina: "Good bye my son....."

Naruto wakes up and stands up as Killer bee also stands up.

KillerBee: "Well done Naruto. You have control of the kyubi."
Naruto: "I guess its time now then."
Yamoto: "What time?"

Kushina: [has a kind of oh crap expression] Uhh not really...

Naruto: What do you mean? You said you were in love with him! Did you tell him?

Kushina: [with a dreamy look] He did find out eventually. That didn't help matters in the case of me trying to look cool. But there you are. Minato was just.....special.

Naruto: But why? You were in love with him. What's wrong in telling him?

Kushina: The fact is that even if I moved into Konoha, my true home was away in the Whirlpool.....the former Whirlpool country [brushes off tears]

Naruto: Please don't cry mom. I hope nothing bad happened.

Kushina: [smiles] Thank you Naruto. But as I was saying, Minato was not a normal person. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi came to regard him as one of the best ninjas seen in decades. He tried hard to cement what had happened to Minato and me in the hope that the cloud wouldn't try anything dirty again.

Naruto: The cloud....I didn't know it was like that. There's a cloud Jinchuuriki helping me as we speak.

Kushina: [frowns] Yes I saw. That's interesting. I thought they only liked situations where their interests were kept safe. This person is quite different.

Naruto: Yeah. He's the Raikage's brother. He had a similar experience like I had growing up...you know being hated by everyone and stuff.

Kushina: I...I really don't know what to say except that I'm sorry for what happened Naruto. I really did warn Minato that this would happen. Needless to say, he ran into a tight corner in the end and was forced to do what he has done to you. He didn't like it either.

Naruto: It's okay. Like the old geezer said, the path to Hokage isn't easy!

Kushina: My....my! So we have a young Hokage in training here. And it also helps that you look just like your father.

Naruto: So what happened mom? Was the cloud village punished?

Kushina: Well.....as to that it's unbearably bitter son. The elders [grimaces]one day they need to get beaten up so bad they won't-[is taken aback by Naruto's eager approval of the same and continues] Ahem...well in the end...they sent some of the ANBU over to press charges and eliminate those involved in the incident....and that was the problem.

Naruto: Huh?

Kushina: The elders overruled Sarutobi in front of the Fire Country's feudal lord and deliberately sent the weakest of them available. They said they wanted to avoid cutting off potential allies when all they had done was throw dirt on our faces.

[Scene switches to Kyuubi]

Kyuubi: [struggles to free itself from it's chains and is frustrated to see that it's unable to] GRRRR! First the Fourth and now his subordinate. I WILL NOT LET MYSELF BE CONTROLLED ANYMORE!!! GRAHAHAHAHA!

[The Kyuubi begins to form a minor energy ball smaller than the one it shot at Naruto earlier. This time instead of swallowing it, it places the ball directly above itself and detonates it causing a lot of red coloured splinters to fly across the chains which Kushina used. One chain breaks off but the others still hold the Kyuubi firmly in place.]

Kyuubi: Darn you woman!! When I get rid of your pathetic holds.....I'm taking your son's soul forever! You won't be able to use any of your famed ancestral chakra anymore!! I'll get out of this if I have to hurt myself!

[Scene switches to Naruto and Kushina]

Naruto: But...why? Was Danzo involved in this?

Kushina: He was busy plotting his rise to power. I do suspect, however, that this was clearly an attempt to sabotage both Sarutobi's and Minato's reputation as well. And then there was Orochimaru.

Naruto: Orochimaru? What has Orochimaru got to do with this?

Kushina: Sarutobi initially wanted Orochimaru to take over as the Hokage once he retired [seeing a horrified look on Naruto's face she continues hurriedly] He wasn't what you knew before. Granted that his twisted mind was present but in truth he was one of the Legendary Sannin. He was a calm, skilled ninja. Anyways, getting back to the matter at hand, Minato argued against the decision to send the ANBU.

Naruto: I hope he kicked the cloud village Hokage's ass.

Kushina: [laughs] That is too much to hope for but yes he did show a rather large amount of his force against the cloud in the Ninja war and they suffered great losses only second to the Hidden Rock. He was especially devastated at the loss of one of his students, Uchiha Obito.

Naruto: Uchiha....Obito? Then Sasuke's...?

Kushina: No silly. They are clansmen but they weren't directly related. I was told by Minato that Kakashi, the then arrogant little berk had changed ever since that incident. Kakashi wore Obito's sharingan from that fateful day, regretting every minute of his existence. I miss that boy too. He was always goofy and made lame excuses for being late.

[Naruto has a vision where Kakashi stands staring at the Hokage monument. The vision changes and Kakashi gives excuses for being late to Team 7 when they are Genin. The vision fades]
Kushina: .......and he became Hokage of course under Jiraiya's teachings. Orochimaru was angered and left the village.

Naruto: [coming back to reality] Huh?

Kushina: [raps Naruto on the head] Why Minato of course. And that was the time when we came out in the open about our feelings. It was a very happy time. He was going to take up the top job and we married as well. It was so....special.

Naruto: [is speechless and just smiles]

Kushina: He became Hokage for me. He wanted to punish the cloud for the mistake they never repented. He thought he could make his ideals a reality if he became Hokage. Jiraiya-sensei was so proud when he developed the Rasengan.

Naruto: I have a question mom. When I met dad as I tried to release the Kyuubi, he told me that the Kyuubi was summoned by a Masked man in Akatsuki robes to attack Konoha. This man recently tried to talk to me about how I convinced Nagato. He said he was Uchiha Madara.

Kushina: I'm afraid I have no idea on that. Minato was the one who fought the Kyuubi after all. I'm still angry that he broke a promise.

Naruto: Dad broke a promise to you?

Kushina: [struggles to speak] Yes....just a day before the Kyuubi attacked the village, I received word that everyone in my country were found dead. You were born just a day ago.

Naruto: What?!!

Kushina: Yes....[looks on with saddening eyes] The Whirlpool country was more closer to the Hidden Mist than Konoha. It was wiped clean by their ninjas who it seemed were cleaning up special bloodline limits off the face of the world.

Naruto: And you were the only one....?

Kushina: Yes.....and I was heartbroken for this. My family was hunted down and killed because others looked upon their special abilities as threats.

Naruto:[enraged] But why?!! Why kill innocent people?

Kushina: [looks on with a blank expression] Our affinity with the Water element was perhaps the greatest in the world. There was nobody who could match us save exceptional ninjas. But the real reason they were killed....was because our bloodline limit is not an ability....it is bred in our chakra.

Naruto: I don't understand...

Kushina: I told you that my chakra was a help to Minato sealing the Kyuubi into you right? [Naruto nods] In the olden days, the Jinchuuriki sealing ceremony was always presided by us. Our chakra was more powerful and we were hired occasionaly by the hidden villages for our sealing techniques. As a result, the elite of our people possessed the infinitely rare ability to suppress the chakra of the tailed beasts.

Naruto: [remembers Haku and Zabuza] I.....understand.

Kushina: Before I could get over this loss...disaster struck. The Kyuubi ravaged the village soon after and your father was forced to rush to the frontlines. He promised me....but he did it.

Naruto: ?

Kushina: He promised me that he would never use the jutsu he had recently developed. He had only recently mentioned it to me about it. I was shaken up real bad and with you inside me, I had to calm myself down immediately.

Naruto: The Rasengan? Why what's wrong with that?

Kushina: The Rasengan is an impressive technique. This however was dangerous beyond all reason. He called it the Deathgod jutsu. It takes the user's soul forever as it's.......cost.

Naruto: And so you-

[They are interrupted as the surroundings are forcibly changed back to where the Kyuubi lies thrashing around spamming fireballs bigger than the one cast on Naruto. Kushina remains calm as the Kyuubi gives one last jerk and breaks free of the chains]

Kyuubi: Now brat! You will die and she will disappear for all eternity! [starts rushing forward]

Kushina: [forms a complicated handseal and turns toward Naruto] Now my son, watch closely. This is the first of the two bloodlines you have inherited.

Urahara: Tatsuki-san we are going to go into battle with Aizen (in winter) but chance are that we will more or less fail. If I am not mistaken Aizen has always wanted to gain the hollow power Kurosaki-san has. He is more than likely to achieve that power and become unstoppable.

Tatsuki: But why doesn’t any captain gain similar power? Ichigo should be able to stop Aizen.

Yoruichi: Tatsuki, Aizen has something we don’t have. The Hōgyoku! And Ichigo isn’t in great shape to face Aizen yet. He already has enough going inside his mind. Therefore the task of protecting the RKT falls into the inhabitant of KT itself.

Urahara: Don’t worry, we’ll train you Tatsuki-san. You’ll have the power to face Aizen. I may have failed to realise what the Hōgyoku does 100 years ago but this time the outcome will be different.

And to do that we must unlock the power inside you. You have been with Kurasaki-san the most and therefore his influence will be the greatest inside you other than his family members.

Yoruichi: (giving a mean glare) Kisuke is trying to say you must have shinigami power inside because no power manifested in you as it did with Orihime and Chad.

Aizen and Gin head towards Karakura and it takes Isshin to het Ichigo motivated before they go after them.

Aizen is approaching where Keigo is. I'm writing from my cellphone, so this might get buried fast Aizen and co. are in the dangai.

And there's the Guardian. (Koutotsu - the Train thing inside the Dangai)

The reiatsu around it's gone, so logically, ... so they should hurry, says Gin

However, Aizen breaks the Koutotsu into tiny pieces. After some more lines - "Would you come? To the edge of reason, which is why we are headed to SS," says Aizen.

Ichigo and co. Ichigo says "eh?" to Isshin's words and gets headbutted by Isshin.

"It's no use talking about it all over again", answers Ichigo. "Don't you understand?!", says Isshin, "that monstrous reiatsu means we can't win for sure." says Ichigo.

"With those words, that means you understand his reiatsu... and the deep meaning to those words."

"Let's go." Even though Ichigo doesn't answer back. "If you're not coming, then you're not protecting anyone if you're just gonna sit there and cry." he says.

"Think about what Aizen being in SS means, if you're not going, then everyone in Karakura will be butchered by Aizen." Ichigo remembers Tatsuki and co. With that thought his feelings change and he asks Isshin to open a senkaimon.

Aizen arrives at SS. Karakura's situated a bit farther off, in a separate location. "Well, it ain't my fault but theirs, " says Gin.

Ichigo and company progress through the dangai. Isshin notices that the Koutotsu is missing.

"The Koutotsu is gone, that it's not here now is pretty convenient."

Just like the dangai's name, from the real word to SS, it's a place where time and space ceases to exist.

That's why the Koutotsu is here, so that anything that enters here doesn't exist for long.

If you talk about strenght, Whitebeard was indeed the strongest man alive and had a super destructive power. So indeed the last man you would want to fight against would be Whitebeard. Yet, if the strongest man does not want to fight against you, there is no reason to fear him.
What the Marine feared the most during the War Saga was Whitebeard because it had angered him with its decision to execute Ace. It feared Whitebeard the most at this time because a war against him was imminent.

Yet, in its every day life, the WG do not fear Whitebeard as he never intended to go to war against the world order. He was ” only ” a member of the Yonkou that lived freely, and protected some islands in the New World. What the Marine and WG truly fear are the people that threaten the more them. They do not fear the strongest people but the people that are willing to go against them, that is to say the people who act or are about to act against the system.
If the Yonkou do not want to fight them, they will not fear them. Sengoku did not fear Shanks when he came to the war whereas he did with Whitebeard and there were both members of the Yonkou. It’s because Shanks was not there to fight the Marine.

And Whitebeard never threatened the World Government. He was a a Yonkou with his own ethics. He only came to MHQ to take back Ace. So indeed the battle the WG and the Marine feared the most was the one against Whitebeard. Yet the man they feared the more is Dragon because what his Revolutionary Army is willing to do is much more dangerous than was the Whitebeard Pirates ever did.
Dragon is the only leader of a group that is willing to go against the world order. It’s not like Whitebeard who comes to fight when he’s angered. Dragon’s been fighting the WG for years and its destruction is his goal. So what the Marine feared and fears the most in its every day life was/is Dragon and not Whitebeard.

Saying that the WG is not very concerned with the RA is a fatal mistake. There is a reason why Dragon, their leader, is the most wanted man ; and there is a reason why people react each time the word Dragon is pronounced. Dragon’s known everywhere and people fear him because he is a man of actions which threaten the system in the one they live.
And please notice even in the middle of the great battle between MHQ, the Shichibukai and WB Pirates, Dragon’s name was mentioned and froze the people for a while.

I would even say that the WG feared more Ace and Luffy than Whitebeard. In a fight, they would fear more Whitebeard because he’s the strongest. But as I said, Whitebeard never was a threat to the world order.
Ace and Luffy were feared because of their potential. There is a reason why Akainu said he would not let those two escape, and did not care anymore about Whitebeard and his crew. It’s the same reason why after Ace’s death, the 3 Admirals chased Luffy even if he was just an ant in this war.
As D people, it seems Ace and Luffy are possible Pirate King which is a title that is supposed to provoke the biggest war of all time, with the discovering of One Piece. So they are/were more feared to change the world than an old man whose past was behind him – Whitebeard said himself there was no place for him in the New Era.

Aizen emerges from the dust and tells him it was a good attack. His face is cracked.

There’s a loud noise and Ichigo turns. Behind him is Gin, saying, “Is it good?”
He asks, “Neither soldier nor shinigimi nor hollow, nor human, but instead a midway state. Those 3 have lost, do you think you can win?”
Ichigo has no response. “Run away. You’re no longer of interest. Even Aizen is disappointed. Can you understand the the power Captain Aizen currently possesses?”

(Naruto is face to face with Kushina.)

Naruto: “You-you know my name…” (Kushina giggles.)

Kushina: “Of course silly, that’s the name your father and I gave you…” (Naruto has a shocked look on his face.)

Kushina: “Boy you’re slow… Yes, I’m your mother sweetie…” (Naruto glances at his mother and slightly blushes.)

Naruto: “Heh, I’m not a kid ma…” (Naruto snickers. Kushina slightly grins and rests her head in her palm.)

Kushina: “*mumble* he sure does look like Minato*.” (Naruto can’t hear her all the way.)

Kushina: “I mean, you must certainly get all the young ladies to wait around for you, right?” (Naruto is startled by that question and starts fiddling his fingers.)

Yamato: “hmm. (Yamato remembers back to when Naruto was explaining that the 4th helped him reseal the 4 element seal.)

Could it be?” (The scene switches back to the realm in which Kushina and Naruto are at.)

Kushina: “You do know why you’re still here don’t you?”

Naruto: “No… I did everything the Octo-dude said, and I still get taken over… I’m seriously at lost…”

Kushina: “It’s because you still haven’t let go yet.”

Naruto: “What? I don’t hate the villagers… I got over that…”

Kushina: “Yes you did, and I’m very proud of my little boy for that… But when you took in some of the Fox’s chakra, he was able bring back some deep routed thought that you presently haven’t come to terms with yet.”

Naruto: “But what could it be?”

Kushina: “Search your heart Naruto… What is it that you’ve always wanted that everyone else seemed to have but you didn’t?” (Naruto closes his eyes and remembers children being treated to ice cream by their parents. Meanwhile, Naruto slightly smirks as he snaps back to reality.)

Naruto: “Oh.. That… But I made peace with the 4th…” (Kushina then opens her arms, awaiting Naruto’s embrace.)

Kushina: “But not with me.” (Naruto has a shocked look on his face.)

Naruto:”… (Naruto walks over and hugs his mom… Then they break apart.) Why did you leave me?”

Kushina: “It wasn’t what we intentionally wanted to do at first choice dear. Let your mom explain willya? I, uh… When the Kyuubi was set loose, the first thing your father was tasked with as Hokage, was securing it, those old coots didn’t care about anything else… But, I, well, you weren’t born yet. I had to be rushed to the field promptly. Your father and I, we had no other choice. And we figured that you’d be looked upon as a hero for containing the monster fox. We believed you can do it, that’s why we named you after the character in one of Jiraiya-sama’s books… Maybe a lame justification of our actions, but we did and we do still believe that, and we took it proudly to the grave.

(Naruto is shocked) We wanted you to be the best shinobi possible. Your father, as amazing as he was, needed help using the Shiki Fuujin on the Fox, and I wasn’t a push over myself…”

(The scene switches to 16 years in the past as Kushina narrates.)

Kushina: “Your father led a brave fight against the Kyuubi.

(Minato is standing on top of Gamabunta facing the Kyuubi as dozens upon dozens of defeated shinobi lie across the battle field. The Kyuubi gathers a chakra blast and fires it off as Gamabunta leaps into the air to avoid it as the area in back is destroyed. Gamabunta draws out his Dagger and as he lands, he attempts to slit the Kyuubi in half however the Kyuubi catches the blade with both paws as Gamabunta and the Kyuubi are locked in a struggle.

Minato then disappears into a cloud of smoke and appears above the Kyuubi in mid-air. As he twists and flips, he tosses various marked Kunai, as they are logged expertly all over its body as he lands on top of the Kyuubi’s back. As the tails converge onto Minato’s location, Minato disappears and Rasengans the Kyuubi near his left rib. Before the Kyuubi reach, Minato disappears and then Rasengans the Kyuubi near its neck.

Soon, we see Minato flicker in and out all over the Kyuubi as he barrages him with many Rasengan shots using FTG to employ a pop in and pop out method by instantaneously using the marked kunai all over the Kyuubi’s body as a way to facilitate his movement and assault. Soon, Kushina appears, she is exhausted, once Minato spots her, he uses body flicker and instantly appears next to her and gives her a hand. She brushes him off hinting that she wants to fight. Gamabunta then manages to overpower the Kyuubi due to Minato’s assault and sends it sliding back with a push of the blade. Minato looks to Kushina and he nods his head. He body flickers over to Gamabunta’s head. The Kyuubi faces Minato but then, Minato tosses exploding Kunai, which lands near the Kyuubi’s eyes, blinding him temporarily as the Kyuubi uses its paws to wipe away the smoke…)

Then I later made my move.

(Kushina moves closer to the Kyuubi and begins making handseals. Soon a huge spiral of wind surrounds the Kyuubi. Minato yells to Gamabunta, and he gathers water from its gullet and fires off a large bullet of water which collides with the wind. A true Hurricane is formed and it pins the Kyuubi down.)

There was no stronger team than the two of us… We subdued the Fox, but we knew what had to be done. We couldn’t wait until I gave birth and our attacks weren’t enough to totally defeat the Fox, so we did what we set out to do…

(Gamabunta then hops up into the air and impales the Kyuubi using its Dagger. Gamabunta stays in place until the ceremony was completed. Minato body flickers over to Kushina. They both hold each other hands and gazes into each other’s eyes as Gamabunta looks over to the couple, possibly thinking about delivering the newborn to the authorities.)

We made the ultimate sacrifices so you could be a hero. But we’d always watch over you, that was what Minato and I always wanted; to make up for not being with you in person. Minato set up a way so that once in different stages of the seal’s degeneration we’d be there as fail-saves to pull you back for devastation. Your father wired the seal so that once it reaches 8th, his mental energy will be summoned and reshaped into a physical form so that he could reinforce the seal. Then, as a final precaution, once the seal is fully unlocked, my mental energy would be resurfaced to snap you out of the Fox’s control… (The scene switches back to the present.)

See now? We never abandoned you. We did all we could to keep you alive from the Kyuubi. The two of us appearing and doing what we did was proof enough, right? (Kushina smiles and looks toward a sad Naruto.)

Naruto: “I, I didn’t know… I’m sorry.”

Kushina: “Don’t be… Just beat that Fox into a pulp! Make your mom and dad proud!” (Naruto nods, soon, he is transported back to the area he was previously at. He stands in front of the Kyuubi, which is all chilled out and lying on its stomach with its paws stretched out. It sees Naruto, yawns and then gets on all fours.)

Kyuubi: Sup? Back for more of a beating?

Naruto: Ha, I don’t quite remember it that way. You’re going down for sure this time!

Kyuubi: Yap, yap-that’s all you do. Are you going to talk more or is it time to get to business!

Naruto: For once I agree with you on something…

Dude this is actually taking an interesting turn, Sabo abandons his family a second time to save all the people in the Grey Terminal. And to make things even more interesting, we may see the first event that got Dragon his reputation, and how threatening he can be to the government. Is Dragon a Tactical genius, or is he himself so powerful that he was able to do the most damage. So many questions and undoubtly Oda won't answer all of them, if he does no one would take interest in Dragon's character and why he was so threatening. But what he does show may hint at how dangerous he is. I'm also willing to bet that Dragon takes Sabo under his wing, and Sabo is currently with Luffy's dad helping the Rebellion. Dragon also might be responsible for helping Luffy and Ace out of their predicament with Bluejam provided Bluejam survives this event.

This would seem to explain how Ace is more aware of who Luffy's father is much sooner and in more detail than Luffy did almost all of his living life. Because unless Garp told Ace who Luffy's father is, the only way Ace would know that Dragon is Luffy's father is if Dragon told him himself.

I don't know how many people will escape the Grey Terminal, and I personally hope that plenty of people do escape, afterall what is happening isn't all that surprising given noble nature, but it is still inhumane, and I would hope that at least some do escape the Grey terminal. Plus with Ace and Luffy inside the Grey Terminal and Dragon most likley fully aware that they are inside it, undoubtedly wil stop at nothing to help them get out alive, but he seems a little doubtful like there is a game of chance he is playing with what he is doing. The woman everyone sees at the end of the chapter, is either Ivankov (but i doubt it) it is likely to be Luffy's mother. There is not many other female figures that would be following Dragon around that we know of. The most interesting aspect so far about the whole flash back, is that Luffy has one more sworn brother, and we currently don't know if he is alive or dead. Since Luffy and Ace don't talk about him, odds are he died, or he disappeared with Dragon.

(Naruto floats in front of the Kyuubi. Naruto then points his finger at the Kyuubi.)

Naruto: “I’M GONNA SUCK YOU DRY YOU STUPID FOX!” (Killer Bee’s voice can be heard.)

Killer Bee: “Ha, ha, now that’s where it’s at. Go out and get ‘em!”

(The Kyuubi devilishly grins.)

Kyuubi: “Ku, Ku, Ku. What can you hope to accomplish on your own you little shit? I’ll rip out your chakra and wipe you out in one BREATH!” (The Kyuubi swipes with his left claw, Naruto maneuvers over it by flipping and then landing on top of the outreached arm of the Kyuubi. Killer Bee’s voice can be heard again.)

Killer Bee: “Hey, watch your LEFT!” (Naruto takes notice and leaps off of the Kyuubi’s arm, evading the right overhand of the Kyuubi. Naruto lands on top of the Kyuubi’s head.)

Naruto: “GIMMIE!” (Naruto bends down and places both hands on top of the Kyuubi’s head.)

Naruto (in thought): “Alright, time to grab his chakra!” (Naruto channels his chakra through his palms and starts to draw in a little of the Kyuubi’s chakra as Naruto’s false image disappears, immediately, Killer Bee speaks up.)

Killer Bee: “Keep it up, I gotcha!” (Before the Kyuubi can reach his paws up high to trap Naruto, the Hachibi’s tentacles appear and coil around the Kyuubi’s arms and restrain them to help Naruto grab the chakra.)

Kyuubi: “Pests!” (Meanwhile, on top of the Kyuubi’s head, Naruto continues to draw on the Kyuubi’s chakra, and then dons a red, chakra based cloak.)

Naruto: “YEAHH!!! I’m doing it!” (The Kyuubi then arches his back, while Naruto slips a little, and as the Kyuubi directs his tails towards Naruto and begins drawing on Naruto’s false image with his tails from a distance, more of the Hachibi’s tentacles appear, and they wrap around the tails and restrain them as Naruto’s false image returns back to his body as Bee helps Naruto subdue the beast. Next, Bee’s voice can be heard.)

Killer Bee: “A’ight I’m doin’ my best, the rest is all you!” (On top of the Kyuubi’s head, Naruto continues to withdraw more chakra.)

Naruto: “THANKS MAN!” (The scene switches over to the Kyuubi’s face, it has a horrible scowl on.)

Kyuubi: “Vermin! *ROAR*!” (The Kyuubi shakes violently. It sakes so hard that the surrounding area begins to show a little wear and tear. Naruto, with a trail of charka connecting to the chakra image [I’ll refer to it as false image from now on] of the Kyuubi is disconnected as Naruto is thrown off and is launched far in back down the hall as the Kyuubi’s false image comes back to itself.

The Kyuubi then bites away at the tentacles around his arms, destroying them as he gains back some chakra. The Kyuubi then turns his head to face his rear, and fires a mini chakra blast to destroy the tentacles binding his tails as he gains back some chakra. The Kyuubi then looks down the hall and spots Naruto.)

Kyuubi: “I underestimated you… You certainly are the 4th’s little snot, dancing around my body like some flea.” (The scene switches over to Naruto, he gets up and looks straight ahead at the Kyuubi down the hall.)

Naruto: “So close…” (Killer Bee’s voice can be heard.)

Killer Bee: “Hey, you can use ninjutsu too! But be careful ‘douh, use too much chakra and you won’t have enough to drag in the Fox’s chakra, and if you’re too weak, he’ll overcome ‘ya! Exercise greater control of ya chakra, that’ll give ya an advantage over a monstrosity that only knows how to destroy; a bijuu. Find a method that works, then stick to it! Eventually, you’ll know how to handle this thing down the road… To control his chakra, you must be able to steal away his chakra, leaving him as just his mind…”

Naruto: “I think I grabbed some of the Kyuubi’s chakra, I can use some of that to fight him!”

Killer Bee: “I forgot to tell ya, but good thinkin’!” (Naruto makes the shadow clone handseal, immediately, down the hall the Kyuubi is gathering chakra in his mouth for a blast. It is getting larger and larger in scale, immediately, the Kyuubi fires it off. The full arm appendage of the Hachibi materializes in front of the blast and absorbs the impact at the cost of the Hachibi’s arm, as it vaporizes.

Spiraling noises of chakra can be heard getting louder and moving closer to the Kyuubi. The Kyuubi notices that three Naruto are carrying two above averaged size Rasengans. They are launching themselves towards him. Naruto in the middle, with two other Naruto, one on each side, are forming twin Oodama Rasengans, one in each of the middle Naruto’s hands, joined with the help of the apparent two shadow clones.)

Kyuubi (in thought): When did he? Wait, he’s using my chakra against me… (As the dangerous attack prepares to reach the Kyuubi’s chest, the Kyuubi prepares to counter attack by drawing in both paws, which begins to suck out the Narutos’ false images, however, the Hachibi’s hand materializes and grabs one arm and then the Hachibi’s Head materializes and bites the other, restraining the Kyuubi again. The Kyuubi looks on in worry as the attack is inches away.)

Naruto: “Eat this! Oodama Rasen Rengan!” (A huge explosion of flashing chakra erupts as the Kyuubi is injured and falters a bit. The two helper shadow clones disperses as Naruto is blown back from the shockwave. The Head and Fist of the Hachibi disappear, not from being destroyed though. The Kyuubi the notice that part of his chest is blown off, so he starts to regenerate it.)

Kyuubi (in thought): “This’ll consume more chakra… I’m taking this much damage, why? If it wasn’t for that tentacle FREAK! But the runt’s chakra control, he really intends to take my power away…”

Kyuubi: “I WON’T BE HAVING IT!”

(Immediately, Naruto follows up his assault.)

Naruto: “Mass Shadow Clone Technique!” (Countless shadow clones appear and surrounds the Kyuubi… The Kyuubi is clinching its chest and is too busy recovering. They all latch onto the Kyuubi, and are each drawing out small portions of the Kyuubi’s chakra through tendril shaped conductors as they touch him and then pull away; as in yank.)

Killer Bee: “Yeah, well, I’m running out of appendages, Me and Eight-o is havin’ trouble keeping up with regenerating them from combating that Fox earlier on, and since I can’t control my full powers in here, I gotta split for a bit … But I don’t think I need to lift another finger. I think you got the hang of it, so don’t expect me to be callin’ his every shot from now on! You got ‘dis, knock it out like pro, bro!”

Naruto: “Alright, Imma hit this fool up all tight with all my might. So be on the watch-out Octo-dude.”

Killer Bee: “Ha, ha, Kid, you know where’s my bid! But cut that shit out and bring this bout to a stop and show me why you’re on top!”

(The Kyuubi is still healing. It gets on all fours, and digs its claws into the white floor and roars which easily shakes the surrounding. It then punches the ceiling, which causes large amounts of debris to fall and disperse the many shadow clones below.

The ones that aren’t dispersed are all swept away by its tails, which creates spiraling winds that sweep up the shadow clones and disperses them all. To avoid getting sucked in, Naruto breaks through the ceiling and floats through a white, wide open space. Naruto hears the Kyuubi making a ruckus from below. Then it reaches its claws out from under Naruto. Naruto quickly avoids by racing to the side. The Kyuubi then emerges from below and faces Naruto with an unpleased disposition; its chest has completely recovered now.)

Kyuubi: Little shit… (Naruto looks on at the Kyuubi and goes into thought.)

Naruto (in thought): I wonder how much chakra I stole from him using the shadow clones. Let’s try it out. (Naruto claps his hands together and holds for a bit. He later soon goes into the two tailed state. The Kyuubi turns around and notices that two of his own tails are missing.)

Kyuubi: LEECH! I SHOULD EAT YOU!

Naruto: IF YOU CAN! (Naruto dashes forward, while the Kyuubi diagonally swipes with his right claw as Naruto nears him, both of their false images appear as they near each other.)

[Scene shows Yamato looking at Killerbee and Naruto]

Yamato: This is a little....extreme. I never imagined that something like this will help Naruto control the Nine Tails.

[Bee opens his eyes a little but keeps his hand with Naruto]

Yamato: What's going on in there?

KillerBee: Ah sorry 'bout that. My power isn't the deal to help nail it flat.

Yamato: [with a straight face] Erm....come again?

[There's an awkward pause]

KillerBee: Right....I haven't been able to help the boy. He's on his own now.

Yamato: Does he have a chance? We can still stop this....

KillerBee: Nah. The kid's got it in him to keep going. I reckon he should win and start celebratin'. We gotta wait. This ain't a joke.

Yamato: [thinks] I wonder if I can manage to control him if the Nine Tails takes over...I didn't sign up for this....Oh boy...

[Scene switches to Naruto in his mind]

[Naruto and the Nine Tails are still trying to pull each other towards the other. The Nine Tails has an angry and frustrated expression as Naruto does his best to match it's strength with his chakra.]

Naruto: Yeah you stupid fox. It's finally about time someone taught you who's the master.

Kyuubi: [Glares] Don't you dare take that tone with me boy. If it wasn't for me, you would be dead ten times over by now. [Growls and tears apart Naruto's attempt to cover it with his chakra again] Just be grateful that you were lucky enough to have me inside you.

Naruto: Haven't you noticed yet? If we don't work together, which you don't want to, then Uchiha Madara will never be defeated. [creates two clones somehow and begins pulling again]

Kyuubi: Hah! I have no intention to go near one feet of that cursed Sharingan. You're on your own boy. As soon as I gain control of you, I'll be free and never be controlled again!

Naruto: I don't care. [The Kyuubi looks shocked and angry. Naruto closes his eyes and a strange chakra starts to envelop him] Whether you want to or not, you will submit to me your power or....[Naruto opens hiseyes and shows that he's in Sage Mode] you will go down with me.

Kyuubi: We'll see about that brat. Once I win this useless fight, you will be begging me to save you like you did time and time again. Who was it who cried like a kid in front of me? Who was it who gave you the power to make your childish dreams a reality?

Naruto: .....

Kyuubi: You can't answer fool. It's because this has been a chain of events time and time again. You think you can avoid me and control me but in the end you come back to me whining for power.

Naruto: I have an answer [Sage chakra strengthens Naruto's hold over the Kyuubi and it starts looking a little apprehensive]

Kyuubi: [Looks at it's bonds and laughs] Senjutsu...you've come a long way, Naruto [pauses]. But it's not enough. You aren't worthy to control me. Let go already brat!

Naruto: The Fourth Hokage who defeated your so-called power [Kyuubi's eyes go scarlet] entrusted it to me in the hope of defeating the masked man he fought a long time ago. Unfortunately for you, he happens to be my father, so I will force you to show me respect if needed.

[The balance breaks as the Kyuubi is forced inch by inch towards Naruto]

Kyuubi: Grr...!!

Naruto: [shouts] The evil inside me which you relished has now been vanquished! I intend on using your power to create peace in the Ninja world whether you like it or not!

Kyuubi: [tries to pull back but is only able to stop Naruto's pressure]

Naruto: [with a steely glint in his eyes] I have overcome what was, and I will now overcome what will be. I' am the true master now.

Kyuubi: [laughs] Nothing apart from that cursed Uchiha has ever controlled me. You a little kid, control my power? I admit you were pretty strong in destroying your older self but all you have been throughout your life is a total failure!

Naruto: What do you mean? You're grasping for straws.

Kyuubi: Grahahahahaha!

Naruto: [shouts] Stop that silly laugh and tell me your stupid excuse!

Kyuubi: [the demon fox cloak appears and starts to corrode the Sage Chakra away] Excuse? This is the truth. Hahahaha!

Naruto: [with a straight face] You aren't saying anything...

Kyuubi: Your thoughts always come down here Naruto. I know everything. [laughs] What about one of your life's goals which you have failed in? What about that cursed Uchiha brat? Sasuke was that.....?

Naruto: [expression is still blank] And?

Kyuubi: I remember that you were head over heels in trying to save him. Must have let him go to his inevitable death. One Uchiha down, what's the difference? [laughs]

Naruto: Sasuke has changed--

Kyuubi: I don't care kid. Just like you. Madara won't keep that kid alive much longer anyway. His plan centers around the death of your friend.

Naruto: What do you mean?

Kyuubi: Oh what do we have here? Could it be that you are trying to ask me something? Or perhaps beg? Release me kid. I'll tell you everything I know. I know the last secret of Madara.

Naruto: That--! [is interrupted by the arrival of the spirit of the toad key]

Kyuubi: What is this?

Toad: I' am the key Minato created to hold you Kyuubi. Must say....you're huge! [turns to Naruto] I know you still want to save that Sasuke boy, but get over it. It's not worth it.

Naruto: I know. Everything has been decided. Sasuke cannot be reasoned with by words.

Naruto: [with a stupid face] Huh?

Kyuubi: You! How dare you--

Toad: Your father sealed only the Yin half of the Kyuubi into you. The other half....is well up to you. My job is done here [laughs at the Kyuubi and vanishes]

Naruto: [slowly smiles as sudden realization dawns on his face] Well. Looks like we have a deal Nine Tails.

[Scene switches to Yamato and Killerbee]
[Naruto suddenly begins to glow with the hint of Sage chakra along with the glow of the demon fox cloak]

Killerbee: [snatches his hands away as his hands begin to burn] Whoo! That was hot! He's so safe not!

Yamato: What's happening?

Killerbee: [raises his hands in a victory sign] It won't be long Eight-O! The kid is finally on the winning side now.

Naruto is walking through the structures while Yamoto looks amazed at what he is seeing. Bee is busy looking at something written on a wall. Naruto looks at something in particular near the ground.

Yamoto: “What is this place? This looks like it has been abandoned for centuries. Who built this place?”
Naruto: “I think I see the answer. Look at this.”
Naruto points to a long crystal obelisk with a stone tablet below it with tons of writing on it.
Tablet: “If you are reading this you have found my final legacy to you my future sons and daughters. This place was created at my behest as a chamber for harnessing the power of the latent remains of the Juubi. Within here you will find all the necessary means to control the beastial power of the bijou much like how I attempted to do so. I leave this now to you as your final inheritance with my blessing. Farewell my children. May this place help you in your times of great need. Rikudo Senin”

Yamoto looks shocked while Naruto smiles as he studies the obelisk. Killer bee walks over and smiles as he looks at the obelisk.

Killer Bee: “Come with me Naruto. Time for the first real test of your training.”

Naruto follows Killer bee over to a small pyramid with a circle of 9 small obelisks jutting from the ground surrounding the pyramid. Naruto looks at each of the obelisks and notices that each has scribed a number on it.

Naruto: “What are these?”
Yamoto: “These according to the pyramid contain the latent essense of the original jubbi sealed forever in stone. They each contain a portion of the juubi that now is a bijou.

Killer Bee points to a particular one that has the nine symbol on it. Naruto touches it and suddenly feels the kyubi roar within his mind. Naruto immediately takes his hand off the obelisk while the Killer Bee smiles.

Killer Bee: “Now place your hand on this obelisk and get ready to rock and roll. Now is time you learn bijou control.”

Naruto places his hand on the obelisk and it suddenly glows red. Naruto feels pain in his stomach and falls to his knees as the seal glows white. Naruto stands up and keeps his hand on the obelisk as it continues to glow. All the other obelisks begin to glow as one. Yamoto looks around as suddenly hundreds of obelisks all over the chamber glow in unison. Suddenly beams shoot from all of the obelisks all over the chamber and connect in one spot in mid air as an intense vibration occurs throughout the chamber.

Motoi is running in the jungle when he feels an earthquake occuring throughout the island. Motoi stops and looks around noting the intense vibration occuring throughout the island. Motoi smiles as he thinks back to an image of Naruto smiling.
Motoi thinking: “Good luck kid. You will need it.”

Naruto is sweating profusely as he looks up to see the beams create a sphere. The sphere grows and suddenly a small version of the kyubi appears inside. Slowly the Kyubi begins to grow larger and larger in size as the sphere grows. The Kyubi gives off an evil laugh as it continues to grow.

Kyubi: “At last! At long last I am free once again!”

Yamoto looks terrified while Killer Bee looks up and smiles. Naruto looks surprised at what he is seeing as the kyubi continues to rapidly grow bigger and bigger.

Yamoto: “What have you done you idiot!? This place has released the kyubi from Naruto!”
Killer Bee: “Shut up foo. Let Naruto my man do his thing.”

Naruto looks up as the kyubi grow rapidly. The beams vanish and the kyubi looks around with an evil smile as it reaches its full size and lands on the ground causing the ground to shake violently. Naruto takes his hand off the obelisk and starts climbing a nearby tower close to the kyubi.

Kyubi: “At long last I am free from that accursed prison.”
Naruto: “You are not free. You are only here because I have summoned you here. I have summoned you here because it is time that I learned to control you once and for all.”

The kyubi turns to face Naruto who is standing on the roof of a tower looking right at the face of the kyubi. The kyubi moves in close to look at Naruto.

Kyubi: “You have nothing you can do to control me now brat! I could kill you right now if I want to.”
Naruto: “Than how about we settle this one on one. If you win you will get your freedom but if I win you will do as I say from now on.”

The kyubi laughs and then looks at Naruto with an evil smile.

Kyubi: “So be it brat! I will enjoy tearing you apart and eating you after so long of being locked away by that accursed fourth hokage. Let me know when you are ready to die!”

Naruto turns to face Yamoto as he looks down at him. Yamoto has a shocked face as he looks up at Naruto and the kyubi.

Naruto: “Yamoto stay back. This is my fight and I do not want you to be killed.”

Yamoto thinking while clenching his fists: “I hope you know what you are doing Naruto. I can not help you this time.”
Yamoto: “Alright naruto. Good luck!”

Killer Bee smiles as he looks at the Kyubi and Naruto.
8 tails: “You can see the potential of the boy now can’t you Bee. Now we will see if he is truly powerful enough to master the power of the strongest of the bijuu.”
Killer Bee thinking: “This fight is gonna be bad. I just hope the damage that beast does don’t make my bro mad.”

Kisame face appears on the side of Samehada and looks at Naruto in the distance.
Kisame thinking: “This should be interesting. Either way I will still get them both soon.”

Naruto turns to face the kyubi and goes sage mode with a serious menacing look on his face. Naruto prepares to make a hand sign while the Kyubi looks at Naruto with an evil smile.

Naruto: “Lets do this!”
