I thought it would be an obvious conspiracy theory, I had no idea the disturbing world of weirdness I would enter when I delved deeper.

It turns out Tappy is not the only one who heard Jeffrey confess, he also told sound engineer (or at least he was at the time now he is a record producer) Alan Douglas that he murdered Hendrix too, Douglas also stated in his opinion he thought Jeffrey hated Hendrix.

Jeffrey certainly had a lot of money to gain from Hendrix's death having a huge life insurance policy on him, but it gets weirder it seems Jeffrey may have worked for the FBI who opened a file on Hendrix after he appeared at a few benefits for “subversive” causes. Jeffrey was in the military and got moved to intelligence, after this his military career entered an “Obscure phase”. Quite how he moved from a career as a soldier to managing Rock Groups is unclear, he also managed "The Animals". He died a couple of years after Hendrix in an mid air collision on his way to a court case concerning Hendrix.

There's also a lot of weirdness surrounding who was or wasn't Hendrix's girlfriend at the time of his death too. A woman called Monica Dannemann claimed to be his fiancé at the time of his death, he did die in her flat and the sleeping pills he took were hers. Many people seem to claim however she was fantasist and merely stalked Hendrix there was actually no relationship between them. Some even claim she had a part in his murder as she realised he planned to leave her, and she definitely lied at his inquest. She claimed Hendrix was still alive at 10am when she went out for cigarettes and when she came back he started to vomit, but medical evidence suggests he was actually dead around 4am.

It is now commonly believed she wasn't in fact there that night at all as they had big row, she did not call an Ambulance until 11:15 and apparently rang a friend called Eric Bridges beforehand saying Hendrix wasn't well and he told her to give him coffee and slap his face, but he was already well dead at this point so what was going on in her mind I don't know. I think she came home and found him dead, he was the love of her life and she idolised him so this probably caused her to go into shock or even have some kind of breakdown perhaps deluding herself he wasn't dead just ill but I can only guess. I certainly don't believe she could have killed him on her own as some people seem to think she did. Whatever happened Ambulance attendants claim there was NO ONE in the flat when they arrived, the door was wide open and Hendrix was dead inside on the bed.

Monica Danneman died of carbon monoxide poisoning in her own Mercedes outside her house in 1996 (the verdict was suicide) after losing a court case with another of Hendrix's girlfriends Kathy Etchingham over claims she made in her book that Etchingham was a liar and stole from Jimi, she was ordered to stop saying it basically, the most comprehensive article I can find on the subject is here.

I'm still doing research as this has disturbed me quite a lot and I have more to write as I get it all straight, I'm also trying to find out why the case by Police was re-opened then apparently dropped in the early 90's, if anyone knows of anything else I can look into surrounding this topic please let me know. My source for most of what is written here is this article.

I also found this intriguing clip on youtube that seems to claim the Mafia and Jeffrey did it for some reason though I can't find the rest of the show or any information about it. I've contacted the person who put it on Youtube but haven't had reply yet. The person who showed it to me said the rest of the show was on there at one point but has now gone. It shows the clip from the film "Rainbow Bridge" (produced by Michael Jeffrey) where Hendrix states he has a dream of "Choking on the grape" and can't "make the choke come up" (at about 1:49, it's not very clear on this clip but if you get the DVD it is what he is saying) which is also quite disturbing and could be seen as Hendrix foreseeing his own death.

Update- The exact quote comes when Hendrix is talking about a dream he has about meeting Cleopatra in a Pyramid he says "The grape chokes me but I can't let the choke come up" (he mimes choking and clutches his throat) and I said that's groovy grape wine cleo"... It comes shortly before the end of the film in the segment of interviews after the concert footage.

16 year old Mexican beaten unconcious by Police because of his hir style

I received this email a couple of days ago from Amnesty bloggers:

Hello all,

I don’t know about you but I’ve definitely had some interesting hairstyles in my time. Those who knew me a few years ago wouldn’t have been surprised to see me with a different hairstyle every other week. I’ve always taken for granted that I could express myself through my hair and never once thought I could be attacked for it.

But it seems as though that’s exactly what’s happened to a 16 year old student and graffiti artist in Mexico. Amnesty International has received reports that José Emiliano Nandayapa Gomez was beaten unconscious by police officers in Chiapas state in southern Mexico and was apparently accused of having a “subversive” hairstyle.

Three police officers are alleged to have kicked and punched 16-year-old Jose, stepped on his back, head and legs. They’re then reported to have said to him “what a lovely subversive haircut you have, here’s your revolution, get the weapons and the drugs out.” They went on to tell him, “if you keep on the same path, you won’t live to tell the tale.”

They then kicked him in the face and he lost consciousness.

Amnesty’s expressed concern about the news of this case. Perhaps more so because we know that just a few months ago a 16-year-old graffiti artist was shot and killed in another part of the same state – San Cristobal de las Casas.

Amnesty is urging its supporters to urge Mexican authorities to guarantee the safety of José and his family. You can click here for more information and to take action.

Thanks Amnesty bloggers

We’ll speak to you again next week.

Eulette

I was shocked when read it though one thing they don't mention is was the kid doing graffiti when they attacked him? Not that it matters as a kick in the face is not an appropriate punishment in my opinion, but it would mean it wasn't just about his hair cut.
People are divided about Graffiti artists some people think that it's all just vandalism and others think it's amazing. Our own Banksy has been paid millions to go and do graffiti inside peoples houses, I notice they call him a "Street Artist" on his website too not "Graffiti". The bottom line is these guys aren't just scrawling "I was ere" then drawing a cock and 2 balls, they are creating something beautiful it's just whether they are doing it in the appropriate place or not.
If this was just over the kids hair cut then it's a terrible thing and the Police in Mexico need some training in human rights is all I can say, if you feel the same then click the link above and take action.

About The Renaissence Festival.

It happened weeks ago now but I'm just getting the links to photo's and a video to share with the, the video is available here at the Isle of wight TV website. I've joined many directories that have come and gone over the years, in fact I recently had to join a new bunch again to improve my page ranking because the ones I had joined a couple of years ago turned belly up.

An easy to use SEO friendly web directory is easy to find over the place now I joined a load (most of them I've linked to in the sidebar) and my page ranking has gone from 0 Google to 2 which isn't so bad in such a short space of time.

Directories are not just for increasing your page rank though they also advertise your business if you have one “Best On The web” has been around over 10 years and is still going so they are worth listing with as they aren't going to go under (hopefully not anyway in this financial crisis). If you are strapped for cash then you could always try a free web directory, you probably won't get as prominent an ad unless you upgrade but it's a start and all back links improve your page ranking in the end so it's still worth it.

Harvested my second lot of peas.

The first lot went into the macaroni cheese recipe I give below before I had a chance to photograph them. Needless to say it is very strong, I tried it after the 7 days the instructions suggested you should leave it after putting the finings and stabiliser in, but it didn't taste that nice so I left it about another 2 weeks and the strange after taste it had has gone.

I was impressed by how clear it had become that's without it being filtered or anything just with the sachet of finings that came with the kit. I'm not going to bother to bottle it we're just drinking it straight from the demijon (well it goes in a jug first) the equipment needed to cork the bottles is a bit pricy and not essential in this situation I don't think.

The kit was from Youngs and is one of the "country definitive" series, they also do elderflower and blackcurrant I think. You get a tin of syrup and three sachets one is the yeast you add when you add the syrup and a bag of sugar to the demijon (make sure it's sterile, I used miltons baby sterilising solution but you can get sterilising tablets especially for wine making) and top it up with water, then you need to use an airlock to keep the vinegar fly out, and it also tells you when fermentation has finished as it stops bubbling (the bubbling is quite hypnotic, I had it in the living room by my heater). Then you put the finings and stabaliser in and shake the bottle at least 6 times in one day and leave it for another 7 days. More detailed instructions come with the kit on the inside of the outer label on the tin (it took me ages to find them) which are very straight forward. You don't really need a hydrometer though just a clean demijon and airlock and a sterile bowl to mix the syrup and sugar together before you put it in the demijon.

Baby Pigeons Growing

The two baby pigeons outside my bathroom window are getting bigger, and their parents don't sit on them so much now so you can see them a bit better.
The gardening is all going fine except for a bit of a problem with black fly on my tomatoes, I'm hoping it won't get so bad I need to use chemicals. If anyone knows of any natural remedies I could use on Black Fly please let me know. On the indoor side of my garden the chilli's are coming along well I can just about see one forming on one of the Satan's kiss plants and the others are growing well and starting to flower.

It's hard to pick up the chilli's that are starting with the camera as it blurs that close up, but where you can see the flowers going brown is where they are growing now. It works from your cats exisiting microchip so you don’t need to make sure your cat is always wearing a collar, a great invention for people who have problems with strange cats coming into their houses and spraying or eating their cats food. I also think it’s clever idea to have it work from the microchip your cat already has internally, as if your cats are anything like mine they find a way to lose collars mysteriously whilst outside and constantly replacing one with a special chip must get pricy. The cat flaps also have improved security since the last model and it’s now impossible for rogue cats to claw it open and gain entry to your house.
They are compatible with lots of different microchips you can check if your cats is by typing in the number on a page of the website, your vet will be able to find out your cats number if you don’t have a record of it.

More Pictures Of The Vegetables, And Possibly The Most Ironic Birds Nest In The UK?

I keep forgetting to take my camera down so I've taken some photo's with my mobile phone today, surprisingly they don't look too bad.

The Tumbling Toms are really bushing out now I'm impressed by how well they are doing, hopefully I'll get a lot of tomatoes from them, there's also a photo of the first fruit I've seen growing below

The peas are flowering nicely with several pods developing (or do you call them fruits I don't know) there's also a close up of one or two of the pods below.

And here are some pictures of possibly the most ironic birds nest in the UK, there's a pair of pigeons nesting on a recently placed pigeon net (designed to keep them out) just outside my bathroom window.

I know they are also known as flying rats and are supposed to spread disease, but it's still heart warming to watch the babies growing. There are two birds taking turns to sit on them, they literally sit right on them the babies, their backs are really flat as if designed for this. I assume the two birds are the mother and father but am not sure, I don't know how pigeon society works.

My Progress With The Vegetables So Far.

I've been so busy with other things I haven't had time to photograph the progress my vegetables are making for my blog until today, and they all look a bit wind swept so it probably wasn't the best one for it. At the front of the bed there are some more of the tumbling tom plants and a chilli plant in containers, the chilli survived from last year where I kept indoors and is now flowering up again so hopefully will produce some more chilli's.

I'm very busy with the arrangements for the renaissance festival this week, I'm going to be doing tarot readings in the enchanted realm so I need to get some practice in as I haven't done it for a while. My costume isn't ready so I may end up making what was meant to be a dress into a skirt and wearing a blouse with it.

Article Review- "Classical myths in medieval and renaissance art"

In preparing for the Isle Of Wight Renaissance Festival I found this article called “Classical Myths in Medieval And Renaissance Art” by Chuck Kay which I’m finding very interesting.
It talks about how Christian and Pagan themes overlapped in Art in the third and fourth centuries, apparently in the cemetery underneath St. Peter's Basilica the Vatican there is a mosaic of Jesus showing the attributes of the sun God Apollo. He’s depicted ascending in the chariot of the sun, with the suns rays and the cross emanating from his head.
Pagan mythological figures also survived through astronomy and astrology apparently with surprising transformations, but nonetheless they are represented in manuscripts on astronomy and and astrology through the Dark ages.
The article goes on to talk about many works of art containing these figures all over the world and discusses how they were used to plot the constellations we still know today which I found fascinating, though the artists who drew them were more interested in the figure they represented than astrological accuracy so they were often inaccurate.
A fascinating article for anyone researching the art and mythology of this period click here to read the full article and browse others in the same category.

Web Hosting Geeks

I’ve just found a Website called “Web Hosting Geeks” that reviews and allows it’s users to rate and review Web Hosting services so people can always find the best one straight away. You can browse the Web Hosts under many different of categories including multiple domain hosting, dedicated server hosting and even Green Web Hosts which have apparently become more popular and common over the past few years.
Some of Web Hosts in this section have started off Green and others have gradually made the switch by introducing more environmentally friendly practices like recycling office waste and using Bio Fuels for heating, eventually they update their data centres so the servers run off alternative energy like Solar wind and geothermal sources, so you can do your bit for the planet even when choosing a web host these days.
The web hosts are ranked by their price and value ratio, reliability, uptime, key features and bonus features, as well as the quality of the customer support, and of course the user feedbacks of real people, they also take into account any web hosting awards they have won. So I highly recommend the site if you are looking for a new web host it’s easy to navigate and has a number of categories for whatever combination of different features you need.

Flu Fashion N95 Masks

There’s a new trend just in time for Swine Flu Season, “Flu Fashion N95 Masks” so no more of those ugly disposable masks for us, apparently they are designed to stop the wearer spreading the flu rather than to prevent them catching it anyway.
They even come in a variety of prints and colours including faux fur and actually contain a respirator mask that really filters out the particles that can give you the flu so they actually offer you real protection without making you look like a member of the cast of some post apocalyptic disaster movie. Apparently it's because my blog isn't active enough you have to do at least at least 3 posts a week over 90 days.
I've been working really hard to improve my blog recently and sometimes there is the odd week where I may not post but that doesn't mean my blog doesn't get visitors, and hey I have a life sometimes I have better things to do than blog for a few days!
I just wanted to know if anyone else is a member and if it's any better than the other paid posting sites anyway? I haven’t spent any money just time and effort, there’s no easy way to do it you just have to put in a bit of work then keep posting regularly to maintain it.
The first thing you need to do is add your blog to as many blog directories as you can, I’ve got a list of them in my sidebar most of them require a link back anyway so it’s best to just add the code when you sign up. Also start a blogroll if you don’t have one already, link to your favourite blogs and ask them for a link back, the more links to your site the better as the search engine spiders pick up on them and it makes your site look more important.
Install a stat counter on your blog and see which posts attract the most visitors from search engines and try to create more posts like them. Your blogs content is key to all of this, if your blog has nothing to offer people won't visit it so post about interesting subjects you like to discuss like your hobbies and interests and current news stories, my most popular posts are the ones I've written about godesses like isis, and posts that contain links to pagan graphic sites. Also use tags as this makes it easier for search engines to index your posts and people to find them.
Waiting for floods of traffic from search engines takes ages though so to bring visitors to your site quickly try joining traffic exchanges, these are sites where you sign up list your site then view other peoples sites in exchange for credits, you then use those credits to get people to view your site return. Blog Explosion is the best blog based traffic exchange, it was having problems with the new owners but they are under control now. The site has several useful features, the main traffic exchange itself and other interesting things like the battle of the blogs section where you can pitch your blog against someone else’s and users vote for which one is the best. They also have the ping my blog feature where you can ping your blog in all the different blog search engines at once from one page when you’ve written a new post which is really useful.
Traffic Swarm is another traffic exchange that works slightly differently to Blog Explosion instead of looking at the sites directly you view a list of links and click on the ones you are interested in to earn credit. I found I didn’t get a lot of actual hits from this site but my Alexa ranking shot up after I listed the blog on there so it is still worth using.
Link referral.com is similar to traffic swarm but you don’t earn credits your link just moves higher up the list the more sites you view. You also move up the list when you review sites you’ve viewed and post in the forums, the reviews don’t have to be long just useful, and your site also get reviewed by other users so you get tips on how to improve your blog for free too.
Using these sites takes a time so you may not be able to do it everyday so just use them when you can but it really does help improve the flow of visitors and attract new readers so it worth it.
These tips will take at least a month to take effect and as I said at the beginning of this post you have to put in some work there’s no easy way to do it. You’re Alexa ranking will go up before the Google page rank increases as apparently Google only assesses page ranks once a month so you have to be patient.

Paying Post

Saw today that my google Page rank has finally risen from zero to two, and my Alexa ranking is slowly improving every couple of days too so the work is paying off.
My Blog has also just been approved for another paid posting site called payingpost.com which allows people to advertise on blogs by paying the author to review their site or product. Great for advertisers as they get back links to their site and create a buzz about their company as blogging becomes more popular. More and more people are reading blogs daily to keep up with the news and consulting them for honest reviews written by real people about what to buy and what’s the best site for what product etc, it really is a powerful place to look for advertising.
And for us Blogger's we deserve to make a little extra money in these hard times after all our hard work attracting visitors and improving our page ranks, and the posts actually attract new visitors to your blog because of the key words you probably otherwise wouldn’t have written. You also get to choose what posts you accept too so you are never forced to write about anything you wouldn’t want to or wouldn’t fit in with the content of your blog.
The sites design is nicer than some of the other paid posting sites I’ve seen and the price of the posts looks reasonable too (I haven’t seen any for less than $10 yet). The site is easy to navigate and automatically only shows posts your blog qualifies for so you don’t waste your time writing a post only for it to be rejected because your blog doesn’t qualify somewhere in the small print (it’s painful when that happens) . If you're Blogger who wants to make some extra cash click here for more information and how to sign up.

Meme - what your name means and what it tells about you (weirdly)

what your name means and what it tells about you (weirdly)

input your name

your name means:

contagous rabbit

will you have a good life or a bad life?

good but you go to hell

your fate:

You will die very sooon. Also because I'm posting quite a bit about gardening now I intend to start a gardening books section and I've also just acquired some home wine making equipment so I will probably post about how that goes and start a section for wine making books too.

Please take a look at the store if you have time and remember you don't just have to buy things form the store you can search the whole of Amazon through it and buy whatever you want.

46%
Created by OnePlusYou - Free Online Dating

My chances of surviving a Zombie apocalypse seem very slim sadly, so lets hope Venus never makes the dead walk again (it was so loopy I never can remember the exact reason they came up with for the dead coming back to life, but it was something to do with Venus anyway).
And we must ensure all rage infected monkeys stay locked firmly in their cages if 28 days later comes true.

My Alexa Ranking Is Slowly Improving

Thanks to everyone who has given me a link on their blogs, though the number of links in since installing my Alexa Widget has been at 31 permanently my Rank is improving so it must be counting them. My Google Page Rank is still at zero hopefully that will follow in rising since the blog has become more active again and I'm listed in a few directories.

I also found out from someone who commented here that the way Alexa Ranks are decided has changed too it's not only down to toolbar users activity on your site so I have some hope at least.

I'll finish by posting this photo of Me and Justin Hawkins with my friend Roger taken when we met him after the Hot Leg Gig I went too at the Wedgewood rooms. He's a really nice bloke he even gave Roger a bottle of water while they were performing because he was sweating at the front and asked for some water, which I found quite touching, as I've seen people passing out from dehydration at gigs and being carried over the barriers and the artist doesn't even blink. In fact we probably would have died of dehydration on the way home if he hadn't given us the water as we had no money at all, we had to beg the people behind us in the que for pennies just to get on the ferry. Then we had to walk 2 miles to the venue me in these stupid stilletto heels you wouldn't belive could be so painful to look at them, then stand for the gig and walk back 2 miles to the ferry terminal. We then found we'd missed the 1am one so had to wait until 3am in the terminal, and when we finally got back we had to walk about 4 miles back from fishbourne to Ryde. So thanks again for the water Justin. :)
