Welcome to the BEER months! As the other eight months wither off the calendar, we, Filipinos, are required to be in festive and in giving mode when the ber months sets in. Why so? If you’re in our country, go take a jeepney ride going to your destination and be greeted by kids and sometimes even aged ones selling their safety and quick take on whatever novelty Christmas tune for your throwaway piso.

See the video below(credit):

It’s that little kid Jesus that inspires the last four months of every year. Christmas starts in September! I’m not much into it until I met my girlfriend, now my wife, who taught me how to feel good and add a smile to a year that’s about to say goodbye.

Happy first of September and an early Christmas to us all! It’s time to be merrier pour on the beer!

As a way to bookmark this artistic spark in me and to not allow it be swirling around my unbrilliant mind and be lost in limbo, I’m writing about it. A rough run of an idea that I think will be good illustrated. I’m thinking of doing it myself but I just don’t have the patience and the “training.” So, I guess I’ll be tagging friends along in this journey for a comic book.

The scheme is to collide two worlds. Though not directly interacting, this two worlds will eventually make sense to each other and what binds them is a tomb. Many, many tombs for this one. This will blur the definition of life and death and the only Nirvana or Heaven is death by murder.

Excited about having this on paper.

It’s all but splice of sweetener and coffee stint.

I love the instant 3-in-1 pack because 10 cups is 45 pesos. Less than any tip I’d give for a good service anytime. Want it “black,” my preference. I want it less sweet-tasting. It should be bitter the actual taste of coffee.

This afternoon, is unlike any other afternoon, the 3-in-1 pack did not do its magic. It felt less and less. I wanted more coffee. More and more. So, I added and extra pack to the mix. Felt sweeter and less coffee-er. It was all sugar to me.

As a way to test if it was in fact more sugar than anything else, I used the “toothache test.” The bigger sets of tooth closer to the edge of my jaw always ached everytime I consume too much sweet.

POSITIVE: It’s all but splice of sweetener and coffee stint.

Are you an instant coffee addict as well? Don’t you tell me your coffee shops are in anyway better because coffee is more expensive than sugar in any trade – to quantify. I’ll try those coffee beans I saw at the grocery in a bit. Until then, staying away from all instant coffee.

I took the risk of driving an unfamiliar vehicle before. It was an experience that I learned the hard way, I had a head on collision right then. I didn’t know how much squeezing I should do to make it stop on time. Ultimately it needed a good brake job done!

If I am to drive a Chevrolet Silverado, I’d have it checked by Dallas auto repair before taking it full speed. Would be much more rewarding to drive slightly above the limit on a beast machine and be able to tame it down anytime.

Learning things the hard way is cool until it becomes a hazard to everyone else. So, everytime you drive, make it a priority to know the machine and make it a useful extension of yourself.

There’s always this wanting of being important to everyone every single time. Being the selfish earth dwellers that we all are our goal is to make it on top. Either it’s inclined to good or bad the intent is still to be up there. To be looked up by everyone displacing the fact of them being with or against what we do or believe in. We love the valleys but we aim for the peak everytime, don’t we?
