		<description>Foxton Beach, 2009: I just wanted to tell him to harden up but he is bigger than me.  I watched all morning as he managed to tame the waves and ride them.  He says riding a wive is just like riding a woman, but I really have my doughts about that.

		<description>In the remotest of remote places in New Zealand you find out the most interesting information like this.  On the 9th of August 1998 an aircraft from the Southern Air fleet had to ditch 1.75kms from the coast.  Some of the passengers never made it.
