I wanted to create a guitar shop on the Internet that could cater for guitar players of all levels, but with particular help for beginners and intermediate players, with clear product descriptions and photographs, easy navigation and no techno babble!

I vowed that customer service would be my top priority, so I can concentrate all of my efforts on you.

We have come a long way in these 4 years, but have always had dedicated mail order facilities and large stocks of all our key products. We also now a have a brand new shop, opened in the Autumn of 2007, giving you the opportunity to visit us and try out our large range of guitars, amplifiers and accessories.

Our 5,500 square foot shop is open 7 days a week. It includes electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, percussion, and high-end boutique showrooms plus a huge range of amplifiers and accessories. We also offer repairs, music lessons (in all instruments as well as voice) in 10 state-of-the-art classrooms, a gratis coffee lounge and a store pug named Truffle.
