We are looking for a creative, ambitious and enthusiastic person to work in our busy photographic department. You will be responsible for producing quality photographs that ensure all marketing features are highlighted to capture the property in the best light possible.


It’s a simple fact that a good photograph can help attract interest and viewings, which in turns reduces the time from listing to sale or let. Therefore your role is pivotal to the sales / lettings process. You will work alongside the Sales or Letting Team to ensure that all new instructions are photographed and uploaded to the web portals, in-house data base and various other marketing tools without delay.



Key duties

• Preparing locations

• Setting up lighting and equipment

• Experiment fresh new ways to present the properties

• Proofing pictures / checking image quality

• Uploading pictures onto web portals

• Drawing property floor plans

• Taking images for promotional material

• Creating property particulars

• Attending morning meetings with the Lettings Department

• Adhering to current guidelines and legislation



Location

Canary Wharf office - Mon- Fri, 9am- 6:30pm

Wanstead office - Mon- Fri, 9am- 6:30pm

Balham office - Mon- Fri, 9am- 6:30pm
