Championship Fighting Alliance made its AXS TV debut as it rode a wave of national media coverage from Fallon Fox and CFA 11. That isn't to say this "historic" fight was the main attraction for fight fans however, as they brought a solid card that delivered. Let's look at how it all went down.

Meet Keith Miner: Set to Become the first amputee to fight inside the Bellator Cage

Ask an MMA fan who Keith Miner is and they will likely shrug their shoulders, explain to them he is an MMA fighter who also happens to be an amputee and they’ll likely mistake him for Nick Newell. Keith Miner is also an amputee turned Mixed Martial Artist who will be fighting on the June 19th Bellator MMA undercard and in doing so will become the first amputee to fight for the promotion.

There was one last weekend, there will be one this weekend, and there will likely be one every weekend for the foreseeable future. As fans, we're all heart-broken when we feel an injustice has been done to a fighter via poor judges decisions. Sometimes we had money on someone we feel was "robbed" or perhaps we just wanted to see our favorite guy advance. If you take pains to be impartial, you might just hate the fact these decisions are a blemish on the sport we all love and a disservice to fighters.

Injury to Renan Barao Puts two fighters on the UFC 161 Bench

Next Month’s UFC 161 suffered a major loss this past weekend when the night’s main event was scratched and replaced by the co-main event. In an attempt to bolster the main card, a heavyweight bout between Roy Nelson and Stipe Miocic was added. The side effects of the resulting turn of events have currently left two fighters on the UFC 161 bench.

Another night and another title on the line as the UFC rolls into Fight City USA with an outstanding UFC 160 fight card. Our main event is a rematch you wouldn't expect, yet one that is hard to argue against, as Cain Velasquez faces Antonio Silva for the second time. Silva was destroyed in their last fight, but a win over Travis Browne and Alistair Overeem paved his way to another chance at a win over Velasquez. The gold at the end of the rainbow just sweetens the pot.

Former Strikeforce Champs wind up on Opposite Ends of the Spectrum

Last night’s UFC on FX was supposed to be the coming out party for the last two Strikeforce middleweight champions. Luke Rockhold and Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza were making their long-awaited UFC debuts in the top two fights on the card. What transpired though were outcomes at the opposite ends of the spectrum, leaving one fighter overjoyed and the other extremely disappointed.
