Well, don’t look to cool down here, because we’ve got some hot picks, including one of our own, 1380 Clark Boulevard.  Admittedly not the most upgraded home, it’s the value choice.  I think it’s one of the best deals for an 1800-plus square foot detached home in Milton.  Plus, the semi on Manley looks REALLY good, and I’d take the other detached home on Clark any day of the week, too.

But they’re both awesome.  The first one is decorated to near perfection.  Might be a little bit high, but I believe the prices are going to swing back up soon for these models.  Home number two has one of the BEST LOTS I’ve ever seen in new Milton.  I’m not kidding.  It’s HUGE.  House isn’t bad either, and a finished basement.  Might be competition for just $439k, but you never know.

Both of them are definitely worth a look.

Here’s my question of the day… what’s with people messing with the magic formula of green apples in the kitchen?  Did I miss the boat? 

Today we see RED apples, and green PEARS.  Did I miss something?

There’s only one true fruit for staging, in my eyes.  And that, my friends, is the beloved green apple.

(By the way, my mother took the time to email me… September 31st apparently does not exist.  Well I plan to celebrate it this year regardless!)

Some nice ones, too.  The one on Collis could be a steal, there are a few that need some cosmetic work, and of course we have a front/back house!

What an awesome day.  And I was joined by some new friends that wanted to see behind the curtain and watch how we shoot these videos.

Remember, something is almost always better than nothing.  Think about the home with the bears on the stairs from a few weeks ago.  You can’t do worse than that.
