			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ya no hay guerras, me refiero a grandes guerras, parece que Osama Bin Laden se tomó un año sabático, por lo tanto, ya no hay nada que pueda desestabilizar los mercados (guerra/terrorismo) y llevar enormes ganancias económicas a los de los &#8220;grandes números&#8221;, que tienen mucho poder económico, pero quieren más.<img class="alignright" title="Crisis + Influenza" src="http://www.miguelpena.com/fotos/crisis.jpg" alt="" width="250" height="400" /></p>
<p>Entonces se inventaron la CRISIS, intentando cargarse a la mayor parte de las empresas para después comprarlas a poco precio, dejar millones de personas en la calle y crear pánico, acordaros de George W. Bush con su movida del 11 de Septiembre, fabricada para crear miedo en sus connacionales y obtener el poder absoluto.</p>
<p>Pero la CRISIS no dió los resultados previstos, entonces se sacaron de la manga la INFLUENZA, desde el primer día, los medios manipulados por la política han transmitido datos distintos cada día, creando sólo confusión y miedo, y en México, &#8220;casualmente&#8221; muy cerca de unas elecciones.</p>
<p>El &#8220;Gobierno&#8221; ordena cerrar restaurantes, escuelas, universidades, antros,  empresas, y todo lo que se puede para generar un clima de CRISIS, o sea, o cierras o te cierro para que quiebres. ¿Cuantas pequeñas empresas van a tener que quebrar sin saber a quién tienen que darle las gracias?</p>
<p>¿Cuánta gente se quedará sin trabajo y pasará a dedicarse a la delicuencia para subsistir?</p>
<p>Y luego hablan sólo de la lucha contra los narcos, como que están &#8220;defendiendo&#8221; nuestras vidas, cuando en el país hay una balacera cada 30 minutos. ¿Quienes son los narcos? Los que &#8220;teóricamente&#8221; luchan contra &#8220;ellos&#8221; ya lo saben, y saben dónde están&#8230;&#8230; ¿entonces? Como dicen en México: &#8220;Puro pedo&#8221;.</p>
<p>Desgraciadamente, en el país del &#8220;<strong>ME VALE</strong>&#8221; todos se buscan la vida a su modo, pero si no son conscientes de lo que pasa, se van a pasar el resto de la vida así. Por mi, si a ellos &#8220;les vale&#8221;, a mí más, pero sería necesario que &#8220;el hombre de la calle&#8221; fuera más consciente del &#8220;utilizo&#8221; que hacen los políticos de sus vidas.</p>
<p>Y a propósito de &#8220;consciencia&#8221;, si recordáis, hace unos meses nos aburrieron con un spot publicitario en TV que decía: &#8220;<strong>Si es 03 renueva - hasta el 30 de Marzo 2009</strong>&#8220;, resultado, <strong>NADIE</strong> hizo caso (<em>me vale</em>), entonces, salieron con otro, que dice: &#8220;<strong>Por LEY, si es 03 puedes votar</strong>&#8220;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;la verdad&#8230;..ésto es penoso, es denigrante para el país, para la sociedad y para la misma &#8220;clase&#8221; política.</p>
<p>Vais a ver, que cuando se han obtenido los resultados previstos, va a desaparecer la CRISIS y hasta la INFLUENZA y nos encontraremos por un rato viviendo en Disneyland, hasta que alguien se invente otra desgracia para controlar las masas.</p>
<p>Yo espero que se arme otra guerra pronto y así nos dejan en paz, ya con éso tienen para mínimo 5 años, si empiezan a tomar el control de la gente con guerra biológica, ya estamos bien jodidos.</p>

<p>2 dientes de ajo</p>
<p>3 tomates maduros</p>
<p>200 gramos de pasta de tipo &#8220;<a title="Bucatini" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucatini" target="_blank">buccatin</a>i&#8221;</p>
<p>1 lata de aceitunas rellenas de anchoa (aconsejada la marca &#8220;Serpis&#8221;)</p>
<p>4 granos de pimienta negra</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Picar dos latas de anchoas en un mortero con el ajo y la pimienta (chile a discreción) , unir el tomate cortado a cuadritos, dejar marinar el conjunto en la nevera por unas dos horas.</p>

<p>Poner a cocer la salsa preparada por 10 minutos, colar la pasta, saltarla con la salsa y las aceitunas por unos 5 minutos y regalar la última lata de anchoas a los platos para servir.</p>
<p>Se puede terminar dándole sabor al plato con una dosis de queso de cabra rallado.</p>

<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Limpiamos el pescado dejandolo entero y lo salpimentamos.</p>
<p>A continuación ptracticaremos unos cortes en el lomo sin atravesar el cuerpo del pescado, donde colocaremos unas rodajas de limón.</p>
<p>En una placa de horno pondremos una base de patatas cortadas tipo &#8220;chips&#8221; y previamente salteadas en una sartén, cortar una cebolla y disponerla sobre las patatas y encima del pescado. Rociar el pescado con un poco de aceite de oliva y el jugo de un limón.<br />
Luego pondremos el pescado al horno a temperatura media.</p>
<p>Mientras el pescado se está cocinando, vamos a hacer una &#8220;<a title="Picada" href="http://www.sabormediterraneo.com/cocina/salsas4.htm" target="_blank"><em>picada</em></a>&#8221; en un mortero, con ajos, perejil, las almendras y un puñado de pan rallado.</p>
<p>Añadir el tomate (mejor si está asado), el vino, pimienta, el pimiento rojo, y la &#8220;<a title="Picada" href="http://www.sabormediterraneo.com/cocina/salsas4.htm" target="_blank"><em>picada</em></a>&#8220;,</p>
<p>En una media hora el pescado estará listo, siempre depende de la medida del pescado.</p>

<p>Hoy os propongo un delicioso platillo para gozar en entremeses y aperitivos.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>1 cebolla o preferiblemente 100 gramos de <a title="Chalote" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chalote" target="_blank">chalotes/escalonia</a></p>
<p>100 gramos de atún en aceite de oliva</p>
<p>2 anchoas en aceite de oliva</p>

<p>40 gramos de mantequilla</p>
<p>3 cucharadas de harina</p>
<p>2 cucharadas de perejil picado</p>
<p>1/2 litro de leche</p>
<p>1 guindilla/chile de árbol</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Vamos a picar finamente la cebolla o los chalotes, y dorarlos/cristalizarlos con la mantequilla y unas gotas de aceite de oliva (para que no se queme la mantequilla), añadir las anchoas aplastadas con un tenedor, mezclar por unos 3 minutos.</p>
<p>Vamos a mezclar los huevos, el atún desmenuzado, el sofrito que hemos preparado anteriormente, la guindilla a pedacidos, y el perejil.</p>
<p>Una vez amalgamado todo, vamos a engrasar un recipiente con mantequilla para ponerlo en el horno, disponiendo toda la mezcla uniformemente y cocinando a 180 grados por unos 45 minutos.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas:</strong></p>
<p>-250 Gramos de atún en aceite de oliva<img class="alignright" title="Feliz Navidad" src="http://www.miguelpena.com/fotos/santa.jpg" alt="" width="196" height="300" /><br />
- 4 Anchoas saladas<br />
- 2 huevos<br />
- 30 gramos de perejil<br />
- 4 Cucharadas de pan rallado<br />
- Sal y pimienta<br />
<strong><br />
Para la salsa:</strong></p>
<p>- 2 Anchoas saladas<br />
- 1 Cucharada de alcaparras en salmorejo<br />
- 2 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br />
- 1 Cucharada de vinagre</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Exprimir el atún para que salga todo el aceite, y desmenuzarlo con un tenedor.<br />
Desalar las anchoas en agua corriente y cortarlas a pedacitos.<br />
Cortar finamente el perejil, y unir al atún y a las anchoas mezclando suavemente.<br />
Incorporar al conjunto el pan rallado y los huevos, salar y pimentar mezclando continuamente.<br />
Ahora podemos envolver el compuesto en un paño de cocina atando los extremos con hilo de cocina, o con papel aluminio dándole la forma de un rollo (chorizo).<br />
Se dispone una cacerola con agua fría y se introduce el &#8220;rollo&#8221;, calculando 20 minutos desde el inicio de la ebullición, luego se quita el paño o el aluminio y se deja enfriar.<br />
Ahora vamos a preparar la salsa, en un &#8220;bowl&#8221; metemos las alcaparras picadas, las anchoas picadas, el vinagre, el aceite y mezclamos vigorosamente para crear una pasta.<br />
Una vez enfriado el rollo, se corta a rodajas finas y se sirve con la salsa a parte, adornando con hojas de perejil y rodajas de limón.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Aqui estoy otra vez, poco a poco vuelvo a ser &#8220;activo&#8221;, resulta que a mi espíritu no le gustan los perros, pero hace unos meses un maravilloso pastor alemán, llamado &#8220;<a title="Thor" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thor_(mitolog%C3%ADa)" target="_blank">Thor</a>&#8220;, fué muy amable conmigo el primer día que nos encontramos, me dió hasta su patita para saludarme (<em>es muy educado</em>), le agarré cariño, y ahora le dedico ésta receta que me preparé ayer en un &#8220;momento&#8221; de creatividad gastronómica .</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>100 gramos de hongos &#8220;<a title="Shitake" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shitake" target="_blank">shitake</a>&#8220;</p>
<p>100 gramos de <a title="Jamón Serrano" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jam%C3%B3n_serrano" target="_blank">jamón serrano</a></p>
<p>1 Kg de tomates en lata del tipo italiano llamado &#8220;guaje&#8221; en México.</p>

<p>2 cucharadas de salsa Shezuan (Salsa china picante)</p>
<p>2 Guindillas (chiles de árbol en México)</p>
<p>50 gramos de mantequilla</p>
<p>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva</p>
<p>1 cebolla morada</p>
<p>2 dientes de ajo</p>
<p>500 gramos de pasta italiana del tipo &#8220;<a title="Bucatini" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucatini" target="_blank">bucatini</a>&#8220;</p>
<p>1 vaso de vino blanco</p>
<p><strong>Preparación</strong></p>
<p>Primero de todo vamos a poner a remojar en agua caliente los hongos &#8220;shitake&#8221; (normalmente se venden deshidratados) una hora antes de empezar , luego vamos a picar finamente la cebolla y los dientes de ajo, los rehogamos con la mantequilla y el aceite de oliva, cuando ya está la cebolla cristalizada, añadimos el jamón serrano y dejamos dorar sin quemarlo, escurrimos los hongos guardando el líquido que nos servirá después. Salteamos el conjunto y añadimos el vaso de vino, dejamos evaporar y le añadimos los tomates, la salsa Shezuan y los chiles, bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocinar lentamente, cuando se empiezan a amalgamar los componentes, le añadimos el líquido de los hongos y llevamos a ebullición, después dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por unos 15 minutos.</p>
<p>Mientras estámos haciendo la salsa, estaremos <a title="Como cocinar la pasta" href="http://www.miguelpena.com/2006/08/24/cocinando-la-pasta/" target="_blank">cocinando la pasta</a>.</p>
<p>Una vez completada la cocción de la salsa, vamos a verter la pasta en la misma cazuela y la salteamos (2 minutos) para que se amalgame todo y la salsa penetre en el interior de los &#8220;bucatini&#8221;, lo cual hace que la pasta sea más sabrosa, rellena de nuestra maravillosa salsa.</p>
<p>Al servir es aconsejable darle una &#8220;rociada&#8221; de queso parmesano.</p>
<p>Aconsejo un buen <a title="Cabernet Sauvignon" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabernet_sauvignon" target="_blank">cabernet sauvignon </a>para acompañar ésta delicia.</p>
