&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;1. Misture o chocolate em pó com a água quente e reserve.

2. Peneire a farinha com o fermento e o sal e reserve.

3. Na batedeira, bata a manteiga com o açúcar até obter um creme leve.

4. Junte os ovos um a um, batendo bem após cada adição.

5. Acrescente a essência e a mistura de chocolate em pó reservada e mexa até obter uma mistura homogênea.

6. Sem bater, acrescente a mistura de farinha reservada, em duas partes, alternando com o iogurte, mexa até ficar homogêneo.

7. Distribua a massa nas forminhas descartáveis apoiadas em moldes para muffin, preenchendo cerca de 3/4 da capacidade.

8. Asse no forno pré aquecido, até o ponto em que o palito saia limpo quando furar.

9. Desenforme enquanto ainda estiverem mornos e reserve até esfriarem.&lt;/span&gt;

3. Despeje em fio sobre as claras em neve, com a batedeira ligada, e continue batendo até esfriar.

4. Coloque o merengue em um saco de confeitar com o bico pitanga e decore.

5. Sirva em seguida.

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1. Deixe o charque de molho na água de um dia para o outro, depois escalde com água fervente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
