You have to be a highly qualified employee to get your dream job because there are so many other as qualified and even more educated, more qualified then you. You have to have something extra ordinary skills or talent. Ok, maybe you have -consider your self a lucky one then. Concratulation. You really are part of minority.

What comes to your salary -have you get some raise in your salary? I guess so...How about your pension care? Are you aware what REALLY is happening to your future when you will retire? Maybe you will not get a dime because your governement need it to balance your country´s debt... We are living rapidly changing time now both offline and online. It feels like sitting on the gun powder barrel that can explode anytime.

Thanks to world wide economy crisis employers have a Great reason to fire people. Some of them have to and are almost forced to do so but many of those fire their people because they WANT TO. and recession is a perfect excuse.

Companies just can not afford to keep you there. They are moving to countries where taxes are not obstacles for their business and work force is much more inexpensive. There is also plenty of room for their slavery concentration camps. A lot of more possibilities to increase their business means; a giant employee base to choose from and of course less tight rules how to get rid of unuseful employees. Mutimillion companies´ dream environment! How you fit there?

For companies people are like disposable batteries. When you have ran out of your battery power, then you are junk. Not to mention if the battery is old model one and is already leaking...

Major part of the companies just don´t care any more. No news at all. But moving from some country to another country does not mean only international movement but also locall business. Like, say health care industry, even emergency call centers will be transported to some other region nationally. It is all about taxes! How much you are willing to move some distant region? Follow or get fired. Simple!

Still we all have our loans, mortgages, debts , bills and of course daily living is expensive. How well you have prepared if s...t happens? You can be sure that your bank will have no mercy at all if you are threatening their business by any mean. How have you secured your own future?

I am lucky and I am 100% sure I will get my pension and I have my residual income. Thanks to pay- and compensation plan. I have no single worries about tomorrow because I have worked hard now, I have done my part after 5 years max. and I can easily retire then. Not bad I am able to say good bye to work and enjoy my pension at the age of 42. If I want to. But I am sure I will continue working because I can also choose when I work and with whom.

If I will stop working I will get my pay check because the company I am in is taking care of their people. My family is not in danger zone. I ENJOY MY LIFE! I ENJOY MY WORK MATES, I ALMOST WORSHIP MY BOSS! Still I am perfectly sane and I know where I am in.

Things to avoid in web regarding "Get Rich in a Day" and other!

Here is some information how to save your precious money in web!

1. You receive an email telling you "It is FREE, F*REE..." Most likely it is not! Why they give it you as free? Because they can make you read their spam email. In many cases there are some scam program(s) on the background even this "free" service is free.

2. If marketing letter is over 1 page long, you can be quite sure that on the last page there is some catch included. It is most likely not free. Read carefully terms and conditions before signing up!

3. Hype behind some AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!! Don´t even open up that page in your email box because there is probably some sneaky video and those are pretty good ones to hook you up. It is their one of the best tools they hook up people to join their program.

4. If there is recruit, recruit, recruit. Do not join. You will be left cold and alone in most cases. Your work will not be paid as you deserve. "It is a numbers game" and people are taking you as a number they are all after quick profit. Don´t believe their "I want to get to know you" because they are only after getting inside your friend list! Those people have no clue how social networking is done and they are just lazy.

5. Email asking you to join NOW! Don´t join because then you are in recruting some cold prospects and soon taken as a burden. 95% of the people don´t like to be pushed and forced. Wonder how they don´t like that...

6. If there is some MIGHTY HYPE before any public launch -pre launch and some well dressed gentleman is talking about how BIG this is going to be and "never seen before" It is only some pay for use service which has tools for user to create videos, blogs, own backend system etc. In other words: just an another site to use for recruiting other people! Run, run, run.

7. If you will how ever join. Keep in mind to: Be sure how much they charge you for generating your check. How you can get rid of this service if you want to quict, what is your actual profit per 1 new customer, how many customers you have to get in order to get even 5 USD. This could be even 5000 under your line.

8. Some nigerian male/female contact you in order to invest some money and this person tells you that he/she has had a very rough childhood/ even better will ask you some money imediatelly and he/she promises to pay it back. This person´s email address is .yahoo STAY AWAY! It is a scam.

9. Google name first! If it is about ebook sales search that from Amazon and ebay. You will most likely get it there cheaper. My advice don´t buy any ebooks regarding some "Highly important or top confidential information you should know" -crap.

10. If the Terms & Conditions is long as your shopping list then stay away. Make sure not to sign up any suspicious ebook even it is free. You will be asked to buy some more detailed book later.

Our MLM is A real deal but there are so many dirty players on the market among the MLM industry as well. Feel free to ask me why we are different!

MLM:

What sort of compensation plan this company has. When you will retired are you out etc.

How experienced is executive staff. Don´t join any startups

How long this company has been in business. 5 years minimum. If there is some Venture capital in the background, not to mention private investor be sure they are expecting at least triple their ivestment! So there is a lot of work also for you.

How effective is their pay plan. Be sure to chack it out if you will be left out and some one down on your line is more effective then you.

Is it good time for this kind of MLM now

Want to know even more specific: request their business plan. If this company will send you their investement press or executive summary be aware. THEY MOST LIKELY DON´ T HAVE THEIR BUSINESS PLAN READY YET!. In that case they are new comers and probably starting their business.

Make sure your gagage will not soon be stacked up with all kind of lotions and healthy pills and you have been left alone marketing your goodies. MLM is about people and helping each others.

Learn at least 1 new thing in a day

That is a great filosofy because if you do so and you learn something valuable...You can then become a helping hand for many people. How about learning at least two or more new things in one day. hmm.let´s make a short calculation: 356x712= 253472 Think about that. And if you focus on creating business area...You will become a genius! Read books, I don´t mean buy ebooks! Newspapers and set that "1 new thing in a day" and use it for other peoples good.
Ok that is great if you can do it. How you could learn then? By networking, networking and networking in as many social medias as possible. You will quickly create a win & win situation with your online friends and that is value. It is fun and you will learn!

You don´t have enough time? Sure you have if you arrange it. It is simply matter of priorisising your day. Beside you don´t have to answer to every one of your friends imediatelly but in portions. Take no stress! Keep it fun.

I could easily write a book about my experiences in social network and sell it as a ebook. Yeah right, I will never let my friends down! You will the the most stupiest person in whole world if you´ll do that! Never sell your friends. Instead teach and advice them be their quide and create personal level trust. You will then easily pick those 2 new things every day.

What I have found to be fun and supportive is to connect certain people with each other. Maybe you should try that too.

Is your MLM pay plan ok?

With a cunning compensation plan and sneaky pay plan -you are doomed to FAIL! Be affiliate partner as long as you want and recruit as many as you can but you work for someone else. If you are looking for true success in your MLM or Network Marketing Business You will need to understand some basics about human beings..Remember Network Marketing Is not a sales business..but a relationship business. Yellow: open and indirect
If the person does NOT consistently demonstrate more concern for others than for themselves, they are not Yellow. OK. Here’s what I know about you. You are an amazing person. All your friends think you are the greatest listener they’ve ever known. You are dependable. You’re very patient. And you are nurturing. You love people, and you’re a team player. You have some outstanding strengths.There are some problems you need to work on. You’re oversensitive. You take things personally. You always conform. You’ll buy other people’s excuses. And You don’t ever set goals. You’re not goal-oriented.

Blue: open and direct If the person is NOT a social animal, craving almost constant contact with people, they are not Blue. This person walks up, and you see flamboyant facial expressions, hand movements, body movements, arms moving, maybe a Hawaiian shirt. Something bright & flashy – jewelry, gold, a diamond ring, gold necklace. Anything flashy, a lot of movement, excited, excited, excited. “OK. The reason you are so successful in life and in business is that you are an excellent promoter. You’re energetic, enthusiastic, motivating, convincing. You always see the big picture. You’re the life of the party, and You’re one of the most creative people on the planet. You can create it, but you can’t build it. Your problem is, you are unorganized. You’re scattered. You’ve never balanced a checkbook in your life.

Green: self-contained and indirect If the person is NOT analytical, always wanting more and more information about whatever it is they’re interested in, they are not Green. “If I was to be coaching you, I’d start working on Your weaknesses. Your weaknesses are that you overanalyze everything. You’ve lost a ton of money because of your inability to make a decision. You’ll sit there and think about it, think about it, analyze it, wonder why you shouldn’t do it, why the glass is halfempty. “You have a problem with depression – you easily get depressed. You have a problem with loneliness. And you’re very pessimistic “But it’s amazing how many strengths You have. You’re one of the most organized people. You are an amazing planner. You’re a dependable problem solver. aretask persistent. You are amazing on follow through. And everything you do is accurateBut the problem you’ve struggled with your whole life is being pessimistic about everything. You have no belief that You will ever be a huge success in life. You’re always looking at why it’s not going to work. You think, ‘It’ll work for everybody else, but it’s not going to work for me.’ “You use a lot of words like try, maybe, could, possibly, we’ll see. The words you speak are critical, because you speak Your reality into existence. When you say negative things, you are actually putting those things into Your life. That’s exactly what you do. And that’s why You’re so unhappy.”

Red: self-contained and direct If the person does NOT consistently talk about themselves and their achievements, then they are not Red. This section is purely hypothetical, because Red would NEVER ask anyone to mentor them. And if you try, they won’t pay any attention to you … because they are Red. “It’s my way or the highway!” So most Reds are not open to any coaching, even one little bit. Only when life has totally knocked them for a loop, then they may open up a bit to coaching.Let’s say you’re dealing with THAT person. Here’s what you say: “You have great strengths. You are an amazing producer. You are the best negotiator. You have energy to burn. You are a risk taker, a leader. You have confidence. You take action. And You’re independent. You’ll just take right off and start doing it. But there are problems, too. The first thing you need help with is your ego. You think you’re perfect. You think you’re always right. You think you’re the only one with an idea. But you’re not. You are domineering. You are short-tempered. And the biggest problem you have is, You are just unteachable. The only time you can ever learn from anyone else is when you’ve had your butt kicked, when you’re down on the ground, down on your knees, and you reach up your hand. When you finally get there, THEN You are coachable.
