After a Mexican, Mario Molina winner of the Nobel Prize of chemistry in 1995, more people noticed the climate change around the world by letting know people of the ozone layer depletion caused mainly by CFCs.

The main reason that caused the depletion of the One of the main reason of the depletion is because the improper disposal of old refrigerators and the extensive use of CFCs found in sprays. People disposes of them without proper ways, because they are not interested, they don’t know or they think it’s easier throwing them away causing a “small” damage to the environment that it will later repair quickly by itself. The best way is informing people of the damage caused by CFCs and where they can dispose them; there even is a discount of exchanging an old refrigerator for a $100 dollars coupon used to buy a new refrigerator that will be CFC free and energy efficient. And in the USA, it’s the law because you will get that coupon to pay it for law infringement. :D

When I arrived to give the presentation this August 26 I noticed that the presentation before me did not have any light on, projector nor the speakers. decided to go with the person that takes care of it and he told me that the presentation was going to be canceled and it was going to be changed for Wednesday September 2 because there was no electricity in any of the campuses because they were putting electricity in the Medicine campus, even the next day when I arrived school some classes were canceled.

Cuando llegue para dar la presentación este 26 de Agosto me trajo la atención de que una presentación anterior a la mía no tenían iluminación como el cañón y las bocinas. Fui con la persona encargada y me dijo que se cancelaba la presentación que se iba a cancelar y se cambiaba para el miércoles 2 de Septiembre por que se había ido la luz en todas las facultades por que estaban poninendo electricidad en el campus de medicina, incluso el siguiente día no había luz cuando llegue a clases y algunas clases se cancelaron.

I just received my goodies directly from Norway, in around less than 2 weeks and then paying taxes because the package was valued more than $20 dollars, so I needed to pay around $12 dollars, so they could liberate it from Mexico city and send it to my city.

Acabo de recibir los regalos para la presentación directamente de noruega, en menos de dos semanas luego teniendo que pagar impuestos por que estaban valuados mas de $20 dolares, entonces tuve que pagar cerca de $12 dolares, para que los pudieran liberar de la ciudad de México y enviarlos a mi ciudad.

Xpo Joven 2009 Chihuahua

Exactly one week ago, there was the Xpo Joven 2009 in Chihuahua that has been done since 5 years. In Xpo Joven there are a lot of conferences during to days that are directed toward young people. This year as it is always said, was the year that most people have gone to the expo and the first time I assist. During the expo, men were outnumbered like 6:1 by women, really young women like 15 years old average but during the second day it was like 12:1. Why? Because the first day an an actress called Maite Perroni (member of RBD) went so you know young people with their hormones... And the next day the actor William Levy and you know the crazy little women how they get when they see alive their handsome man....

The first day was a normal day, of course when you get to share your day with a bunch of young people with a lot of hormones. Nothing special until a no scheduled conferee arrived from Nuevo Leon, he is called Hector and is a cancer terminal patient that gives conferences on how to live your life and he really touched the small audience in that moment.

And during the second day I had never heard and I wouldn't believe that women would scream and say a lot of dirty and not so dirty things to a man, of course when they saw William Levy, and why not with me :( After hanging up all day there was an closing act, Kalimba's concert. It was supposed to be on the a Toreo's place but it was in the same place of the conferences due that it was kinda cold. He is really a good singer but it as a bad place to sing.

Exactamente hace una semana se realizo Xpo Joven 2009 que se viene realizando desde hace 5 años en Chihuahua. En Xpo Joven se realizan varias conferencias durante dos las cuales están dirigidas hacia gente joven. Este año, como siempre dicen, fue el año en que ha ido mas gente a la expo y la primera vez que voy. Durante la expo, los hombres fueron menores que las mujeres algo así como 6:1, siendo las mujeres de un promedio de 15 años. En el segundo día estuvo como 12 mujeres a un hombre (12:1). ¿Por qué? Por que Maite Perroni (miembro de RBD), una actriz muy conocida fue a dar una conferencia, y ustedes ya conocen a la gente que joven y con muchas hormonas... y al siguiente días, el actor William Levy y ya sabrán por que eran mas mujeres que hombres...

El primer día fue un día normal si toman en cuneta que estaban un chorro de jovencitas con muchas hormonas. No hubo nada especial hasta que un conferencista llamado Hector dio una conferencia del como vivir ya que el es un paciente de cáncer terminal. Esa conferencia en verdad toco los corazones de los pocos que se quedaron a esa conferencia.

Y durante el segundo día nunca había escuchado algo así y si me dicen ni les creo, cuando las mujeres gritaban y decían cosas sucias y no tan sucias a William Levy, me pregunto por que no le hicieron así conmigo :( Después de aguantar todo el día, para cerrar con broche de oro hubo el concierto de Kalimba. Se suponía que iba a ser en una plaza de toros pero por que estaba haciendo un poco de frío lo cambiaron a una de las salas de conferencias. Aunque el es un buen cantante, no le ayudo dar el concierto ahí por que se escuchaba bien feo.

Crapmail (Chafamail), sorry, Hotmail

I have noticed that many people don't know that they have the power to choose an email provider without using it because “every has it”. During some time I used Hotmail, but it is very annoying, y closed down suddenly, and it was very slow (they have fixed the last thing now). But yeah, the most annoying thing was the commercials that it has, when you open your email, is the first thing you see, the MSN network, then when you send an email it has a lot of Micro$oft crap in the bottom of the message, and good thing is that they removed the commercial banner at the top of the page that substracted a lot of visibility on the screen. Better use gmail or gmx, they are way betterservice providers without commericals, very intuitive and fast.

Something I see when I get the chain of mails is that many of the email accounts are from Hotmail and derivatives (live.com, msn.com) Why? Because most of the people in Mexico know only the MSN Messenger, I don't believe they know ICQ, AIM, Jabber and other to be named. So, they want to chat and they make a hotmail account because they think is the only way they can chat over the MSN network, but that is not the only way. Like one time a classmate and me were discussing that you cannot use a not MSN account while I was chatting with him with my gmail account...

He notado que mucha gente no sabe que tiene de poder de elegir un correo electrónico que provea de gran servicio sin usarlo por que “los demás lo usan”. Un tiempo use Hotmail, pero es muy molesto, se cuelga mucho, y muy lento (que eso ultimo han arreglado). Pero eso si lo mas molesto de todo es con los muchísimos comerciales que tiene, abres la bandeja y lo primero que vez son comerciales de la red MSN, luego cuando mandas un mensaje, se llena de cochinero en la parte baja del mensaje y lo bueno que quitaron era el comercialote en la parte superior que bloqueaba mucha de la visibilidad de la pantalla. Mejor que usen gmail o gmx que son mucho mejores servicios de correo sin comerciales y muy rápidos e intuitivos.

Algo que vi cuando me envían las molestas cadenas es que la gran cantidad de cuentas estaban en hotmail y derivados (live.com, msn.com), ¿por que? Por que la única red que conoce la gente en México es la de MSN Messenger, no creo ni que conozcan la de ICQ, AIM, Jabber, u otros por nombrar. Así que para chatear hacen una cuenta en Hotmail por que dizque no pueden chatear en el MSN a menos de que sea Hotmail... Pero no es así, y en veces me han dicho así en pleno chat conmigo cuando yo tengo una cuenta gmail...

Lazy Willy / Willy huevas

A few weeks ago, it was a very hot day, too hot for winter, and everyone felt sleepy, and we got to do many chores, but someone of my family went too the patio and noticed our cat, Willy, just sleeping very soundly.

One thing I don't understand of people is that they don't like what they are, and I'm not religious nor I'm telling any religion but I think we were created the way we are because of a reason, but some people are not satisfied how they were created.

Something I found curious is that some Caucasian Americans want to be Mestizos looking, aka brown people. The way they do it is by putting exaggerated amounts of tanning lotion or spending all day under the sun or tanning beds, that it will probably lead them to skin cancer because they are very propense to it because of the skin tone.

And with the Mestizos, or Hispanic people, whatever way you want to say it, they want to be white skin tone. Some people do it using clearing skin tones creams like the one called White Secret.

Just an example, not a girl that wants whitening

This is one thing people are not OK with it, there are other like hair, body complexion voice, intellect, etc. But well.

Disque difrente como todos los demas

Como solía decir mi profesor de programación,

“Como les dice su mamí, que Eres diferente como todos los demás”

Y ya verán como hacia enojar y reír a algunos de mis compañeros.

He visto como muchos chavos/as se esfuerzan en ser diferentes como cuando escriben en su metroflog o en su “messenger” y tratan de ser diferentes, al igual como en cada época de la historia, ha habido gente que se vuelve diferente, se pone eso de moda y ahora “todos son diferentes como todos los demás”. Tanto se esfuerzan en verse diferente para verse igual que los otros.
Mejor a esforzarse en ser diferente al echarle ganas en la escuela o trabajo como ninguno lo hace, y cuando digo ninguno es que en verdad nadie le hecha ganas, mientras saquen lo mínimo de calificación o hagan lo mínimo requerido en el trabajo con eso ya esta, ya no hace nada mucha gente.

During this year, I have been studying at the University and it has been kind of hard because of the transition from the USA to Mexico back again, having the physics class the hardest class but the most unjust being Algebra because of my lazy teacher.

During the “semester” of classes (being around 3 and a half month of classes and 2 months of vacations), the teacher taught us like 2 months or 2 and a half moths, in addition to that, he never compensated us with the homeworks nor with the exams, he did not count us the homeworks and some of my classmates and friends got lower test scores in the grades of the units for example 2.7 instead of 6.0, lowering very low his/her grade.

During the 3rd unit, the teacher promised us that he would count when he did not assist to teach us (and also to other group) to not affect us in the subjects we did not cover, because of his personal matters.

And it happened again.

He did not count many of the homeworks of many students, assigned wrong test grades to students and he was going something that would put him in the verge of being fired, not turning on the grades on the required day; he was going to do it 4 days later and everyone would have 0.0 in that unit and everyone would have failed.

Many people failed and they are looking what the can do with him, even me that passed the class with a good grade but I find it unjust.
