My Deepest Apology For Being Absent Lately

As the title has said, i'm truly sorry that i haven't updated anything on this blog aswell with this blogs's layout. I'm trying my best to fix this blog's layout. I know that i have to do something with it, and while i'm trying to do it, i got neck strain! I barely to do anything, it's so hard to walk, sit, or even sleep. Fortunately, it's geting better. in the past few days i tried to catch up with all of my friends; visting the sites and/ reading it via rss, dropping the EC card.

Today is 9th April, it's the election day in my country. I hope i can vote and then finish the homework as soon as possible, hope my neck won't disturb it like in the last few days ago.

At first i'd like to include this one to my previous article : Entrecard and RSS : My New Hobby but i feared that i may broke the entrecard's TOS ( i have a disease called, "too-lazy-to-read-TOS", LOL ) but i've sent feedback to them but honestly, i don't think i broke it, as i don't and won't sell it, i just giving it for FREE! Yep, you read it right, free! you don't have to do anything, all you have to do is just let me know you want it.

Entrecard and RSS : My New Hobby

First thing first, i know it's too late for me for joining entrecard or reading posts via RSS. But there's always a beginning for everything right? :) It's been a while since i'm doing any blogwalking, means jumping from one blog to another. I've been 'kinda busy' lately, finding the right layout, updating the post, attending classes, my english course, and i forgot one joy that made me started blogging: reading others blogs. But i do visit my blogger guru and my friends. And even i didn't left comment there, it's not because i set my pride too high or other craps about getting my head high, it's simply because i don't have enough free time anymore, too much things to keep up.

Entrecard

I've seen many blogs displayed the widget in their blog. I never know it what it is. Some said it can increase our site's traffic. And when i checked my old files in my laptop, i saw there's an ebook about it, "entrecard's starter guide" ( err..dunno if i typed the ebook's name correctly, lol ) and then i went to the entrecard's sites and surprise..! i already have an acc there! i can't remember when i created it, lol. After several settings, i put the widgets on my blog. But things aren't run smooth for me, it's always said if their widget scanner can't find the entrecard's widget in my blog!? i sent feedback to them, and luckyly it's been fixed now.

I started exploring it, not too deep for sure, just the skin of it. I went advertising, finding blogs on different topic. Then i feel excited! i jump from one blog, dropped their card and move to the others blog. It's like blogwalking from one shoutbox to another, only better! It's a great way for saying 'hello' + give them my love :) . I landed on different blog's niche and even i'm not always left comment on each blog, i dropped their card and enjoy my stayed there. And one way to catch up with them is by subscribing to their..

Yes, i've created one post about it: What is RSS, Subscribe, etc? and How is That Benefit Me? It's a 'silly' how-to article. Why? because it's made by me!an out-of-date man, and without a doubt is a newbie in everything on the web. I'm being honest here, hope you guys don't mind :) . I think it's a good place to keep up with all good content from the web ( including my friend's updates of course ) in one place. So when my online time is tight, i can still keep my eye with the good stuffs. I'm using Google Reader, as i'd like ( and try ) to keep all my online activities in one account. I'm a forgotfull person, that's why i try to keep it that way.

What Will I Do Next?

A little layout tweak: 2 column header, 3 column post body, and footer ( is it good?? ), adding social bookmarking button, subscribe box, installing twitter updates widget along with posting about related post with thumbnail picture on it, sites/blog that inspired me so much on blogging, etc, but the most important thing to is to reorganize myself!

Plenty homework to do, hope i can finish it one by one as today my family ( my big family to be exact ) are planning on spending weekends together, but i decided to not joining them as i'm about to 'guard' my house because i feel my maid is worrying me ( and my mom ) for bringing his boyfriend into the house! lol

Yesterday, while i'm checking my mail, i buzzed by someone, ( i called it 'someone', cause i don't know it personally ) We have a little chat about this, that, and he introduce himself as an web expert ( more and less, something like that )

And suddenly then he asked me wether i have a webblog or not.
I said to him, "yes, i got one"
then he replied, "would you want me to do the seo service for you?"
i replied "sure, but i don't have any money"
he replied "no problem friend, i'll do it for free, in return would you mind put my liks in your blog?"

I cutted the conversation, the point is i agree to put his links in return of his kindness.

Well, i don't have any reason to reject someone's request as long it's said politely.

My Blog's Issue On Gooole Webmaster Tool

As a newbie in everything related to blogging and web world, i started using Google Webmaster Tool, -to be honest, i dunno why , i'm just following others step- And when i checked my blog's report, i got issues on it. They are :

"Duplicate Meta Content Description" ( 6 ),

"Short Meta Description" ( 4 ),

"URL's restricted by robots.txt" ( 8 )

Then i got questions in my head, "what are they?", "how they showed up?", "is it bad?", "how to fix them?"

From googling, ( i think ) i've found the answer for the first two issues,

It is by reading this article by cranked.me.

As usual, i won't repost anything as the site's owner has given the tutorial nice and easy to follow.

..the problem is in the comment section, i've modified the code as per instruction given
..the problem is the archive widget, i've changed it to flat list mode
..the problem is the "recent comment" widget, i've removed it, T_T ( i'll be loking for other widget rather than using the feed )

and i'm still waiting for about two weeks from now before i can see the result ( i'll update this post )

i'm curious, is the problem has the corelation with the meta tag description in my blog?

Those meta tag said to be the basic SEO we can do in our blogger blog, but to be honest, i don't really understand it, i can't decide my meta tag description 'correctly' as i don't write any specific topic/niche. Hooray.. my blog now has the label cloud in it! Until few days ago, i'm still using the old blogger's label list, which i don't really like it looks. Now i hope my beloved readers can easily navigate through this dummy blog and find something usefull to read [ i just have few articles so far but hopefully i can lengthen it and improve it's quality soon :) ] This label/tag cloud is sooo easy to install, even for a dummy like me, Wanna know how?

1. Go to TagCloud-Generator.com

Done! the websites is easy to understand, you won't get lost there.

It got 4 step :

1. "Add your tags"
..this is where you add/setup the tags you'd like to use
2. "Parameterise your Tag Cloud"
..personalized the tag you just created
3. "Your tag cloud view "
..you can preview any changes you made in this section
4. "HTML Code for your Website"
..grab the code here

But! i'd like to take some notes based on my experience. So, let's continue the steps :)

2. Choose from the two options available

..automatically or manually insert our blog's tag

*i prefer to add it manually because if i choose 'automatically' it will have some random words that i may used frequently but have no real relation with the content in my blog ( like "my", "3 comments", etc )

I gave the tag name one by one based on my blog's label. You can know it by looking from your label widget

Finished? after you pressed "get tags" , wait for a minute, it's being proceded.

*You can always give the tag name whatever you like. If you like to put the tag "Obama" .for an example, even if you don't have "Obama" under you blog's label/category, just name it and give the url to your post which mentioned Obama in it.

3. Personalized it!

Now it's time to make it your own

Background Color,
..match it with your sidebar's color ( *i used white ) or if you like, you can experiment with it, it's your choice :)
Link Color,
..decide what color you'd like to use in the produced links ( i'm an old school man, so i prefer using 'basic' color; grey and black ) moreover -i thought- it'll match my templates' color.
Link decoration,
..want the links decorated with/without underline/dashes?
Output size,
..you can't oversize the width with your sidebar. You can check your sidebar's width using pixelruler.
Padding,
..space between each Tags
Font Type,
..what is your favorite font?
Font size,
..the minimal and maximal font size of your tag will be
Paragraph,
..align left?align right? or in the center? *i chosed center

4. Preview it
See if everythings just fine. You can always change the parameters you've made, before...

5. Grab the code
This is the tricky one! You should be carefull with the 'alien' link! meaning there is a link that isn't from your blog. But don't worry, simply copy-paste the code to your text editor and simply delete the alien ( well, you should aware with your own link ) that's why i prefer to add the tags manually 'cause i have a full knowledge/control of it.

6. Add it to your blog
Since you've removed the alien, you shouldn't worry anything now. Go to your blogger's dashboard --> "layout" --> "page element" --> in the sidebar choose "add a gadget" , then choose the following gadget :

and then copy-paste the clean code to it. Done!

Amanda of Bloggerbuster had created the tutorial, as always, nice and easy to follow : Blogumus: a flash animated label cloud for Blogger!
Using Wowzio Widget
Simply go to their sites : wowzio.com and choose Tag Cloud Widget. But i personally don't like it as it required us to register first and bring their ads on the widget ( cmiiw ) . But if its okay for you, you can use many widgets offered by them
Other Online Tag Cloud Generator
Simply type "Tag Cloud Generator" ( without quote ) in the search engine and you'll find plenty of sites offering the help you need. See what Google found by using that words : Tag Cloud Generator

Great movie..! :D love the story..love the act.. and the music is good. i never get bored to rewatch this film..cool film(s) are worthed..This film has been some eye refresher, after a few weeks ago i watched we are marshall. The story is not only about basketball. it's far beyond that. personally, i put this film higher than remember the titans

For an isnpirational film like this, i believe the black people are the one suited for the act. Samuel L Jackson got his act wonderfully done. He acted as basketball coach for his ex-school. Who not only teaching basketball technique., but also install discipline ,both in and out the field . You can see his effort to show his student if success in basketball does not mean success in life. The climax come when he is closing the gym that cause the school to lose points and moreover..creates polemic in the environment.

My Maid Is Sure So Annoying

Grrrhh..she is sure so annoying! Why? Thx to her i only got 3 hours of sleep nowadays.! I don't wanna post this at first but then i decided to write it down as i can't stand any longer with the noise she made. Imagine this, when you're on your way to create some post and looking for inspiration, some words shouted repeatedly with the language you can't understand and it last for all night!including the super-duper freak laugh she made!!

She phoned with her boyfriend all night long. Usually started at 11 pm and last till 6 am!As my laptop is set to the cable next to her room, i can't avoid it. I'm usually a calm person and valued someone's privacy but i think it's been too far. Last night i even can't sleep at all...

My mom also got mad with her, as she abandon most of her work. My mom said it's okay for her to phone with her boyfriend as long as she know the time. But i think here's the dilemma. As my parents both are working so no one left to take care the house. And it's not easy to find someone that we can trust. She's been with us for 3 years if i remember correctly, and everything just fine all the time. We respected each other.. There's no discrimination just because she is a maid. She ate the same food like me and my family. We watch the TV together, and if she got financial problem, my family will gladly help her. Compare that to the news i heard from another maid in my neighborhood, as the maid said she's been treated cruely by the family she worked for.

Now i don't know what to do.. any suggestion guys?

The Express, But He Can't Run From Leukemia

As the first African American to receive college football's prestigious Heisman trophy, Ernie Davis is one of the most inspiring--and tragic--figures in the game (he died of leukemia at 23, before his first NFL game)...

Last night i watched "The Express" on DVD. Another American Football movie that i see. The story is mainly talking about the life of Ernie Davis ( played by Rob Brown ), an American Football player positioned as running-back. The funny thing is i just know a little about american football eventhough i've seen several movie like this before such as 'Remember The Titans' and 'We Are Marshall'. But after reading Eyeshield 21 i can understand it a little. So now i know a little on what is quarter-back , what is running back , etc, but yes, i still suck on it. >_<

This film have a slight information about how racism grow on America that time, but not too 'detail' like in 'Remember The Titans', i think it's to support and give audience a clue about how hard that the young man have to worked before reach its greatness. The combination of hard work and gifted talent bring Ernie Davis to winning various trophy, both individual and team trophy.

In the opening of this film i've seen the talent he got, running away from some white kids that underestimate him after seeing that he was a little retarded, but they never able to catch him! And it continue as he joined Elmira Free Academy and then moved to Syracuse after being approached by former Syracuse player, Jim Brown ( Darrin Dewitt Henson ), a player that Ernie admired so much. So that he ignored the offer from Notredame ( unlike Elmira and Syracuse, i familiar with this word, Notredame which the previous Eyeshield come from? lol )

Sadly, He has never been played in NFL as on his first practice in Cleveland Browman diagnosed by the doctor that he got Leukemia!A blood cancer!and few years after that, he died. Not a happy ending huh? Well, since the film is based on trues story so the ending like that can't be changed. A great player that can run over his opponent and win his teams can't run from disease. Although nowadays this disease can be cured, that time ( around '60 ) it's uncureable.

My rating for this film : 7,5/10 , good enough..i enjoy the story and the acting aswell. The film which directed by Gary Fleder, produced by John Davis, and written by Charles Leavitt & Robert C. Gallagher is an enjoyable movie to see.

4 Type Recent Post Widget For Blogger

During my dummy modification through this template i found 4 ways to display recent post widget in blogspot . The first one is by using the feed widget provided by blogger itself, second is by using feedburner's buzzboost, the third is by using the bloglist widget, and the fourth is by using javascript widget so that it can display the thumbnail picture to make our blogger layout looks attractive!

1. Recent Post Using Feed Widget

It's the simplest way. First thing to do is knowing our feed's url.

http://OURBLOGNAME.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default/

*Change OURBLOGNAME with your own blog's name.

or if you've been using feedburner, you can know your feed url by :

Go to feedburner.com --> click "get started" --> pick your blog's feed url ( if you have more than one blog ) --> then click "edit feed titles.." in the "Feed Address", that's ours!

After knowing it, go to our blogger dashboard. go to "layout" --> "page element" --> in the sidebar, click "add a gadget" , search for the following widget :

In the next window opened you have to fill it with the url feed and then make a little configuration to suit our need ) wether using post author and/ date item or not. And we're done!

Pros : fast loading time
Cons : can only display 5 recent posts

2.Recent Post Using Feedburner's Buzzboost

I assume you still let your feedburner page open. Go to the "Publicize" , look in the left sidebar there's "Buzzboost" click there and activate the service ( if you haven't ) There are several options to let us match it to our own desires. Finished? Copy the code given then go to --> blogger dashboard --> "layout" --> "page element" --> "add a gadget" and find

And paste the code there. Done :D

Pros : Highly customizable
Cons : But to customize it further, knowledge about CSS needed T_T

3. Recent Post Using Bloglist Widget

As we can see, the first two way above only diplay the text. But by using Bloglist widget we can make the image used in our post showed up. Same way, go to our blogger dashboard --> "layout" --> "page element" --> "add a gadget" , now find the following gadget/widget :

The method will be quite similar with using the feed widget. It is by using our feed's url, only this time by adding simple text/code. See it for yourself :

The blue text is the one we supposed to add when we asked to enter the url while using the bloglist gadget and "2" is the number of the post.

Pros : Won't as heavy as the javascript based
Cons : We must do it manually per each post we want to display and the image won't show up if we upload the umage using external imageuploader ( imageshack, photobucket, tinypic, etc )

I've seen some debates raise up regarding Zlatan Ibrahimovic's future next season. Will he stay at Inter Milan or move up to the other club ( Barcelona maybe? ) but i won't talk about it. I prefer to write my view over his problem -following debate on Goal.com about his lack of skills in Europe-

I watched the game when Inter Milan defeated by Manchester United 2-0 in the European Championship League's round of 16 few weeks ago, I see it's true when people said Ibra has his problem scoring in. He had few oppurtunities but failed to convert it to goal(s). Ok, maybe he just got unlucky back then. Because i also saw that the ball kicked or headed by him went to the goal post rather than the net. But lets's aside the lucky factor.

In two years with Juventus, and three with Inter, Ibra has scored just nine European goals in 41 appearances. Most tellingly, the attacker has never found the back of the net in the knockout stages, which is perhaps the reason why he has been labelled by some as a ‘big-game flop’. so the theory that mentioned Inter is his problem, failed!

Inter's last title on Europe level is the '97-98 UEFA Cup and in the ECL is at '64-65. Quite a long period huh? Yes it's true! until now, Inter Milan has just succeed on winning the ECL trophy two times, such low number regarding of the club's big name. But let's see MU, they have succeeded winning the trophy three times. See the interval : 1968, 1999, 2008. They also have lost few decades before conquer the continent.

Conclusion : everything has its own times :D

Hahahaha100x...i can't stop laughing from the beginning till the end of this movie. :D Very2 funny! 100 Days with Mr. Arrogant (aka My Love Sagaji) is a 2004 South Korean romantic comedy film.

After dumping her boyfriend just before their 100 day anniversary, Ha-Young (Ha Ji-Won) meets a college guy named Hyung-Joon when she accidentally kicks a can that hits him in the face and causes him to scratch his Lexus. He demands she pay him $3000 on the spot. She escapes from him, leaving her wallet behind.

Hyung-Joon stalks her, demanding money to pay for his car. That's my most memorable quote from this movie. I can's stop laughing for remembering those words. Don't you think so? No? You haven't watched this film? How come?

Forrest Gump is a 1994 comedy-drama film based on the 1986 novel of the same name by Winston Groom. The film was a huge commercial success, earning US$677 million worldwide during its theatrical run making it the top grossing film in North America released that year. The film garnered a total of thirteen Academy Award nominations, of which it won six, including Best Picture, Best Visual Effects, Best Director (Robert Zemeckis), and Best Actor (Tom Hanks).

The film tells the story of a man and his epic journey through life meeting historical figures, influencing popular culture and experiencing first-hand historic events of the 20th century while being largely unaware of their significance, due to his borderline mental retardation.

Finally i can watch this. It's been along time since i heard "forrest gump" is great! you have to watched it!, etc.. I know, i really want to see this film by myself, but there's always a way for me to losing the oppurunity. T_T Like the last time i wanted to borrow the dvd from my friend, she said she's been taking it with her but she can't find me and in the next day Bump.. She forgot where she had left the dvd! and yesterday, i came to my friends's house ( my other friends ) and found it. I took it with me on my way home ^_^

Watching this film is like watching a history of America in a funny way. Elvis, Kenndey, Vietnam War, flower generation,and many more. Tom Hanks was playing as Forrest Gump, a boy who a little problem with his intelegence.

But he got his mama to taken a good care for him. He used to have a leg-bracket in order to fix his weak-back problem. But in one day, when he was being pursued by some boys who doesn't like him for being retard, he got his leg-bracket off and started to run.. run.. and run..! and his running skill is his major! in fact in this film, he got many things from "just" running.

One thing i hate about this movie is the girl.. Forrest's dream girl. Soooo selfish! Grrr..

iPhone 3G Now Officially Sold in Indonesia!

Yup, no hoax! No need to buy from blackmarket anymore. This beautiful gadget now sold in my country, Indonesia!

It's been eagerly anticipated by all mac lovers in the world since the first launching, Indonesian included. They even risk themselves by buying it in blackmarket eventhough they know that iphone is the hacked version, which means they can't get the fulll feature of iphone itself.

Don't know why Apple didn't included Indonesia in their first list, but i think they just don't want to lose the market which now having a blackberry fever. It sold under agreement with Telkomsel as the official partner.

From the price table given, it's kinda "afforfable" only US$226.6496 for the 8GB version and US$347.2967 for the 16GB version. But wait! There's something 'hidden'! to be able to get that price we should take the "Turbo Premium" contract ( for KartuHALO ) which make us obligated to pay for the service's fee for about US$62.4095/month for 1 year!Hohoho..

Did it worth it? Well, i don't know. I admire this gadget more than blackberry. But i don't have the money T_T

Me and Twitter - My Experience So Far

This blue bird has become more and more popular. And as i'm a curious man, i'd like to give this phenomena a try. Actually i've known twitter for a long time a go, but back then, i'm not intrested at all. What can we do in such blogging platform that only allowed its user to post 140 character?!

By now, i've been quite active on twitter since my first post at Jan 26th '09 , so it's been almost 2 months already!And i feel this service is a fun thing to do!why?

The following post is written based on my own experience ( dummy one :D )

What is twitter anyway?

Twitter is a social networking and microblogging service that allows you answer the question, "What are you doing?" by sending short text messages 140 characters in length, called "tweets", to your friends, or "followers."

But for me, it have other meaning. They are :

There's twitter apps for facebook : Twitter for facebook and i've added the app, but is till haven't got the clue how to use it effectively, since there are a lot of my friends on facebook who are not aware with twitter. But in the near future i hope they can read this post so they can the same joy like i have :D

Follow back?

It's been my habit ( or nature? ) to be ignorant but in the same time a loving person. I usually follow back those who following me, but.. I usually look at their updates first. What are they usually talking about. Do i understand it? Did they just posted their site's update?or repeteadly spammed others with different text but with the same link to go?

I'm not being arrogant here. I know if i'm nobody. I ain't celebrity or have something important info to tell you about. I just..hate spam robot on the web!Social media website like twitter, facebook, myspace, etc are supposed to bring one people and another closer. I'd like to make conversation with the others so that i'm replying other's post, send a message, retweeting other's post. I just wanna make the web to be more fun to spend my time.

I made mistakes back in the first month i tweeted. I follow those who twitter suggested me. Here came the big names. But after that, i got 'spammed'. I took an example of ( let's say ) mr.xyz. He fullfilled all my "home" page ( 20 post) in no time! there's no room for me to read other's post ( i can't be 24 hours in front my laptop right? ) so i decided to unfollow him. I got several people unfollow me after that. I gain 100+ follower but it can ( and have!) decreased to 80+. It's fine for me, i'm not a person who really care about how many 'friends' i can get, but the quality of friendship, since the era of friendster till now.

After two months i got several people that worth to follow but if i can make it simplier, my highly recomendation would be @phaoloo he post usefull infos, sooo nice to the others, let me know several things i don't know before, like #followfriday, about RT,etc. TQ so much dude ^_^

One of the major lack of twitter in my opinion is there's no intregrated search engine. I got confused to search people who have the same interest like me. But now i use one of these seach engine of twitter

Yes, the title says it all. I'd like to make my own journal about what i've done anything related to this blog. Well, actually it's not one week review exactly, my first post on this blog was made at March/3/2009 so it's been 2 weeks already and if i remember correctly the first time this blog created is around 2 months ago.

In about me, i said that this blog was 70% done, that's wrong! I just realized it if my blog is only 40% or less done.

My intention on making this blog is for my educational purpose. Education doesn't always have to be formal right? This blog will purpose as my showcase of how bad i am in modifying blogger template, how stupid i am in using english, and a place for me to share what i'm passionate about.

Blogging

I already made 2 articles about it :

The idea was came when i talked to my friend ( Anye ) about blogging. It doesn't mean that i know more than her or anyone else, i just wanna share my knowledge. I know and aware that i still need a lot of things to do, but i hope the first two articles have cover the basic on making blogging to be more fun thing to do.

Monetizing It

As you all can see, there are adsense ads in this blog.At the first time i got my payment from internet i got more and more curious on how i earn more. But i don't like to overdo it. My priority is to do things that i love ( share ) and monetizing it come second. And it can walk together! i mean monetizing our blog can improve our knowledge on making a better blog. How?

I pay more attention to traffic

Back when i first blogged, i'd never look and interested on how to increase traffic to my blog. What for? i asked to myself. But nowadays i have to pay more and serious attention, because not only it will raise our chance to gain more money ( i don't be naive here right? :p ) but also to spread the love ( sharing ) you have for more people.

That's why i start to know about Google Analystic. It's a free online tool to measure, analyze,-things like that- the traffic to our blog. For those who wants to know how, i'd recomend to download the pdf file. I once used it but never got it seriously. And this time is different. I'd like to know where did my visitors come, how did they got here, what browser that they used, etc so i can optimize my blog more.

p.s : there's another option for us beside Google Analystic, it is shinystat.com.

There are varoius ways to increase our trafic. Blogwalking and leave comments there, chatting with others via shoutbox, etc. Entrecard?i'm currently learning it along with..

Why bother? in my google analystic report, there are no number of my visitors came from search engine. So i guess it's time for me to learn it. I got confused sooo much with it ( the same when i tried to modify this template >_< ) Meta tag is one thing on it that made me confused.Here's why :

Why should i care? From what i read a good meta tag help search engine crawl our log easily so it can be indexed faster and more accurate.

But!I got one conclusion. In order to get my blog indexed with what i want ( things like in the header; blogger, movie, history, etc ) first thing to do is to write good articles about them. I can't get my blog seen by the search engine talking about history unless i write about it.

Brutal English

Ok. I know very well if my english is only as good as fifth grade boy. I'm currently working on it. In fact i'm taking an english course now, a TOEFL preparation. I don't know why i chose that class, it just sounds cool for me, hehehe :D ( i'll talk it in a separated article )

The Templates

There are few changes i've made. The slider's gone. It uses javascript file so it made my blog loaded slower and i noticed it has conflict with other codes. Beside that reason, i put off the slider since my friends made complaint about it. They said it blocked their view to the content. But i really wanna put the slider on. I asked my other friends, and they said the slider's just fine. ?? . But after a while, i decided it have to be put off. Along with the slide, i make some changes with my ads placement and also put off thw twitter update ( i'm gona put it on a.s.a.p ) .

The funny thing was came from my ex-girlfriend thought. She didn't believe if i'm the one who wrote these posts. "It's too good for you" she said. I took it as suggestion for my future upgrade. All words are precious, wether it came from my friends, my ex, or even my enemy.

I got several ideas on how i wanna make this blog look like. Like put the read-more and related post hack But It can't be happen unless i do my...

Do you tweets? No?Oh..you should try this service. It's a lovely service you can find on the web. And if you paid enough attention, there are many celebrity using this service. Barrack Obama is one of them - well at least i think so, until i found one thing.

He doesn't use his 'barrackberry' to update his twitter!

Why is it so important? Okay, Obama is famous with his blackberry and even the blackberry got the name itself, 'barrackberry' . But why he's not using it for updating his twitter? Instead, he updated it from the web.

One of the most irritating job to do when it comes to beautify our blogger blog is to find the template. I'm sure all of you will agree that our blog have to stand apart from the others, to be unique, because everyone is unique!

Now you've tried to search the templates via search engine. You have input several keywords for getting the right templates for you. My First $19 From The Web Right Through My Paypal Account

It's a little too late for posting this kind of thing actually but i'd really like to posted it not to show off but to share my ( little ) experience. I've been blogging for not too long, about a year ago. At the first rate i don't care ( or more exact, i don't know, hehehe ) anything about monetizing my blog. I don't even care about pagerank, alexa, traffic, whatsoever. I just wrote and try to be usefull to the others. But since i'm a curious man, i wonder, why there's so much 'advertising' talked about monetizing our blog. I began to give more attention and start reading on how to make money from blog.

How Do I Got It?

It came from paidtoreview program. What's that? It's kind of advertising company where bloggers are supposed to write about what the advertiser wants. It can be about their websites or their product. To be more specific, it came from blosgvertise. There are many paidreview company outthere. Each have different policy.

Simple things to do is just have an account there, submit your blog and then give a description about it ( that's the confusing part for me since i talked about many things ). Finished. Then you just have to wait for the email coz the job(s) are given through email along with description ( what the advertiser wants )

It's Not As Easy as I Thought

Write and done. It's simple!right?No!At least for me. I must submit the post 3 times before they accepted it. They said that the post i've sumbitted to them lack of anchor link. What the heck is anchor link anyway?geez.

Why am I doing this?

I've told you earlier that i'm a curious man. I just wanna test it. And i really wanna prove myself to my mom if i've been blogging and spending so many times on the web not just for fun or visits porn sites, or playing games, stuffs like that. Wanna show my mom that i can make money from my hobby. ( but even after i show my paypal acc she still doubt it. She start to believe it when i turn the money on my paypal acc into real cash on my hand )

Do I want More?

To be honest, yes! But unfortunately the job never came again. Guess cause i've abandoned my blog ( not this one for sure, since this blog is as new as baby-born ) for some time ( 2 months ) I just got too too excited on customizing template ( even i'm a dumb on it ) But i found it's fun for doing so. I learned a lot from doing it. I started to know things i haven't know before, things that i don't give a shit before.

But i got the questions in my head. Is it bad?i read many blogs got punished by google by lowering their blog's PR or even reset it. Me?i didn't think that far. I just feel guitly for doing so. Cheating my visitors. even i know some or most of them understand what and why i'm doing that.

My Laptop Was Strucked By The Lightning!

I don't wanna post this thing, instead i was going to released 2 posts about my blogging experience. But, shit happens right? Yesterday afternoon, i'm doing everything like i'm usually do; tweeting, stumbling, and preparing my blog's post. It's raining outside, at first i didn't notice it. I've been used to play with my laptop even there's a storm out there. I thought everything would be okay like it normally does.

But not yesterday!After two or more thunder, here came the biggest one, duaaar!Shocked, i turned off my laptop right away. I thought ( again ) my laptop would be just fine. I was wrong!

Two hours after that, i began to turn on my laptop on and start writing again. But now, i have no internet connection!

Okay, be calm. It's normal. You can restart the laptop along with its modem and everything will be normal again i talked to myself.

I called my internet service provider about 6/7 times after that. I tried to ease myself and blame them for this. But yes, the problem is in my laptop. It can't communicate with other devices. Not the lan card, neither the usb hub. It's totally isolated from the outside. Fortunately ( ? ) i still got my sister's laptop. A Benq s31v series ( at least that's what written here ). It's nice actually. It's white, small ( 13' ) chicks will love it ( right?no? )

But i ain't no chick and i loved my laptop. It's just an Acer 4520 ( first generation ) 1,9 Ghz Turion x2, 1 gb ram ( i upgraded it with my own money from its previous 512 mb ) . Compare that to this : celeron m 1,6 Ghz, 512 mb. It's a downgrade! Moreover i have everything i need in my own laptop. The softwares, all of my blog's things, firefox with all add-ons i loved, etc. All gone! replaced with this shit : Internet exploler 6!! viruses everywhere ( my sister never update the AV ) Geez..

In the mean time i must stick with this kind of situation. Sorry no picture available since i don't have any camera T_T . Hope you guys are not having the same shit like i have. Have a nice day ^_^

You don't know? or you don't want to know :p Nevermind, i just wanna tell you that we can measure the width and the height of our sites using this tool :)

I guess you've read my last post about blogger-guru, so now you want to customize your template? one thing i noticed while i'm customizing my template is the ability to measure width and height is essential. Otherwise you'll mess with your template ( like i did T_T ) and i don't wanna everyone else experienced the same mistakes like i did :)

Well, you can actually find the width of my header from it's page source. Simply find "header-wrapper" and you can see 900px mentioned there . But using this tool is more efficient, why?

You don't have to see and find certain code just to know the size of particular element of you sites.

I just can't understand why do people love this gadget? well, i'm not jealous. I'm just curious why people would spent more money than they have to? SO then i decided to make some comparison based on the price. ( in Indonesia ) Blackberry is sold here via 3 communication company : Indosat, XL, Telkomsel

What can you get with the money around $450? If it's a blackberry that would be BB Curve 8320, with the same price ( or even cheaper ) you'll get yourself Nokia E71 . Here's the short specification comparison between this two :
