squares are stitched together, and rows are being put together. backing, border and binding materials. trying to keep to that 0.25 inch is harder for me than it looks. top is complete, just need the border fabric cut and stitched on, and then I'll sandwich with the backing and some batting and go visit my local quilt shop for some help with quilting!

Marin's got this 'thing' for her stuffed bear's [Mitch's] Stitch costume. Almost every night and nap I catch her dressing up in his mitts and sweet alien mug. I've toyed with the idea that I want to do a Project 365 or a Project 52 for my blog, and just haven't been able to get it off the ground. We had an AMAZING Christmas here. Marin really got into the 'unwrapping' (eventually).Santa brought Marin a Jessie doll from Toy Story 2 & 3. A serious collection of art supplies, for her new activity desk!!!And tons of really really fabulous Melissa & Doug toys. Lacing beads, sewing, building blocks, magnetic dress-up doll and cooking and food play. We wore our Santa dress - WITH - our Santa
