Hey Terri – cheers for your lovely comment. It’s great to hear that my humbled efforts are inspiring someone out there.

These days I shoot with a Canon 40D. I have a variety of lenses that I use, but most of which you see in this entry at least, are shot with a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM.

Hope you have a great time at your course this coming weekend. I did a class earlier in the year and got a lot out of it. I hope that’s the case for you too!

hey rob, i think your photography skills are amazing, very impressive, you clearly have a talent and a keen eye for a good photo opportunity.
as a learner photographer myself i get inspired by your photos and feel compelled to get off my bum and use my recent purchase.
may i ask what equipment you use just as a matter of interest. i have a canon 500d with a tamron 18-200mm lense and am doing a course at the gold coast this weekend to advance my skills but i will continue to appreciate your talents until i advance to the intermediate level.

This was my favourite part of our trip to Australia! I loved how peaceful it was in the mountains, and I loved the wildlife even more (especially the sweet wallabies). The best part was the wallaby that actually fed from my hand…something you told me could NOT be done with a wild wallaby! Guess I really am the wallaby-whisperer.
