É uma mudança importante na indústria mundial de entretenimento pois a facilidade de acesso à divulgação e ao consumo de conteúdo (que não só o YouTube proporciona, mas também vários outros sites de compartilhamento de vídeos e mídia) formam audiência, e podem até criar celebridades. Já há no site, por exemplo, centenas de longas-metragens independentes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sara Pollack aborda na entrevista também como as parcerias têm funcionado, onde alguns canais têm milhares de assinantes. Os algoritmos e a forma de mostrar resultados são diferentes nos dois buscadores e as empresas de &lt;strong&gt;SEO &lt;/strong&gt;e seus grandes clientes se perguntam agora qual estratégia adotar para aparecer nos primeiros resultados em ambos os buscadores.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basicamente, um dos mais importantes fatores para ter um &lt;strong&gt;Pagerank &lt;/strong&gt;alto para aparecer nos primeiros lugares nos resultados do &lt;strong&gt;Google &lt;/strong&gt;é ter links de sites "importantes" (ou seja, com &lt;strong&gt;pagerank &lt;/strong&gt;também alto) apontando para você, enquanto o Bing dá maior relevância, por enquanto, para o conteúdo ou as palavras-chave contidas no texto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como por enquanto o &lt;strong&gt;Bing &lt;/strong&gt;ainda está se adequando ao mercado, e também ainda é pouco relevante no total de buscas, vale usar as boas práticas de &lt;strong&gt;SEO &lt;/strong&gt;que eu destaco aqui principalmente como palavras-chave bem definidas, títulos relevantes em todas as páginas, conteúdo constantemente atualizado e em boa quantidade. Outros foram tirados de artigos sobre o grande case que é a &lt;b&gt;Havaianas&lt;/b&gt;, hoje uma marca muito badalada tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reposicionamento da imagem da marca&lt;/strong&gt; - Sintonia com o consumidor –&lt;br /&gt;Para uma marca retomar mercado, ou simplesmente se tornar uma “&lt;b&gt;brand&lt;/b&gt;” famosa, pelo menos para o público que ela quer alcançar, um dos fatores mais importantes é a sintonia da marca com os novos desejos e necessidades de seu público. Citando Ângela Hirata, que foi a responsável na Alpargatas pelo processo de renovação e internacionalização da marca &lt;b&gt;Havaianas&lt;/b&gt;, “o segredo do sucesso está na capacidade de adaptação, em cada época, às novas demandas e anseios dos consumidores”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;b&gt;Alinhamento com a nova marca&lt;/b&gt; - Copy Strategy&lt;br /&gt;De nada adianta criar um novo produto, ou recriar a imagem de uma marca se toda a comunicação não estiver adequada ao novo posicionamento. Todos que se relacionam com a marca devem ter a mesma visão e o mesmo discurso. O simulador, inédito na América Latina e 100% brasileiro, foi noticiado em todos os grandes veículos impressos e eletrônicos do país, com grande expectativa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O objetivo principal do Signos, da Petrobrás, é treinar e capacitar com segurança novos operadores de guindastes de plataforma, auxiliares de movimentação de carga e supervisores de carga. O simulador recria diversas situações de operação, desde as mais simples até as mais adversas e críticas, para inovar com segurança e risco zero de acidente. O texto detalha os cuidados e as várias etapas necessários para lançar um novo &lt;strong&gt;produto&lt;/strong&gt;: pesquisa de mercado, desenvolvimento e adaptação da linha de produtos, a tomada de decisões estratégicas como por exemplo acabar com uma linha já existente, o necessário contato e acompanhamento de resultados com o consumidor...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Como nasce um produto no McDonald’s&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O McDonald’s passou a oferecer sucos Del Valle a partir de Junho de 2009. Por trás da mudança está uma grande pesquisa e o desenvolvimento de uma linha de produtos exclusivos para a rede que levou dois anos para ser concluída e ouviu cerca de dois mil consumidores. O grande desafio do McDonald’s foi tornar um produto bom, melhor ainda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Até então, o McDonald’s vendia os sucos MinuteMaid, marca da Coca-Cola assim como Del Valle. E vendia bem. Os sucos representam 26% das bebidas comercializadas na rede e este percentual é visto como excelente pela empresa. O grande problema era que a marca MinuteMaid não tinha o menor apelo junto ao consumidor. Ao contrário de Del Valle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na pesquisa feita com três tipos de consumidores – mães e crianças, "jovens adultos" e adultos – Del Valle apareceu em primeira posição na mente dos consumidores tanto em marca quanto em qualidade dos produtos. Foi o pontapé para a mudança.
