I was at a party and one of the men said to me...nice arms, which made me laugh and say...it's all the felting and knitting I do. Then everyone laughed, and my boyfriend said, she's not kidding, it really is all the knitting and felting.
So funny! Now I am picturing a crafting gym where everyone is making things for exercise. I wonder what the big serious body builders could make?

Holiday art and craft sales

I was just walking and stopped to see a pop up holiday shop with people who hand craft their own items. At the same time, I have items in a holiday show this weekend. It is amazing what people are doing now, and how they are packaging themselves with presentation and details. Portland, where I live, is very competitive with hand-made. The quality is so high and there is an abundance of it. My work is at the Oregon College of Art and Craft sale. I have heard it is so crowded that it is hard to move through it. I have to go over later to pick up any remaining items. I am crossing my fingers that people liked what I offered.
