What do we love about MCWebs? Not only are they a good bunch, but they can turn the most idiotic computer-illiterate (ie me!) into a website guru.
Our website groans at the seams with the amount of information we have stuffed onto it, but it means we can keep it current with the rapidly changing events and offers we have! In addition, the report MCWebs send through each quarter gives us great info on how people are finding us and what we can do to improve our exposure. Highly recommend them to everyone!

There is no doubt that we have benefited from Managed Content Webs designing and developing our website. We constantly get positive feedback from our customers. They like the look of the site and they like how easy it is to find what they are looking for.
Managed Content Webs have also looked after our Adwords campaign for over a year. This has bought us significantly more business. We have almost more work than we can handle, even at times when I know our competition has been quiet.
We pride ourselves on our old-fashioned service. Old fashioned service is also something we have appreciated with the guys at mcWebs. Our previous web developer was a large well known company but we always felt like just a statistic. We were just a number to them and no-one ever checked to see how we are going. The guys at mcWebs are totally different. They are always available to come out and meet face-to-face and talk things out.
Also, with mcWebs, we get constant feedback on our site. The guys provide us with regular reports and advice on improving our website. Everything is measured and we always know how things are tracking.

I've been working with the team at Managed Content Webs for over a year and a half now [October 2009]. From small beginnings the site has certainly come a long way in that time. I like to make lots of tweaks and additions to my site and the guys always make sure it gets done. I think they have done a great job.

We really think the website is fantastic: we receive many positive comments about it. People appreciate how easy it is to find information on the site and they are also impressed with the "look".
The site has helped us get in touch with more international visitors. People who are interested in the project have used the website as a contact point for getting involved. People looking to donate B-24 artefacts/memorabilia are also able to contact us through the website.
We feel we are well looked after. Lindsay is always happy to come down to the hanger to help us update the site and give advice.

I approached mcwebs four years ago to help Openaid establish a web presence. The relationship that developed provides our organisation with invaluable support and knowledge and allows us to be much more strategic and more effective with our marketing.

and tailored specific services relevant to the needs of our organisation. I interact with them regularly and they're always ready to give practical advice and facilitate learning and knowledge which is really helpful, especially for volunteers in their individual roles.
We've really got a great amount out of the relationship that covered all my objectives and more. They definitely helped me with tutoring and provide very powerful insights. I always recommend them to our partners and friends.

Managed Content Webs aims to work with you on your website for many years. A strong relationship would be the foundation of such a partnership and nothing is more vital to a good relationship than communication. With this in mind we consciously work to let you know what is happening and by what date. Depending on the complexity of the project the following things may happen:

Initial meeting which answers the question "How can we help you?" May go through a formal questionnaire to draw out what is required.

Development of a proposal which lays out what we suggest and the benefits to you the customer. Ideally this is discussed in a follow-up, face-to-face meeting.

A development deposit is issued and paid.

The project is laid out in online project management software. The tasks that are required to complete the project are laid out here (to-dos) and deadlines (milestones) in consultation with you the client. See an example below of the project management software in action.

As the project progresses to-dos are ticked off and milestones are met. Communication is done on the project management area rather than via email where things can be lost. Where appropriate offline communication notes are transcribed into here so that everyone is working off the same page. Files appropriate to the project are uploaded here so nothing is lost.

The website is developed in a staging area so that you can give feedback on the site since you exactly how it behaves. If you have elected to update your own site you can also begin loading in content and learning the CMS software.

An invoice is issued and paid for the remainder of the development costs.

     The site is launched.

The project is reviewed. Any inefficiencies and frustrations are discussed and procedures are put in place to make sure they don't happen again in the future.

As stated above, the website continues to be refined over the years in consultation with you.
