This e-mail made use of the West Virginia custom plan design and color palette to remind participants to review their plan information. The email made use of my custom template for ease of production and was produced in ING’s marketing system to allow plan administrators to send out the email independently.

This email was an e-card to coordinate with ING’s National Teachers Appreciation Week materials. The e-card linked to a custom Flash animation. This was a simple design but coordinated with other materials well.

These emails went out to ING plan customers and each linked to a coordinating interactive Flash e-card. These were designed to be simple static invitations to click and view the multimedia e-card. They were designed in HTML/CSS and were produced as customizable email templates to be used in ING’s custom marketing portal.

Several logo options for the School District of Philadelphia retirement plans to be used on marketing collateral.

Project: Brochure for District of Columbia retirement plan website

Small three-fold brochure with instructions for plan participants to use the District of Columbia Retirement Plan’s website. The brochure had to clearly give participants instructions on how to register and manage their DC retirement plan website account. It also was part of a custom branding look developed specifically for the District of Columbia plan.

Project: Educator’s Economic Index white paper

24 page white paper presenting an ING study of teacher’s views on retirement issues. The challenge was to present a vast amount of data in a clear and easily understandable manner. Charts and graphs were used extensively for data and ING and stock photography was used to make the piece feel more inviting.

Project: Email announcing new ING white paper

This email was designed to announce the publication of the ING Educator’s Index white paper (click here to view the white paper). It was distributed to education market customers so they could download and view the report. The email had to coordinate with the report so I used similar photography and type treatments so it would fit in.

This email was an opportunity to have some fun and do a custom design for OTRS. This was a companion piece to an invitation poster and was sent out to OTRS participants. The challenge was to convert a print-designed layout into a simple and interesting e-card.
