Winter Ukrainian championship from swimming among young people will take place in Lviv from March, 11 till March, 13. The girls (which were born in year’s from1994 till 1995) and youths (which were born in year’s from1992 till 1993) will take part in these personally-command competitions. Combined teams of Ukraine, Crimea, Kyiv and Sevastopol submitted the application on participating in this tournament. All persons interested will be able to look after these competitions. It is needed for this purpose to pass through Aqua Park ‘Pliaz’main entrance (114, Kn. Olgy str.) Competitions will be going on with previous and final rounds except for distances 800, 1500 meters and relay rounds which will be going on without previous rounds and completed in accordance with rating of 2009. Only the strongest free style rounds will be going on in the evening part of the program on distances 800 meters and 1500 meters.
Daily beginning of competitions is at 10:00 (previous rounds) and final rounds – at 16:30. Competitions will last daily to 19:00.

Researchers in the last few years show the personal interest to a place and appearance of the city in literary works, remembrances, historical narrations and collective memory. Lviv is a very important city both for Ukrainians and for Poles. Russians, Armenians, Hebrews also wrote and talked about the city.
We offer a look to texts which pertain to Lviv from some other side: mutual appearance of different groups of the city inhabitants and also ‘rights’ on it – own and another.
The conference will consist of two parts: presentations of researcher’s results and a round table.
This conference will begin on March, 11 at 9:00.
A round table on a theme ‘How to write about Lviv today: guide-books, textbooks, history’ will take place within the framework of the conference on March, 11 at 17:20.
Organizers do not pay the participant’s residence in Lviv. Funds of spending the night, board and trip is extinguished by participants of this action.
A language of this conference: Ukrainian and Polish.

Opening of Roman Kovtun exhibition of photographic works (near 50 works) will take place in Lviv Art Palace on March, 11 at 16:00. The author proposes to leave everyday vanity of life and anxieties and invites to the Nature fane where harmony of Eternity, balance, perfection and peace are dominating.
The author of photos thinks that photography is a method to report about beauty of the world in which harmony is dominating. It is a melody of the soul, reminiscences and nostalgia and it is an attempt to find yourself between Eternity and liffy.

The ‘Public centre of socially – active youth initiatives’ arranges the charitable evening-party in a club ‘Rafinad People’ at a club administration support. The purpose of this evening-party is gathering funds for creating the first in Ukraine ‘Center of child’s endoscopy and a surgery of newborn childs’.
The collected funds will be expended for acquirement of necessary endo-surgical equipment and tools. A creation of this Center gives a possibility to operate new-born children with innate pathologies on a cost-free basis.
Participants of this action will be Stars of the stage Pavlo Tabakov, Andrianna, Vladyslav Levytskyi and Lyudmyla Yasynska. These artists will support the charitable action by their performances during this evening.
