                                              &lt;span class="pc-rtg-body"&gt;The Engineering Manager will be responsible for working with Marble and Granite Works Fabrication, Sales, Finance, Installation, Templating and Quality teams to facilitate continuous productivity, capacity, and materials usage improvement. &amp;nbsp;The Engineering Manager will provide direction and assistance to multiple facility locations and managing teams. &amp;nbsp;

                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                This role operates as an integral member of a management team of which the primary role is to partner to drive facility performance including productivity, accuracy, capacity and efficiency. &amp;nbsp;Duties include creation and daily management of engineered standards, reporting, and production support. &amp;nbsp;Broader responsibilities include project management, business analysis, budgeting support, facility layout, product flow and change management.

                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                This position will require 20-30% travel to locations in a designated region where responsibilities also include the development, coordination, and consistency of operational methods, procedures, and controls utilized across multiple facilities; the development and implementation of specific improvement projects and programs across the network; and interfacing with corporate support groups as required. &amp;nbsp;

                                                &lt;br&gt;
                                                The Engineering Manager will act as a mentor to all new engineers on the MGW Team and will help lead the training/development of new Industrial Engineers. &amp;nbsp;The manager will serve as a key communication link between the corporate and field based engineering teams. &lt;/span&gt;
